Cannot warn of late pay without paying fees for any reason, even when there is proof I have the money, they still forward with eviction. alarms go off often, naighbors cuss at your or use vulgar gestures or blockade your car, others honk at you. my door lock has been tampered with, packages dissapeer, people bang on both my front and back door, even after my car got damaged they refused to change parking spots, I've been threatened and have been reprimanded as if I were the antagonist. my bathrooms have mold and lime, the elivators take forever, it takes less time to take the stairs which smell of urine and scat. there are needles in the hallway, homeless people try to get me to let them in if I travel on foot. my doorknob rattles at night. Garbage is left out in the hallways, there are roaches in the garbage room which wreaks to high heaven, sometimes you can't even open the door. Obnoxious neighbors. Management follows the rules even when the place is left to rot, but shows little care in the residents. I need to move, even my former slum homes off of shattuck are less horrible then this!

Great building and good layout for each apartment style. Quieter than when I first moved in. Parking is and has been a problem but there is no easy or quick fix and most is due to entitled residents feeling they deserve more than others. Great location for those who are single or without children.

The office staff is super friendly and the apartments are pretty sound proof once inside your apartment. Great maintenance staff. a lot of upgrades are currently being made. The outside looks great, but not a fan of the inside hallway colors.

It's a wonderful, quiet community in a great location. However, the rent is EXTREMELY high for the area (paying like you're living in downtown Seattle). The neighbors are all friendly, and the premises are kept clean.

Great! My fianc?e and I moved in with no issues. The office is very friendly. The residents are great. No issues with noise. Work orders are completed very quickly. We had a new fridge installed but the water wasn't feeding into the ice maker so they came out the same day to fix it.

Nice apartments overall. Recently purchased by another company with limited staff but otherwise a safe and convenient location. Near Coulon Park, shopping, dining and schools. Has a nice gym and pool for everyone.

I don't have any and I don't appreciate being forced to answer something that I don't want to. This should be optional. adskljfalskdhfkajhsdg;klasdk;flhasdk;lfha;ksldkjga;ksjdhgl akedjf;lasjdf;lkajsdklfjha;sklgdja;lskdjf;laksd

The location is awesome. Being able to walk across to The Landing and go to a movie or restaurant is really nice. Retail stores are easy to walk to. Bus to/from airport is very accessible. Walking to the park is a plus.

Overall it has been quite nice. Parking should be better monitored to help with people not taking a space that is not theres. Rent could be more afoordable but not too big of a concern to where I will leave the comminity.

I like the place here and the staff is really friendly and the parking and security is good. Gets a little too noisy on the weekend and The the rent is way too much for me, specially moving here from the midwest.

Overall decent place to live. Lots of restaurants close by. The apartments are a good size, but the garage especially p2 is filthy when you get off of the elevator. The elevators are painfully slow and outdated.

I have lived at Griffis Lake Washington since July of '18 and have seen the property only improve since I've moved in. I chose Griffis due to the proximity of The Landing and all that there is to offer there. I will continue to live here due to the fact that I feel safe, respected and have a responsive management team in the main office.

Staff and other residents are friendly. The short time I've lived here has been enjoyable. It is quiet and comfortable. The only difficulty I've faced is having visitors. It is very difficult for a visitor to come to my apartment without going downstairs to get them.

What this complex lacks is a freight elevator. When we moved in we had to cancel a couch because it would not fit in the elevator. When people are moving in or out, they should not be tying up regular elevators.

I had just sold my house after living there for over 45 years and looking for a retirement apartment. The location of this community solved my requirements, with good bus transportation available, and good access to parks and restaurants. The price seemed very competive.

I love living at Griffis. The location is perfect for me professionally and personally. I like meeting friends in the Landing and not having to drive. I have had no problems in my apartment that weren't taken care of immediately.

Great customer service from time of application to moving in. The unit I moved into was larger than others I've visited. Worth the price with all of the amenities and location. As advertised, I would definitely stay longer if I could.

This is a nice community. It's easy to live, easy to shop and easy to commute to work. Maintenance is quick to respond. The office people are friendly. The rental cost was competitive with other buildings, but I'm starting to doubt it. New management maintained much of the feel but certainly things are changing. I'm thinking about renewing my lease, and I'm really not happy with having to pay to park in the spot that used to be included with my lease.
