About half good and half bad please read
After 18 months at the Reserve (which is the same company as The Sanctuary) I will make a balanced comment. The Good: Well kept grounds, Well lit apts, Autopay online works, Rent is competitive (with one caveat, see below), location is convenient, covered parking is great (for Seattle weather), the separate recycling chutes are great. The Bad: Pool is open only 3 mos a year, Spa is broken 6 of 12 mos, Club room does not allow any alcohol and charges after 5pm, Gym rest rooms are always locked (you have to return to your apt to go), pool shower has no water. IOW the amenities are mostly for show. Also, the garage and stairwells were NEVER cleaned in 18 mo, even when dogs had accidents... The apt carpet is super cheap and looses fibers constantly. The UGLY: Hot and Cold water are charged separately with a "Hot Water Energy Fee" in addition to your rent that depends on the entire complex's water consumption. So you can reduce your consumption to zero and you still pay. So you are in fact paying for other people's hot water use. Our water fees added up to $110 /mo for 3 people including a 1 yr old baby. They did have some problems with cars & bikes being stolen. I had some bike parts stolen from the "secure" parking lot, but nothing major.

lack of service
We did not rent here or at the Reserve next door. My husband and I (both professionals) stopped by this weekend to rent an appartment. We walked into each establishment and at both were ignored by the staff. At the reserve they were with customers. We stood around for over 15 minutes and noone aknowledged us. At the Sanctuary one person was at a computer and never looked at us. We decided to leave both places however at each place it took us awhile to leave as the offices are on the second floor and the elevators were painfully slow. What a shame, I'm sure the buidling owners would like to know how unresponsive thier management company is.
