Changing of management has not been pleasant due to the extra charges added. They complex does not address the issue raised and their expectation is for the tenants to police the complex instead. The security is almost non-existent. The office expects the tenants to police and call a security company who either doesn't answer their phones or just do not respond when called. My wife does not feel safe anymore in this complex

Staff has high turnover rate, but good enough to meet expectations. Location to the Landing and Coulon is the best attribute. Parking is reasonable. Gym is above average with cardio, cable machines, and free weights. The community is dirty with pot smokers, pet droppings not picked up, and dog urine all over parking walls, columns, and sidewalks. Some sketchy characters by the south side by the bus stop.

I just moved in, but the experience has been great so far. My furniture is shipping from Toronto, Ontario and is delayed but the 24 hour 2 story gym, the lounge, office working space all make it so that I don't really miss much except my bed. Overall a great space and good so far. (Caveat is that I'm only 1 week into living here).

Nice location and modern apartments. Maintenance responds quickly and is professional. Internal bulletin board on property website for residents to feel connected. Issues with people cleaning up after themselves in regards to animals going to the bathroom.

The location is conveniently located by restaurants and shopping. I appreciate that I can walk to places and that's it is a dog friendly community. I have a cozy, spacious living area. I appreciate that the garages/elevator areas are being more throughly cleaned. I still don't feel safe exiting and entering the elevators in the retail parking garage. There are so many hidden corners. The use of cameras and mirrors would make the area feel safer.

Super convenient location next to restaurants and entertainment. Clean, safe and friendly. Although this is a large community it doesn't feel that way. Has all the amenities including pool and exercise facility. Trash valet and package service are great luxuries.

Overpriced. everything is always breaking down. You get nickel and dimed for everything (trash service, delivery service). people have packages stolen all the time. No one picks up after their pets. There are dog feces all around the buildings. I've never had any interaction with the people that work here after the initial push to get me to sign a lease.

Public area is a bit dirty because of the dogs, don't feel very safe for parking cars in the garage. Besides these, everything is good. For example, easy access to public transportation, shopping area etc.

People are very nice, location is great. Maintenance staff is wonderful and timely. However it's extremely expensive and services are forced on residents to pay that people don't want. Safety has become an issue lately and it hasn't been addressed appropriately by the staff here. Overall it's a nice place to live and being at the landing is amazing but lately it feels like we pay for that vs value of our apartments.

Amenities are great and in general neighbors are very quiet but the lease comes with some unnecessary expenses such as the trash vallet. Common utilities bill is a bit high but there has not been any problem with them since we moved in.

GLW is overrated and to expensive for what you really get for your money. It's not a luxury apartment complex. This place could be rated a 5 start complex but it should be maintained much much better for the money we pay here. The community is fine and the location is great, no security cameras although I do feel secure living at GLW. The money we pay for the amenities is questionable and pet fees, no smoking marijuana?!!! I received a smoking violation and I don't even smoke cigarettes but people around me smoke everything. I don't drink and I would love to smoke marijuana in my apartment. There should be a building for none smokers but definitely no smoking cigarettes in any building on the premises. I sat in my apartment a year and couldn't smoke marijuana so I drank occasionally and I usually don't drink alcohol. My company would ask me you can't smoke marijuana in this expensive apartment you pay for every month? Nope!!! Not good at all.

I recently moved into the apartments and I can say it was the best move in process I've ever had. Kristin was my leasing agent and she was extremely friendly and helpful! So far I have no complaints and have enjoyed the extra amenities along with my nice new spot. The only thing I wish is that parking was free lol

I was excited to move in but that quickly faded when I realized the amount of dog feces around the property. On all the sidewalks and even in parking garage. The "dog parks" are not useable due to the amount of mud and feces. My dogs will literally not even go into them. Impossible to navigate the community without stepping in dog poop, even being careful. I would probably look elsewhere.

I rented apartment beginning Sept 1. I moved in later and elevator 4 was broken which made the move more time consuming. It's now October and elevator 4 has been broken for approximately 5 days. I choice this apartment based on parking proximity to elevator and my unit. The community is excellent at billing service charges etc but elevator is inop twice the 2 months I have lived here. Also I love pets but there was dog poop at elevator 4 for 3+ days, and this is a smoke free community that has smokers on there patios and elevator and parking areas wreak of Marijuana. This is terrible for someone that has asthma and allergies. Overall I'm not impressed with the community.

I've really enjoyed my time here at Griffis Lake Washington. The staff is pleasant, the apartment is large and comfortable and the amenities are an added bonus. I quit my gym membership because the gym here has everything we need. The pool is amazing too!

Since 2017 there has been constant improvement to the building and services. Management responds quickly to concerns and requests. It is a quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to live. Public transportation is nearby.

It's okay, overpriced for the community and area. Balconies have grills and all kinds of trash as you look around, there is charcoal grill below mine on the fifth floor. Pet owners do not clean up after themselves and our just let them go in common spaces without cleaning that up

For such an expensive community you would expect that public spaces are kept in pristine condition but that is not the case. Amenities are often broken or dirty, the complex refuses to install parking garage cameras even after many break ins and car theft, the "security" is useless and impossible to contact, and if you're a dog owner it's a terrible place for pups. Would not reccomend

I am never going to recommend to anyone to live at Griffis lake I will make effort to tell people to say away if they want to be safe and not scammed. I will tell people that vehicles and vehicle parts get stolen everyday and all that is offered is a apology instead of increased security. I will tell people the security that we have sits in the target parking lot on their phones and doesn't show up when called. I will tell everyone the building is covered in feces and urine and nothing is done about it

The location is amazing. Ample parking and overall very quiet for the heavy foot and vehicle traffic in the area. The units are large and open with spacious bathrooms and closets. Staff is quick to respond and handle situations in my experience. There are few design flaws that make me heavily question renewing my lease. Primarily there is no AC and some floor plans like the studios do not have a working functional window for a unit. With the current climate we are in that is just unacceptable.
