the location is probably the best this about this complex. you can easily get on the highway, access supermarkets walking distance and a wide variety of food options are conveniently near by too. The office is pretty responsive and helpful when needed.

It has been great! Everyone that works here has been super helpful and professional. Amenities are awesome. The hot tub could be a touch hotter and the top jets never seem to work. A couple of the other tenants have mentioned that they never work and everything in the community is usually broken- I've not experienced this at all.

Nice apartments, expensive, but it is a premium location. Very convenient for current or future Boeing employees for the Renton Factory. Less than a 10 minute walk. Being across from the landing is nice with lots of Food and Target being so close for quick items. Garage for parking is gated but not monitored by cameras. Keep your cars locked and don't leave items in your cars.

All of the staff we have dealt with before we moved in and after, have been very professional. All of our maintenance requests were handled quickly. The building we are in is quiet, with the exception of sometimes a barking dog. Not sure if there are security cameras in the parking garage, but that would be great extra security.

"Luxury apartment living" is not possible in downtown Renton. The property needs better security and cleaning protocols. Gym is nice. Pool looks nice but would never use it because the people in the community do not follow health and safety rules. Overpriced for area and size of unit.

Entered the request for my patio door to be fixed, and had it fully fixed and replaced within 48 hours. Communication between myself John, Romeo, and Al was very consistent which I greatly appreciated as well.

Excellent space and customer service. Club house is always kept clean. I like the coffee machine and love the fact that you could select double espresso with cappuccino on top (same cup, if you know what I mean). Spa is clean and always ready to enjoy

The actual apartment is fine. Just common areas like where the mail boxes are dirty, fire alarms are always going off and if you don't like the smell of weed, there is people always outside smoke and if your windows are open that smell is coming into your house. We don't like at all. But the maintenance team is very nice and assist really quick when there are issues.

Building and parking structure are often dirty. Therws handprints in the elevator that have been there since we moved in. Parking structure smells like urine outside the elevator. Dog parks are filthy.

Great amenities, especially the fitness center. Pet waste is a problem, but that's because of residents and not the staff's fault. For the most part, my time has been good here. It's been relatively safe and peaceful.

My family and I love living in this community. The only problem sometimes are some neighbors but I guess that is not the management's fault. Some people here dont care about the building in different ways. They are not considerate in keeping the dog area clean or the gym, etc. Some people let visitors park inside the parking garage .

Maintenance is definitely one of the best parts of the community at Griffis Lake Washington. Albert on the maintenance team is always on top of work orders and super respectful and considerate to residents. Griffis is lucky to have someone with his work ethic!

It is a great community. There are minor issues, however it is apartment living. Lived here since 2018 and have enjoyed the property and community. Griffis has several amenities and we have used them frequently.

Nice community-- I kind of wish there weren't so many fire alarms and police though. Staff (with the exception of one person) is generally very nice, and all my neighbors that I have met have been very nice.

Albert went above and beyond in repairing my washer! I left back home during the holidays and was worried this problem wouldn't have been fixed by the time I came back. Not only was the problem fixed almost immediately, it was fixed well beyond my expectations. Thank you Albert!!

I had an emergency and I needed to break my lease and they were very mean about it and no one helped me. Would not recommend to move here. There is a lot of dog waste all over the community. Overall living here is fine, but the experience of living was not good and ruined the whole experience. And very expensive for what we get. There's always smell of pee next to the elevators in the parking lot. And is there sometimes. The building shakes all the time and the noise from the street is very loud. In the morning when they take the garbage out, you can hear it really really bad and it wakes you up at around 7 o'clock in the morning.

China was absolutely amazing. She greeted us at the door. She provided entertainment for our son and made us feel welcome. She advised our leasing agent Victor would be with us shortly. Our leasing agent past right on side of us and didn't say a word. We went to his desk did a few things. When he was ready he approached us. He could have introduced himself and said he would be with us in a moment. Other than that. The amenities are good. The main thing that was not so great for us is the valet trash causes the hallways to stink. Also the platinum apartment that we seen had an odor as well. Also the flooring in the platinum apartment looked like sticky flooring. IF we decide to stay here it would definitely be the classic look.

Great location with many amenities. The gym is really nice and can be a great option instead of a gym membership. I really do like the pool area in the summer time. The hot tub has not been available or has not worked for the most part which would be my biggest complaint about this location.

Everything is good for me , good commuting , workers kind instruction, on time service , conveneience shop malls around, etc except the out door noise by street cleaning, moving cars going back and forth.
