Overall, I like it here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. The grounds are well kept and clean. Some of the appliances break easily however.

This is such a great place to live. I love the walk-ability. Very quiet tenants. Super helpful and friendly staff! And recently they had a Halloween workshop that was amazing. Such a fun activity. I'm glad to be a resident here.

General upkeep and maintenance is great when it comes to in-apartment issues - but the long term issues are more of a problem. Elevators being out of service for months. Pools and hot tubs being out of service for months. Parking security gates being out of service for days or weeks, with lack of updates.

Very fast and helpful. Cleaned up areas and easy way to come in out for the residents but still secure. Maintenance team is always fast and clean helped with my issues within about 10-15 minutes and responded to my ticket within the day.

Great service speed! The managing team is very responsive to the issues in the building, they also notify the tenants promptly when something goes wrong so we can prepare accordingly. The maintenance staffs are very polite and friendly as well!

I requested maintenance service and they came to check it out the same day. Since it was around 4pm, the work needed to be done next day. To fix the issue, it needed parts and at least 2 hours so they came back next day and finished in less than an hour. Very clean and looks new.

They do their best with the resources delt to them. I think there is a lot of maintenance issues when it comes to larger items in the building that seriously need to be addressed. As it stands there are some great amenities as well that make up for some of the shortcomings.

I just moved in, and from what I've noticed so far, most people here are super nice. The leasing staff is also great especially Eric, who is very respectful and helpful. The only small downside I'd mention is that at first I kept getting lost in the building because it's so big, but I think that's just because I'm new.

The living experience has been ok except for elevator and parking garage gate maintenance. It takes months to get them fixed. When asked why it takes so long to get them fixed, I was told that it has to go to a board to be approved. It seems like if one elevator or gate is working that there is no reason to spend the money to fix the other ones until the one one that is working breaks down

the community is great, but unfortunately have to move out due to the elevators always being down. We live on the top floor and it's alot having to climbing up five flights of stairs multiple times a day. They are doing their best to fix it though, but unfortunately it's a waiting game due to the elevator company.
