Very pleasant. The past and current staff with the Community manager are very gracious and prompt in addresssing whatever concern we present to them. The complex is well maintained and continously kept updated to keep the welcoming and safe ambience.

has gone downhill since Griffis took over, due in part (at least) to the pandemic, but no longer represents good value for money. They call box has been out in my building for a year or more, to give you an idea

The newer apartments are nice and comfortable, however too expensive for what they are really worth. The community, elevator, landscape is not well kept. Wouldn't recommend living here. The cost is not worth the value. Parking is terrible, you won't ever get a package, there's dog poop everywhere.

It's ok overall. A lot for the price without much back. They only give you one key fob and chase a insane amount for another. Lots of random charges for things that is pretty annoying. The places overall are nice

Great area to live in with tons of stores and restaurants nearby. But be prepared to pay for excessive fees and high utilities. The amenities like pool have been under construction since I moved here in November.

It is a nice apartment, however construction And updates seemed to put a stop to everyone's ability to use amenities ... and now with COVID I probably won't get to use any Amenities before my lease is up

This place is really nice. They are going to renovate the current office and gym into one giant mega two-story gym which is pretty awesome. All staff I have met are super helpful. Target is right across the street which is convenient, as is I-5.

We are 2 months in to our lease and so far the property is good. They are renovating and I am excited to use the amenities once they are back open. Kristin has been awesome. She was very helpful with the application and move-in and is still helping when ever we need anything.

Very nice noisy because of my unit location but generally very good the office staff is somewhat rude at times was asked to be quiet while I was calling about paying rent after being laid off due to covid 19 and waiting 14 weeks for unemployment benefits

I've only been here for a week but so far the staff has been helpful and polite, the buildings are clean and well kept, and the area feels safe. Location is good, close to restaurants and businesses, but it's still quiet which is a good thing.

Honestly, I understand this company needs to make money but they don't have the tenant's best interest in mind. They are difficult to get in touch with, and rarely consider the overall groups opinion on what actions need to be taken such as lowering fees that we as a community expected when we started living here. They charge extra fees that aren't necessary and don't really explain this prior to signing. We had break-ins to our cars in the garage we pay for monthly - they did nothing. We were promised multiple things when we moved in such as new blinds - never received and we have lived here for over a year now. We have no windows, terrible fly problems on our patio and no screens to accommodate how ungodly hot our apartment is. Do yourself a favor and don't live here, especially considering the price of these apartments and the location. For Renton, they are fairly nice, however, I am certain you could find a much cheaper location that has better service. These are just a few of the problems we have dealt with since living here. That is not including the unfortunate event where my boyfriend and I both lost our jobs due to covid-19 and when asking for help to break our lease early to move in with famly to cover costs they asked if we could afford a cheaper apartment and if not we could basically pay an extra $3000-5000 to break our lease at a 30 or 60-day mark. Please keep in mind we have been here for a full year now and have never once paid late or caused any issues.

It's ok, the surrounding area is decent and feels safe. But it's expensive, I pay 1400$ a month for a studio. Also Jesus Christ it's like they tried to find the loudest washer and dryer to put in the units. Shallow sinks too.

I immensely enjoy living at Griffis Lake Washington. The community staff try to ensure the best possible experience for residents. I am difficult to please and have had mainly positive experiences and would highly recommend this complex.

Overall the location is a good place to be. The landing offers entertainment, food and shopping right at your finger tips. Easy access to the freeway. There is no free parking. You used to get a free parking space with every unit but now you have to pay $50 a spot. The overall upkeep of the property is pretty low. Things stay broken for months on end, hallways and stairwells house a lot of trash. Elevator are super super slow. From level 1, you can walk up the stairs to the 5th floor and back down and up again before your elevator comes sometimes. All the elevators are like this. Staff is friendly. Amenities are pretty basic. You get a gym and a pool. Community work stations don't have printers anymore so pretty useless. Package deliveries can sometimes have issues finding you. I've seen so many deliveries just get thrown out on to the curb when we clearly have parcel lockers.

A great apartment complex in a wonderful location. The ceilings are high and they have great closet space and large bathrooms. Parking is secure with plenty of visitor spots. The only down side is the lack of air conditioning.

I love the location and I would suggest this place to others. What I like about the location is that is it is close to different restaurants, the movie theater, shopping stores and the beach. So far I have found that the neighbors are quiet.

Moving into an apartment during a pandemic was not easy, but the staff at Griffis Residential made our experience smooth and easy! They provided video footage of the actual apartment, answered all our questions in a timely manner and made sure we were all set once we moved in.

I like the community and mainly the location. The staff and maintenance are great, if there is any issues they resolve in a timely matter. One of the pros is that you sometimes can hear noises from you neighbors upstairs.

It's been alright. Office staff is lovely but the apartments are not worth what you pay for them. They are cheaply made but incredibly expensive, and you get charged for amenities you may never use. The amenities add up to be very expensive so be leery.

the Griffis lake Washington location is beautiful and well maintained! From the beginning of the process to moving in, it was extremely easy and straight forward. Kristin was always available and more than happy to answer any questions I had which made the process 100% easier. Highly recommend living here!

It's okay. Convenient for shopping and bus. Try to avoid apartments on the east side of the buildings. Lotta noise from the Lowe's parking lot and occasional trains bringing fuselages to the Boeing Renton plant. It's not intolerable, but can be annoying

Great staff/management, whenever I have a service issue is literally is fixed the next day I filled out the service request. Rent is a little pricey. If you get an apartment facing Lowes, you will hear it ALL night as well as race cars every now and then.
