It's a nice, clean, and cozy community. It's very well taken care of. Moving in was easy and all of the staff are friendly. The facilities are very nice and well taken care of. This is a very pet friendly community.

Nice apartments. Plenty of amenities. Shipping stuff to your door is a hassle since you are forced to use a delivery service. No A/C for over $3000 a month. Other than that it is a nice place to live that is close to work.

Prices change daily depending on the market up or down so expect changes in rental prices prior to move in, I had to go over budget to get a the same floor plan a week later be sure to check prices prior to looking they fluctuate daily.

The apartment is reasonably well kept and maintained the only complaint I have are the elevator and garage doors seem to fail too often but on the positive side they are repaired and functioning fairly quickly. I have lived here 10 plus years and have no plans on leaving. This is my home.

Right now I am not happy after 6 weeks of living here. I was shown my specific apartment before my move in despite traveling down from SeaTac to see it. Stains on carpet, bathroom vinyl and counters. Have ongoing issue with lack of hot water I have been requesting fix since I moved in and despite several service requests and appts nothing has changed. Very frustrated.

The staff has been very professional with only a few exceptions. Most of the team truly seems to care and empathize with and support the community. The priority level and communication about community wide issues including safety, health related and resident concerns seem to be a high priority to address via email, however the communication and following actionable solutions often take extensive amounts of time to address if addressed at all. The buildings are well kept, the amenities are high quality and truly add to the overall value of the property. The majority of the time an issues arises I've been met with what feels like an inclusive nature of support and genuine quality of service. I have lived in multiple units on this property over about the last four years. If anything I would hope that the staff was empowered to enforce the policies of the terms of agreements that residents sign when moving in. It feels like their hands are constantly tied from reaching a reasonable solutions to problematic neighbors (i.e.; smoking, trash, dog parks, theft, misuse of property, abuse of amenities, etc.) Large building wide emails have not proven effective in reducing some of these issues and the staff, from my perspective, shouldn't have to be burdened with the constant polite babysitting with ongoing re-offenders. The rest of the residents experience suffers and tarnishes the great job they are doing to make this community a home.

My experience of this community is that it exceeds expectations in terms of maintenance for any issue affecting your specific living space. As far as conditions otherwise, the grounds are always kept nicely, but there is a great deal of room from improvement around ?sel of garbage, and cleanliness in and around the elevators, and in the parking garage. Security at this community is a major problem. Mostly because of the surrounding neighborhood. I am not aware of additional steps. This community could take to protect us and our belongings further, unless we were willing to pay for a full-time, on-site security service. Our chief complaint about this community is noise. Again, likely something that is not able to be addressed by community management, but is the nature of the neighborhood. Amenities here are exceptional.

We were on the area and decided to stop at the Community to as for a tour and pricing. Signage that leads to the future resident parking was easy to find. Claudia greeted us with an smile and she was very Professional on the entire tour. I didn't want to see more than one home because I didn't have an appointment but she said it was out time to find a home and she would not mind showing us a different layout. She answered all questions , she was knowledgeable and helpful. She genuinely cared about our experience there. She was was standing already by her desk when we got to the second floor ready to meet and greet. We loved the views and locations, as well as the interiors and layouts. Definitely recommend to check it out .

Quick to service repairs. We requested a service during the weekday and the service people notified us that they will work on it a couple of days later (2-3 days). They initially called us to let us know they'll be here and we allowed them entry while being out of the unit.

It's really good and it feels a lot safer despite what people say. The only improvement that I see is installing cameras. It would help so many people when incidents do occur in the parking garages and would make people feel safe

Some of the office staff is helpful, but most seem like the do and care with bare minimum efforts. You have to get a hold of the right people for something to get done. The remodeled apartments are mostly nice, but still cheap short cuts like inside of cupboards have been painted to look cleaner and makes dishes smell chemically and sticks to anything that sits too long. Otherwise the unit it nice and quiet inside, little noise from neighbors is heard. The community is dirty and embarrassing when I have guests. Residents don't follow the trash pick up guidelines and their garbage won't be picked up and will sit outside stinking for days. People will spill, litter, or let their dogs pee in the elevator or garage and not go back to clean it up. The office should set up better services and standards around cleanliness. Hire more cleaners or enforce better rules.

It has been a good one. I have been very happy with the office staff and the maintenance team. I love the valet trash service and the communication from the leasing office. They are wonderful at updating the residents on everything happening in the community.

Griffis Lake Washington has gone way down hill in the several years that I have lived here. It is now unsafe. There are very often now people doing illegal drugs (not just weed) right outside the building. My wife was followed and threatened by someone trying to get into the building. This is just no long a safe place to live.

It's a pretty decent place if you're okay with transient people screaming at 3am. The amenities that the complex offers for the most part are up to par but the area is still a little dicey; apparently all of greater Seattle is having the same issues so just be weary of that.

I have been leaving at Griffis Lake Washington for over 2 years and we are very pleased with the experience here. Yes it is a bit on the pricier side as far as square footage to $ goes but the quality of the apartments and amenities are the best we have seen in many other apartments. To top it off, the location is pretty hard to beat. The only opportunity here is the maintenance team seems a bit understaffed and fall behind quite a bit but we have seen some new faces in the last couple months so it does look like they are addressing that staffing issue!

Nice area and apartments with shopping and entertainment near by. Staff are very helpful and reliable lible. No AC, very loud from street noise, and delivery drivers can't find individual apartments because of the lay layout.

Good, just adjustment with the trash smell needs to be remove as well as the extremely slow elevator. A slight complain is that in the summer people are blasting their speakers at the pool and it is incredibly loud.
