Pretty good spot. Staff is nice and prompt. A bit expensive and I hope the lease renewal process isn't going to be brutal. Some of the amenities are not available and the calls boxes have been down for some time.

It is nice and quiet. Locations are great to go loews, restaurants, Movie theater, bubble tea shop and more lts like small town next to this apartment. The only thing was when i move in some of part of apartment was not ready and i still didnt get any inspection.

While I have only been here for a year, the experience so far has been largely positive. It feels like management does make an effort to improve amenities over time, and service is very responsive to requests. The buildings are very large (I believe they combine to over 800 units, on the order of a dozen elevators), so there is a lot of ground for the cleaning staff to cover.

Very happy with our apartment. Our Leasing Consultant, Kristin Mays, was very helpful with everything. The biggest issues have been spending an hour to get the TV set up (with Xfinity) and putting together all the IKEA furniture - both issues that have nothing to do with the Griffis Lake Washington apartments themselves.

The apartment now is quiet and livable. Also excellent in size and comfort. The facilities are also excellent and well maintained. I have never been frustrated living here. If I can, I will continue to live here.

Griffis Lake in Renton has all of the things you could ask for within a 3 minute walk across the street. Movie theater, restaurants, banking, shopping, everything. That's what drew me to this place, the only thing that would make me feel better was if it was a safer place to park cars without worrying about being broken into, that's just the honest truth.

The new management company is as bad as the old one. Their communication skills are very lacking. They are re-modeling the community but they lack communication of what they're doing. Would not recommend this community.

So, I really like the management/staff here. They are professional, courteous and really easy to talk to. They are currently doing a lot of renovations so the entire building is getting a facelift and it's for the better. It looks lovely.

Great location, great service from the leasing office, VERY QUIET in apartment (can't hear neighbors), love being super close to the Landing. Close to I-405, so easy to get to work in Kent. Covered parking is a plus. Maintenance issues (have only had one minor one) are solved quickly. They are also always adding new features, in the 6 months we have been here they have painted the entire building, inside and out, added garbage pickup outside the apartment door, and now they are renovating the leasing office and courtyard. It is definitely exciting! Side note: I hope you love dogs, because there are a lot of them here!

I have no complaints, anytime I need something fixed it gets fixed . I really like the fact that I get emails about everything that's happening in the apartment, so I'm well informed about elevator closures and work that's being done on site.

I haven't been here long but any issue I have had has been addressed quickly and professionally. The leasing people are all very friendly and helpful and there is someone available 7 days a week. Kristin Mays is the agent I worked with and she is very personable and helpful. My apartment has been renovated and I really like it. I've had a couple of maintenance issues and they have come and resolved my issues the same day I submitted the requests. It's also pretty clean. They have valet trash service which I don't use (I'm next to the trash room) but it helps to keep the whole place cleaner. I've seen other apartment complexes where the trash area was a disgusting mess because residents don't follow rules and aren't careful. I don't have to go anywhere near a dumpster here--Yay! It is also very quiet. The only noise I hear is from the hallway and that's not much. I feel fairly secure here as a single woman. And the location is great being at The Landing with the movie theater, big stores, small stores, and many restaurants. Also, I found I needed storage after moving in and I got just the right size space in the building for a very reasonable price. It's a bit expensive overall here, but I would recommend it to a friend.

For how many people live in this building, it is one of the quietest environments I have ever stayed. What we appreciate most is the workout areas along with the ease of access to the park and businesses within 1-2 blocks.

The ouside area of this complex very loud. There are constant trains to and from Boeing that lay on the horn at all hours of the day. In the summer, constant racing up and down the street and general traffic, and jack hammering from concrete plant

I just moved in so I'm still getting to know the community. The move-in-process was ok. There were a few minor issues such as providing a non-working/wrong elevator key. When I called one staff member said "just use another elevator" which was distasteful. For one the reserved elevator was next to my apartment, second the movers already started why should I be inconvenience? Then maintenance was supposed to come and never showed. So I manually had to hold the elevator which was difficult and annoying because residence were able to call the elevator. Nonetheless we accomplished what we needed.

Its a quiet, relaxing environment with nice neighbours willing to strike up a conversation with you. The apartments are well maintained and the staff are very quick to tend to your needs or concerns. Overall communication by staff and the community is vocal, consistent and helpful :)

The first owners customer service was terrible, it has gotten better with the current company. But they seem to be money hungry now. I appreciate the community getting a face lift but the people that have lived here for a while shouldn't have to suffer. Stop implementing required extra payments that no one wants. You are driving away good residents.

I have been here 6 months now with no big complaints. I have never had an big maintenance issues and the small things that did need addressing were done within 24 hours. Brandi and Malli have been fantastic since the day I moved in until the present day. The facilities; gym and pool are great and very convienient, clean and reasonably well maintained. Love the location and I am looking forward to staying here longer.
