The people in the office at Griffis Lake Washington are very professional but also very friendly and willing to help. The community is super conveniently located and offers a ton of usable amenities! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The entire leasing office staff including managers do nothing but lie, make mistakes & excuses. They lied to me about this service and their pest control person even admitted it as they had thrown his company under the bus. The manager forgot the appt and I had to call last min for the guy to show up saying he couldn't do anything anyway.

Staff's professionalism has been the best in the 9 years I've lived in this area. They go out of their way to make the community feel like home and welcome. They understand challenges with being in an urban environment and stay on top of issues.

I am dissatisfied with the experience, as the frequent additional charges are overwhelming. After residing in my apartment for four years, I was charged for normal wear and tear on the synthetic wood flooring that had been installed. According to policy, this flooring should have been replaced as a courtesy for the next tenant.

It’s dog ----
Quiet hours are not enforced so when they tell you the quiet hours before you move in, its bullsh*t. dog sh#t (bc thats what youll find in the hallways!) place to live. Elevators usually break down too so hope you love stairs especially when the fire alarms go off. Come live inside the overpriced tuna can and get overcharged for sh#t thats permanently unavailable today!

This apartment complex is clean secure and very centrally located. I have everything I need at my fingertips and works great for my situation. The staff is very professional curteous and friendly. I enjoy my living experience here.

Lovely apartments, not so lovely neighbors. In addition for a non-smoking facility, there is quite a bit of smoking that takes place when the sun sets. Also the loud traffic at night doesn't make for restful sleep, especially in the summer months with your doors/windows open since there is no central a/c options.

Nice apartment but needs sound proof windows as the noise from the street can be unbearable at times. Overall I like it here but not sure I will renew my lease as I need a quieter street to live on Sorry

Had a pleasant move to this community as my family members lived in, for many years but as time passes, I noticed too much of pet poop, urine in the parking lot, hallway, in and out of elevators, and even right in front of my apartment door....

Was great, I plan on moving there the end of November. The units were clean, everything about it was super nice. Very close to everything. I honestly can't wait to move in. I'm excited to be so close to everything!

Love it here! Easy walk to work, professional friendly staff, and great neighbors! 10 minute walk to Lake Washington, The Landing, and Boeing. Secured parking, spectacular gym. Can't say too many good things about Griffis!

I Have not been here long but I did see some of the negative reviews before I moved in which had me a little skeptical. But everything has been up to par maintenance team probably the fastest group I've seen and the leasing staff is very helpful.

Although the quality has gone down since the pandemic, it's a nice place to live. It seems like things are starting to improve. Maintenance is amazing for tickets in our homes. They're really friendly, not just in our homes but out and about on the property.

Super fast response time and good service. But when they entered they ended up hitting the wall and door frame. The rubber gasket on the door frame is torn from the ground to about 4-5 inches above. There is also a dig in the wall from the fridge.

Service Tech Albert handled my maintenance issue quickly and flawlessly. He provided information about the problem as he diagnosed it, gave me ongoing updates since it was a longer-term project, and informed when it was completed. He also contacted me about a half-hour before each time he intended to enter my apartment to ensure it was an ok time for me. Excellent service by a high-quality professional!

Over all good. The staff is professional and friendly. There are many things to do and conveniences. The gym is a great feature, I have not yet tried the pools. So far so good. Other tenants look like they enjoy as well.

Albert has been nothing short of amazing. Really my highest rating and review goes to him. He is extremely attentive and detailed. He gets work orders done extremely quickly and also takes the time to educate my roommate and I.

The place and in general all places cost WAY to much. You charge me for things I don't need garbage cost for instance. Just because everyone raises cost, does not mean you have to. I have been here more than a decade, and remarkably your pricing me out of here. Their is so many issues not the least is people firing weapons, on class one drugs, and you want to charge me like I'm in ------- Beverly Hills.

We need better controls over the loud cars, music and people late at night in between the buildings. The upkeep and cleanliness of the building and facilities is OK, but definitely could be better for the price of the rent.

The amenities are nice, but could use a little maintenance (hot tub). I'm not sure if this is also because it is the summer time. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of cabinets. Multiple elevators and the shared spaces are often cleaned up quick. One drawback is that the upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around from the apartment.

It appears that security has stepped up in the last month, however, prior to this, every evening there were loud parties and music at the pool and courtyard area, violence and an overall feeling of fear regarding safety to the tenants. More than once the damage and vandalism to the pool and courtyard by these individuals, whom were suspected to NOT be tenants, required the pool and courtyard to be closed for weeks at a time. Limiting use for those of us that actually pay for it. The office staff just provided a canned response.

Griffis is a community with plentiful amenities for its residents; a larger fitness center than the average apartment community, a pool and outdoor plaza for each building, etc. My experience has been mostly pleasant; my neighbors are respectful and I haven't yet had to make a noise complaint. Unfortunately I have realized that the rates for a studio apartment are no longer conducive to my lifestyle and needs.
