Quiet, nice place to live. It's a great location, near shops, restaurants, stores, parks, and gyms. Never had a worry about crazy people wandering into the apartment. Building amenities were great lots of things to do in and around the apartment. There's always help if you need it, whether it be maintenance, security, or issues with the apartment. Security needs to be serious we had kids/people in our pool/bbq area that didn't even live here and security just walked passed them but another night I guess police were call and they got escorted off.

good staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. outside environment is not as desirable. lowe is too close to apartment building and dont feel good. parking is a little difficult. too small space inside.

Great staff, great maintenance, many amenities that are resort style, largest fitness center in an apartment complex with everything needed, and 2 dog parks that my frenchies love, not to mention a renovated gorgeous apartment home!

It's been ok. I feel that the neighbors are a tad loud at times and that we adapted to the trash situation accordingly. I like that the staff answers the questions posted on the community board as soon as possible. I just wish the elevators were faster

Albert was very friendly and made sure that everything was taken care of before he left. He even did a little extra job for us. By getting a toilet paper handle replacement for us. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

This apt is very nice with an awesome maintenance team. The person who collects trash and cleans the public areas does such a great job, she does a lot ! Location of this place is wonderful, close to everything from shops to the freeway and Lake Washington. The security in this place means my car is secure as well as me? very happy to be here! Great place to live if you work at the Renton Boeing.

It's been my home since 2012 and the staff have always been responsive and supportive of my needs. The only negative has been the actions of the for profit utility company GAU in Colorado and their algorithm for determining each resident's portion of the shared utilities.

The tour was great and sold on living there. The gym is awesome. Love the on site parking. Security looks good. The unit is spacious and well appointed. Great location being next to the landing. Pricey but worth it.

Overall, I was satisfied. However, it would be great if the old appliance, which are over 10 years old, could be replaced. Old products are not only difficult to obtain parts, but also cause great inconvenience if they break down.

Great area, convenient location to Renton food and activities. Rent is a bit high for the quality of dwelling, especially considering no AC. Neighbors can be a challenge, lots of late night parties and limited enforcement of quiet hours. Building is showing its age and needing maintenance. Elevators and garage doors, access doors between gym and apartments are constantly failing leaving residents using alternative access points.

Very clean, and seemed quiet. The units were spacious. I do wish they had air conditioning but I understand most of Washingtons older buildings don't. Could see using the amenities. And enjoyed the staff, she seemed to really listen to what we were looking for.

Community is fine only issue I can think of is garbage chute smells. I like the conveniences the gym, location and neighborhood. The notification system for updates is good. The area is generally quiet though sometimes people stay in the pool past 10 pm.

Nice units, great gym, nice people in the office, and a really great maintenance team. Parking garages can be sketchy at night, and lots of questionable people wandering down from the bus stop/target. Quite a bit overpriced, but overall not bad.

I love it here and it's been peaceful. I haven't had any issues with neighbors or anything. The gym is perfect . The pools are nice and the amenities are worth paying for the apartment. Maintenance is always fast.
