I've had great experiences with maintenance and they're all very friendly. I think that the biggest problem with this community lies in the trash situation. Only one trash room is open on each floor and the Valet trash service that I pay monthly for is mediocre at best. Management Is constantly complaining about residents leaving their trash to pile up, when in reality 1) nobody is ever here to take it out on a frequent basis 2) ONLY ONE trash room is open on each floor. These apartment buildings are huge with a lot of residents, that's a lot of trash.

Lots of great staff and residents. Maintenance staff is great and very friendly and effective. Ive seen more dogs here than the entirety of my life beforehand. Great gym with ergs, treadmills, and bikes that I use often. Overall glad I'm here!

I have liked everything about my apartment and the landing area it's all within walking distance. When i ask for something to be fixed it's always done. There's never any loud noises the others that live here are polite. The staff are wonderful people who treat with respect and always answer any questions you have. Overall I've just been happy

Overall I really like living at Griffis. I just hope my rent isn't increased too much as I have felt the increase of last year. Also, if there was a way to hold tenants more accountable for noise and/or weed smoking that would lead me to provide a 5/5 star review rather than a 4/5.

Maintenance is usually very responsive to any issues that come up- quickly resolved many problems including replacing my washer/dryer unit at 11:00pm!! The proximity to entertainment is great- not great is the vagrants at bus stops and the mess they leave- including glass on the sidewalks all the time. And while the facilities for dogs are great - other community members do not always keep things nice ??

The cleanliness of elevators and garage, trash has decreased. The maintenance is done quickly and well, however my last request was completed when I was out of town, and the front door was left open for 4 days. when I called the person on the line seemed like it was not a big deal. I could have been robbed, or hurt when I returned home.

Griffis Lake Community is a very convenient location. It is in walking distance to The Landing, which has grocery shopping, restaurants, entertainment, dentist, medical and retail shopping. It is only ~25 minutes, depending on traffic, from Seattle and ~15 minutes away from the airport. The staff and maintenance are friendly and it has a lot of additional amenities.

This is a great apartment complex to live in. It is within walking distance for my husband to walk to his office. Also the apartment is conveniently located next to a shopping plaza and a movie theater and many restaurants. The gym and the lounge area in the buildings are clean and well equipped. Although we only plan to stay temporarily before moving to our house waiting to be done, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

During my recent visit to Griffis at Lake Washington, I had intended to simply pose a few leasing-related queries and address some lingering concerns stemming from prior rental experiences. Lacking an appointment, I had not anticipated receiving an extensive reception from the leasing consultant (Chynna Purvis). However, to my pleasant surprise, the consultant not only accommodated me but went above and beyond in her efforts to address my needs. She expertly showcased multiple apartment units that aligned with my specifications and provided a detailed overview of the amenities available on site. Additionally, she gave me an enlightening tour of the surrounding "landing" area, thereby providing a comprehensive understanding of the locale. In doing so, she systematically and effectively allayed any lingering concerns that I had regarding the rental process and living at Graffis at Lake Washington. The consultant's efforts were nothing short of remarkable, leaving me feeling as though I had been warmly embraced by a dear friend. The experience was so overwhelmingly positive that I felt as though I was already at home, while sitting in an empty apartment. It is clear to me that Griffis places an unwavering emphasis on the comfort and satisfaction of its tenants, as evidenced by the consultant's exceptional level of professionalism and care. I am in awe of Griffis commitment to its lessees, and highly impressed by their commitment to ensuring a top-tier living experience.

The complex is located in a really groovy spot, nestled between a beach and an outdoor mall. The residents are nice enough and there are plenty of chances to get to know each other through events put on by the leasing office. The leasing office and maintenance staff are courteous and quick to respond.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone when you can pay less and live in a high rise downtown. I couldn't even get staff assistance when I suspected a flood in my apartment. The staff in general are pretty unhelpful and you're forced to use a 3rd party package delivery.

Before pandemic was great. I really enjoy living in this community. I have couple of noisy neighbors that are always yelling and arguing. Lot of break-ins lately. Garage dirty and lots of garbage by the elevator.

Everyone in the leasing office was super friendly and helpful! I really felt at home the moment I stepped through the door. The complex itself looked beautiful at every step of my self-guided tour. The apartments themselves were lovely, spacious, and well-laid out. The tall ceilings were a huge plus, and it was always very quiet in the units thanks to the thick concrete slabs between floors. The 2 story, 24 hour gym was tremendous, and that was a major selling point for me. And the complex is nestled in an island of shops, restaurants, and entertainment literally right across the street! It's amazing! I thought I would want to live in downtown Seattle, but coming here made me reconsider!

Everything has been fine minus the current trash room situation. Trash room shoots have been closed for months. It's a terrible inconvenience. It's very hard to dispose of card board boxes of any kind.

I love living here, the staff and maintenance are wonderful, the only issue is the transit center which brings in a lot of drug users to the parking garage and a lot of theft in our garages. I understand though that there is always theft and drugs where ever there is a transit center, and it makes this place convenient for them because of all the shops where they can get off the bus and just loiter

After I sold my house, I was walking by the apartment. I happened to meet the apartment official and she showed the room where I can see Mt. Rainier. I love Mt. Rainier!!! Also I was stunned how clean and big the inside the apartment. Also I was surprised I did not hear any sound from apartment rooms next to mine.
