When I first in to this building years ago when it opened it was kept clean and the surrounding area was nicer. Since that time there have been lots of changes for the worse. Seems the more our rents go up the worse things seem to get.

Staff and community members and staff are nice, respectful, helpful and it's a quiet community, amenities are really great, the lounge, workout rooms, pool and hot tubs are top notch. Plenty of parking, centrally located close to everything 10 min from Bellevue and Seattle. I really like living here and plan on renewing my lease.

Albert, the maintenance technician, has been great. I wished I could say the same for the complex management. They don't hire enough personnel to properly keep up the building adequately. The lack of adequate staff has resulted in poor waste maintenance. Instead of having the trash shoots fixed (narrowing design resulting in clogging) they charge resident extra for a "service" where trash is essentially left in the hallway, stinking it up. If they got to the root cause and fixed the shoots it would have been mutually beneficial. Rather they blame the residence, now for multiple years, for not knowing how to properly use trash receptacles. Yes that was in a notice to tenants. I know how to throw trash down a shoot and I find their blaming residence for their lack of maintenance just absurd and unprofessional.

Apartments are nice. Gym is amazing. Amenities are good. If you haven't heard of Fetch delivery I highly suggest you read their reviews. They will stop you from getting packages on the day they arrive and cause tons of problems if you have medication or did delivered to your apartment. Also pet owners like to have their dogs ---- right outside of the entry ways to the building.

The apartment has been reasonable and the amenities nearby are really nice. However, it has been too expensive for where it is and the community itself doesn't seem to care about the rules when it comes to pets, garbage, smoking, or anything else.

The apartments are pretty nice and we typically get service quickly, but the outside of the building is littered with trash and animal waste. The neighborhood also suffers from loud vehicles passing by. We do live close to a top tier park and decent restaurants and shopping.

Albert was a great service repair technician. He called prior to entering the home, and was very respectful and did a great job of explaining what happened. Overall a quick, efficient fix and it is greatly appreciated. Albert is wonderful!

We enjoy our immediate neighbors, but there is a serious lack of respect and responsibility from many that live here. Dog waste is all over in the flower beds next to our patio, the garage and around the perimeter.

Repairs have been done promptly and well done by Blair both times. Solid work. Seeing more of a homeless element recently, as evidenced by the excessive amount of garbage left by those who steal from the local Target. Have also seen homeless in the building and in the garage, and some drug use

The community is great but trash is hard and the smell in the hallway is not that great. Not sure if it's from wet carpet. If we could get access to our elevator and the main entrance through our phone that would be great as well.

Love the facility and the maintenance staff, but management's unwillingness to address staffing shortages or provide adequate new security measures is disappointing and very frustrating. I am paying premium price for the apartment and would expect more resources be allocated to addressing issues like garbage and security, repair and other issues. I no longer feel like I am getting the value I would expect for what I am paying.

I love this community! I work nearby and the convenience of the restaurants, shopping, and healthcare at your fingertips not only supports the environmental initiatives but also makes this community a 'stress-less' way to live. We walk everywhere! If you need to get in your car, public transportation is right outside our front door and the freeway is one block up. Can't beat that!

We have enjoyed our time living at Griffis, we've been here in total for almost 3 years I believe. We've stayed because we liked the community but most importantly we have had great interactions with the leasing staff, maintenance, and groundskeepers. Always super friendly and very helpful when we've needed it. However, recently we feel like the community has kind of changed and the overall quality of living here has gone down. It seems as the people that live here don't care as much about keeping stuff clean. Overall though, our time here has been good. Just the last year things have unfortunately changed for the worst.

I expected to be cleaner. Unfortunately, there are many issues regarding the cleaning of public area. Elevators are down more often recently. Hallways are not clean, and elevators are usually messy. People are making noise.

The staff is so wonderful. There is not enough maintenance staff so often trash is overflowing outside of P2 elevator. The trash room are often filled with tables, mattresses, boxes, ect. When I moved in I was told to take large items to P1 dumpster or depose of it myself. Not sure why you don't enforce it or lock the trash rooms.

So far the short time that we've lived there it has not gone great we haven't had access to certain amenities most of the time during the summer the pools were both closed the dog parks have not had gates on them and I've been destroyed for weeks with no sort of email or anything like that to let us know what the delay is and I'm being charged extra for stuff that I was not where I'd be charged for it or don't use
