The staff is amazing! They are always courteous and willing to assist in anything you need. The leasing staff was our primary reason for choosing this as our home. They are quick to respond to any service requests and professional when they come into your home to complete them.

Very accommodating, the property is well kept and management is both welcoming and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and information about property changes or updates are communicated regularly and thoroughly. Not all communities are the same and this one truly feels like a place we can call home. Looking forward to the coming months here.

I don't love this community because upon move-out they will charge you if your apartment is not at a "professional level clean". They offer you a cleaning service for a few hundred as a move-out convenience, which I elected not to do because I am very clean and knew I could clean is adequately. However, they ended up charging me a few hundred anyway because they wrote it wasn't at a professional level clean. Be prepared to pay for the apartment at move out regardless if you clean already or not. The staff I communicated with even wrote that I had left my apartment in very clean condition but becuase it wasn't a professional level clean I had to pay $200+. I don't recommend this apartment complex as they rip you off and will charge you for anything they can.

The apartments are a good value for the money and the appearance is great, but appliance upgrades (i.e. new facets, shower heads, washer/dryer) should be something that is provided after two or three years in the same unit, rather than something that has to be requested or repaired.

It was nice since Kristine helped us through our way to move in and that we got the unit we wanted. It looks very nice and the amenities that were provided is just perfect for us to start our new life here.

An incredible apartment complex! Close to many things, clean interior and exterior, and the best management staff. We have a studio next to the pool, and even with some activity we love the complex and area. Brandi specifically has been the absolute best at communication, kindness, and assurance in our entire experience! We love it here!

Staff was amazing. Very attentive to our wants when looking for our perfect apartment. Very flexible with appointments and being able to view different floor plans in person. Easy to contact for an issues and great community overall.

Griffis has done an excellent job with this community in areas that Fairfield previously failed. The staff are responsive and friendly, the building is clean and well maintained, and it really is a pleasant place to live. The only true downside is the lack of built-in AC.

My husband and I are coming up on 2 years here and we really like it. The staff/leasing office gals are very helpful and quick to respond. We live in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and it's very spacious and quiet. We hardly ever hear are neighbors, which is a plus. It's also a great location and within walking distance to many things. As long as the rent does not take a significant jump at our renewal, we are definitely sticking around.

The apartments are fine, I've never had a problem with appliances or quality of the units but the new landlord keeps making "improvements" that no one is asking for (but then claims it's because people are asking) and then charge you more for it when your lease renews. If you lease a new apartment and know all this going in, you'll probably be fine. Courtyard units can be annoying as the sound echos and people hang out. They are pretty decent about getting people inside yb 10pm but they can only do that for people at the pool and there are plenty of patios and balconies as well. Security is not the greatest and there are several ways into the building. We had our bike stolen and have had creepy strangers knocking on our door late at night. The security company is not on site 24 hours. You can call them and they can come drive over.

I don't normally write reviews, but my fiance and I visited this apartment complex yesterday and were very pleasantly surprised to come across such a friendly staff and nice complex. Kristin in particular provided the best tour we have ever received from a prospective apartment complex. This is really saying something, given that we have moved three times in the past 2.5 years (due to changes in workplace locations) and have been on countless apartment tours. Not only was Kristin extremely gracious when we arrived a couple minutes late, she also customized our tour to focus on the amenities we truly cared about. She was very proactive in providing recommendations and property / location information without being pushy or coming off as insincere. The property itself is a gem in the Renton area without being overly pricey. The original units are nice enough, but we LOVED the renovated units, which have an updated, modern look. Assuming prices don't skyrocket with the completion of further upcoming property enhancements towards the end of the year, we will definitely be moving to this complex in January. ***PLEASE NOTE: Ratings were required for every category, so the ratings for maintenance and noise are assumed.*** Cheers!

At first when we moved in things were great. As the time went on, things started breaking.. call boxes, doors etc. that have never been fixed. When calling for a noise complaint it takes several days and phone calls to get it resolved. Courtesy patrol does nothing. The extra fees added on like valet trash is a joke.. I haven't met one person that wants this amenity, I can take my own trash out for free. Also with the addition of fetch which is yet ANOTHER fee, on top of paying for everything else with all the little charges added on top.. it's getting too expensive for just an okay apartment complex, not top of the line

Just moved in, but I've been happy with everything so far. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were helpful with moving in and reserving the elevator and providing a dolly to make things a bit easier.

Staff is very friendly, rent cost is great for the area, however overall I'm not thrilled based on one experience: I was having furniture delivered while out of town, I called the leasing office a week in advance, and was informed it wouldn't be a problem, sent a confirmation email - again no problem. However the delivery was denied while I was gone because it was outside of their policy to sign for residences upon delivery. I can respect this policy, I just wish I was informed prior. When I asked about this to a rep at the property, zero responsibility was assumed, I was told I was wrong, and I was out a couch another week, plus the cost of delivery. Simply not the way I treat customers in my industry.

I have lived here for almost a year and was here from when it transitioned from Sanctuary to Griffis. I have to say I have found the Griffis staff to be absolutely exceptional! I want to give a shout out though especially to their team member Brandi B. there! She just helped us as we were switching buildings and throughout the complex process she was always proactive, providing support, and was always super attentive to our needs! The whole team has definitely been helpful when we've needed support, but I just had to give Brandi B. some serious kudos! Even after helping us with the transfer process, she has still continued to be incredibly helpful with any item that comes up! We have enjoyed our time here!

Outstanding service. I want to be able to highlight the incredible experience and transparency of conversation from the sales consultant I worked with Brandi. From the initial hello to the prompt email follows ups she provided a genuine and professional experience for me to confidently move forward with living here. The biggest highlight for me in my process was their transparency when pricing on a unit had changed and they went above and beyond to honor the initial price point. Top notch service and excellent communication through her follow up. I would not hesitate to suggest living here and working with Brandi! Three months in and I am very happy with my apartment and all the amenities offered.

I like the property. I really like what the new owner is doing as far as renovations. This is a very dog-friendly property so, expect to see a lot of dogs. Due to its location near the Boeing field it can be a bit noisy early in the morning. The ventilation of the property is good but I would still recommend buying an AC unit during the summer.

I have lived here since 2015 and overall have enjoyed my stay. As with anywhere we live, there can be improvements but Griffis Management has been pretty amazing to work with. They are prompt and efficient with their help of concerns and are dedicated to making the community a better place to live.

The location cannot be beat with direct access to The Landing just next door, freeway access and both Bellvue and Seattle. The amenities are above and beyond any apartment area I've lived, grounds and common area kept clean and staff are always courteous and responsive. I love living here!

This apartment is alright. No major issues to complain about. The staff does try to address the issues. Apartment has nice amenities. Apartment has a good accessibilities to shops and food. Nice place to live.

Overall the experience has been great. Move in was easy and straight forward, the people in the leasing office were friendly and helpful. Everything is very transparent. The community seems great and very active. Lots of dogs which we loved and no cranky naighbors so far. We are really please with our experience here so far

The service is pretty good, leasing agents are nice and polite and do their best to fulfill your needs. The property can be a little cleaner though, like the Peking garage, and elevators. It would also be more convenient if we had more guest parking spots.

The community is in a decent area, newly built in the Renton landing. However the residents are not respectful of the property. They abuse it by not keeping it clean and are very loud. They are not showing concern for their neighbors who might need a quiet home to rest.

Great place overall. Staff has always been very friendly. Renovations were kind of a pain but needed and the people doing them were very professional and courteous. 3 issues elevators, noise ie surround sound/loud neighbors and pool hours

The facilities/amenities are great, however I feel like they could be better maintained. Especially for how much we pay in rent for living in Renton. The gym doesn't feel or look very clean, the pool area always looks like someone does not clean up after open hours and the halls/elevators are never really tidy.
