The office team is very friendly and really goes above and beyond to be of help. I truly appreciate them. The community itself is always clean and well-maintained, and it is in a great area.. There aren't many issues and when there are, they're addressed quickly. Residents here are also kind people. A resident posted this photo and I saved it because it was so pretty.

Nice modern apartment, the whole complex is well taken care of, it's conveniently located to shops, restaurants, theater, and freeway. The staff is helpful and friendly, the new fitness center is amazing.

I've been here for a little over 2 years and I can say that overall, things have been great thus far. Throughout the few obstacles I've personally seen, the staff have been pretty consistent about handling them: it seems that response/resolution time has increased over time and here's to hoping it continues to improve. I'd like to personally recognize and thank Brandi from Leasing. She has made everything easy from the beginning and has consistently helped with every question and issue I have faced here. Her work ethic, dedication to solving issues, and impeccable timing with correspondence has helped me considerably (even during times when I wasn't able to be timely in my own correspondence). She continues to be a phenomenal human being and I am fully confident that I will be able to rely on people like Brandi for anything I come across here. Thank you, Brandi!

Most beautiful apartment that I have ever lived in. Be prepared for hidden fees. Rent is higher than you would expect. Staff is absolutely amazing. Amazing amenities (once covid is over). I have always felt safe here. I would live here a long time if I can afford rent.

The apartments are pretty and the staff is nice. Neighbors act like children with leaving their garbage in the trash rooms and smoking weed all the time and the walls are very very thin. If you like peace an quiet after you come home from work, live in the very top floor

Coming from NY Griffis is a major upgrade in both quality and affordability for an apartment. Management has always been quick to help. I've been in my apartment for over a year and can rarely hear my neighbors and have never had a bug problem. The apartment itself is nice and comfortably fits myself, my roommate, and our cat and dog. The only downside is inconsiderate neighbors who fail to clean up after their dogs, steal packages from doorsteps, and leave a mess in the trash rooms.

There are worse places to live I suppose. It's not bad, but the management policies have several 'gotchas' in 'em just to ding the residents with additional fees. The apartments appliances, fixtures and flooring are pretty low quality. The entire time I have lived here the refrigerator has never functioned properly. Seriously. Never. I've called it in multiple times. They do come out to futz with it, but fix one problem and another pops up. The carpet is a standard builder-grade and while you can make 'em look okay with a deep steam clean, the fibers are all broken down and it takes little time and the wear shows up immediately. I'd give it a C- overall. For the price you pay and what you get.

I love the apartments and the community, I know they have been doing the best to upgrade it, but they need to reinforce the no smoking and cleaning around the community a little bit more because you can find dog poop everywhere and is very annoying. The new gym has ben the best upgrade so far.

The street adjacent apartments are very loud because of street racin cool guyz. The management and maintenence team are all friendly and helpful. Lots of lazy people that don't pick up after their dogs. Girlfriends are was broken into but that was before the current management took over.

Just finished moving in and my wife and I love the place. About a week in and I have never heard the neighbor's music, TV, or voice as the walls keep it all out! Larissa and the rest of the leasing team made our move in super easy!

I like living here in Griffis Lake. The location is great. Quick access to I-5 or 405, close to a lot of amenities, grocery, food and retail services. There is parking and lots of it. Most of the residents are pretty friendly and say hi when you run across them in the elevator. It feels very secure although cameras in the long hallways might make women feel safer. Every now and then (especially during the summer) street racers would come down to the empty Fry's parking lot and start revving their engines. Cops would be quick to disperse them however it's still quite a nuisance. However that's not really Griffis Lake's fault. I haven't heard it as of late so I think the frequency has died down a lot. Thank you Renton PD. Other than I don't think you could really ask for much. It's an apartment complex, not a neighborhood of single family homes so don't expect a community of neighbors waving at you when you mow the lawn lol. Most of my fellow tenants are quite friendly though. Other than that I like living here. Less maintenance than owning a home or condo. I like that.

My apartment is well insulated from sound with big windows and lots of natural lighting. There's a lot of cabinet and counter space as well as a bigger bathroom and bathtub than standard. I generally don't take advantage of amenities as well as I could but there's definitely a ton of options if I feel like it.

Everyone has been amazing. Our needs are met promptly when a service request is submitted. Communication is too notch! Our view in our corner apartment is very serene! Private yet busy during the day. Night time weekdays is very quiet.

We've lived here three years and overall it's been a great place to live! There's been just a ton of improvements and construction going on to make it even better which is great. The complex has handed COVID well, staff are super nice and helpful, and that has made it an even better place to live. Living at the Landing is great, you can walk to tons of places to eat/etc. Right by 405 but easy access to 5 too.

The maintenance requests are always completed within a timely manner. I was out of town and had a house guest watching my cat for me. When one of the alarms started to beep due to a dead battery, the maintenance team came out the same day and fixed the issue! I was happy to have such an easy repair while I was away from my place. Great service- thank you!

An incredibly disappointing experience. Stairwells are never cleaned, staff is unhelpful, you get overcharged for *everything*. The complex makes changes that you are required to adhere to without any consultation.

May your move to this complex be temporary and serve as a transition into your home. This isn't a good complex for long term living. The noise is out of the control of the office and they won't admit that. Therefore you must be content with a noisy complex while enjoying the convenience of the location of the complex. Pros and cons. The office staff members are friendly but in actuality, they aren't able to enforce anything.

I have been living with the Griffis community since 2018, and the overall experience has been nice. I had a nice move in special which was extremely helpful in the situation I was in at the time of moving plus they have valuable incentives if you renew your lease for 12 months or more. The amenities are well kept and nice as well, the pool, bbq, gym, club rooms, all of the common spaces thanks to the constant hard work from maintenance. I see them here as early as 6am leaving as late as 5pm or later. Since moving in with this community I have only had minor maintenance problems which is to be expected. The neighbors I have experienced are nice quiet and respectful. Parking and package delivery via fetch I have no complaints. The office staff are polite and diligent with any of your needs. As an added bonus Griffis has also helped in a time of need during the pandemic, I don't know too many other apartment communities that even offer such a thing. I have been very blessed and thankful to have found a community like this to live at and so close to convenient shopping needs, restaurants and work. It's definitely worth living here in my own experience and opinion.

Quiet, clean, spacious floor plan, staff is amazing here! So far very happy with my move. Only downside they have elevators that a couch will not fit so be prepared to use the stairs for that. Love the option of walking distance to places around.
