Real Nice location and the apartments look great. Love the pool and hot tub and the gym. The only downside is the trash situation and the office never taking any responsibility when it comes to complaints from residents.

The apartments itself is not too bad. Great amenities and staff are friendly and everything is close. Only down side is a lot of maintenance issues, balconies too close to each other and too many people around the area.

Until yesterday everything was good because I didn't need any help from leasing office and the people who are working there. But starting Wednesday midnight my smoke detector went off and was triggering my migraine and had really bad impact on my mental and physical health. So I submitted the service request immediately. On Thursday morning (at 9 a.m) I called leasing office to make sure they got my request and I was told maintenance folks will show up shortly. But no they didn't show up even after 5 hrs. I talked with leasing office folks for 3 times and even one of them hung up on me while I was talking!! She didn't even let me answer her questions or even talk!! She told me they have 48 hrs to complete the task but how could I live in this apt and work from home with smoke detectors' terribly loud noises?!! My convenience and comfort really don't matter for them?!

I really enjoy my experiences with Griffis Lake Washington. Anytime there is an issue, which there inevitably will be when you have this many people living in one spot, the staff are quick to help find a resolution that works well for everyone. The trash pick up has been very consistent, and the new package delivery service through Luxer One has been easy to use as well. The prices might be a little on the high side, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Super nice and quiet, have had no problems with the neighbors and often, people are courteous during quiet hours. Pets from the neighbors have been super friendly. We love the amenities provided here and the fact it's across from the Landing and some other stores, makes it an ideal location. Especially for people working around the area like Boeing

Customer service needs to be a number #1 office staff is angry half the time to current residents. Or even new ones. I came in and asked to get a newer unit with new floors and appliances, it was $600 more a month. Great location, but it needs a better upkeep. People are not happy when you talk to them in the elevator. Didn't get one phone call in 7 years to see how things are going.

My moving in here in the community ran smoothly. Service maintenance are efficient thus far and follows the direction that was requested. Nice neighbors so far. I feel secured living in this community.

My experience has been okay. I like where I live. I think the apartment complex could have a lot of changes considering it is luxury including security, garbage and cleanliness, package service. Staff has been nice.

I have lived at this complex since December 2017 and just renewed my license. The leasing agents are very professional, and the maintenance staff completes my repairs the same day that I put in the request. Griffis is close to major stores and restaurants where I can walk to them. I have a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier. I feel safe in my apartment and around the complex.

I have enjoyed living at Griffis Lake Washington because of the location and convenience of the apartment building. It is within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and gyms as well as parks and movie theaters. The staff is nice and the parking is good, too.

I've lived in this community for a few years now and have never had any major issues within my apartment. Anytime I have any kind of question, the office staff responds within 24 hours with answers. If I have a maintenance issue, I get a prompt resolution for that as well. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, and always a pleasure to talk to. One thing that I don't like is how noisy the hallways get. Anytime someone is talking or even simply walking down the hallways, the noise carries into my apartment and it is extremely loud. This isn't a major issue however as people in the hallways usually don't linger, so it's not a constant noise. Another issue is that the hot tub seems to be under repair as often as it is able to be used. If you enjoy relaxing in a hot tub after work with some friends (as I really do), this can get really frustrating. Other than that, it's a great place to live and I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

Great amenities and helpful front desk people. Location is great for working at Boeing renton Location. Helped me find the right place for what I needed and very pet friendly. Glad to have a covered and secured parking garage and a great in house gym.

Love it here! Living in a large complex has its challenges--due to the nature of humans--but Griffis takes care of us so well. They are quick to handle any maintenance issues, they communicate with residents to let us know what's going on in our community, and they take pride in keeping Griffis a great place to live.

It has been ok , things are always broken. Homeless people everywhere. Safety is a concern. Lots of money for tons of hidden fees. I lived here for 4 years and now rent is insanely high to where I can't afford. I used to afford this no problem.

One of the best communities I've ever lived in. The staff is amazing, and Mike Romero is one of nicest people you'll ever meet. The whole team has been phenomenal!!! No matter the situation, I recieve fast, effective help.

The apartments themselves are great. Maintenance team comes by quickly and efficiently for most service requests. However Trash rooms are a mess almost all of the time even though we pay for a valet trash service and packages get stolen from the door.

Not great. There are rats all around the building, the amenities are always down or broken. Elevators and parking garage gates break constantly. Expensive to live with very little value to what we pay for.

Overall we have had a good experience here. Service requests are handled promptly. Only negative is the trash issue and package valet problem. I like the revised dog park. I like being in the revised apartment.

I do enjoy the amenities, particularly the gym. Overall though I wouldn't recommend it for the price. It is noisy, dirty, and the staff are hit or miss as far as professionalism and courtesy. Some are amazing and some are terrible.

It's a decent place to live, however our unit is located in front on the transit stop so it's very noisy. It also attracts the homeless and unfortunately they do sneak inside our secured building. It can be unsettling at times. The valet trash is a great theory but the trash chutes are closed off from time to time. And trash rooms are a mess and can barley open the doors because they're so full with trash. That's the down side. Overall decent community but overpriced.

I searched for this apartment on WEB site. The first priority is whether the apartment is near the supermarket or not. In addition, I desired the security system. The Griffis Lake Washington is enough for my priority.

The best thing about GLW is Albert the maintenance attendant. He provides quick to provide a response and efficient with repairs. He is friendly and customer service driven. I give him 5 stars for his service. Thank you
