Overall the apartments aren’t horrible. There have been a few times that the office hasn’t communicated when the pool is closed or how long certain amenities will be closed. The real issue is more of the fights residents get in or the lack of trash receptacles around the facility. There is also a slight homeless problem but it is getting better.

I haven't lived here for very long at all, but so far my experience is positive. I live on the bottom floor and I haven't heard my neighbors upstairs which is a huge positive for me. I also like the convenience of having a trash compactor compared to a normal trash bin.

Not the worst place when you don’t have any other options. I think they are definitely way to expensive but the area is pretty central to most work areas. So far not to many issues except our heaters being broken and the dishwasher as well.

It's a beautiful community. Sarah was extremely helpful getting me into a decent apartment. My animals love the property and seeing the squirrels. So far it has been a mostly positive experience. I would definitely love to see the dog park cleaned up a bit though

Management had gone way down hill and the apartments sirens too much money on stuff we don't need. For example the new gates, the "updated" activity rooms, the BBQ and furniture but the front office (nobody uses), and the updated in the office. They could of repaired wear and tare in decks, updated for more parking, and secured the property more. The security fuss here think they are oo7 and rude AF.

No more leak in the kitchen sink
Thankful that Tim solved my 2 maintenance issues quickly and provided the communication I requested. Left his work area as he found it, provided updates, Friendly and a professional demeanor. Thank you!.

Great maintenance team
I appreciated the level of attention and expertise Tim had when solve all of the maintenance issues I had in my apartment. Within days and sometimes within hours Tim was fixing perfectly all of the maintenance issues that needed fixing.

Great management and staff. Maintenance is very timely to all concerns. When I fell down my stairs a second time management worked with me to get me into a downstairs unit as fast as humanly possible. They are concerned about their residents and with bend over backwards for then

The staff has been extremely helpful with my questions, as it is my first time living on my own. The apartments are nice and the neighborhood is easily accessible to a lot of different places that I find myself needing to go.

Crooks
Parking was limited, security non existent and they don’t care about the tenant. After several years of tenancy the carpet and paint have to be done and they charged me for it. Cars were broken into and the pool was not maintained.

I stayed here for more than a year now and it’s just perfect for a small family like mine and my pet. I will always recommend this property to any of my friends anytime and would always want to stay here.

Overall nice staff and community some neighbors are very loud next door and the cabinets are falling apart and the dryer isn’t working very well and the sink isn’t sealed when coming in. Love the dog cars although feel like should get a parking spot with the price. Like how it’s close to everything

Living here is good ,because it is close to my work. I just renewed my least for another year . I wish people can pick up after there pets. I have a carport. And sometimes when I come home some is paking in it . And that makes me very angry, because I pay for that spot .

Inconsistent with rules and fines imposed from them. I’ve seen people try and pick the locks of the gym. I’ve seen teenagers harass women and smoke openly. Tough to feel safe at times I am unsure if any staff live in the complex but I feel the priority of improvements would be different if this were the case. For new rental rates it’s hard to say this place is value or justification for the price other than regular inflation. The place is painted not necessarily worth more or an upscale living place.

The only experience with the community I’ve had is with leasing staff and maintenance which has been excellent. They have been kind and professional, all issues or concerns were addressed quickly and to the full extent expected.

Make sure apartments are up to date even if there are tenants living in them. I am on a fixed income now so I couldn't move even if I wanted to. The rent keeps getting higher even though my income has stayed the same. We are having a difficult time affording to live here. I doesn't make it worth it if kids don't have a playground and if apartments are not up to date.

Can wait till my lease is up because honestly the amount of rent is NOT worth the drama and crap for maintenance I'm tired of seeing dog crap on my front porch I don't have a dog and the fact that people let their dog crap there and leave it is disgusting and disrespectful. And nobody does anything about it. People park like jack asses and nobody does anything about that either. Give me some paint and I'll paint the lines myself if you are too "busy"

There's too many shootings and crimes in the area. Just makes it unsafe to raise our kids. Wish communication was better. Been waiting forever for a replacement dishwasher which was supposed to be installed a week ago

Management crew is very understandable and professional at what they do. Maintenence crew is hustlers on top at all times. Secyrity team makes place safe. Again Thank you Ladies and Gents. Three bedroom unit that i am in is spacious enough room for me and my kids. Gym is a gem do as the pool. Awsome location close to all of the necessary shoping locations and general activities. Really close to schools. Awsome apartments.

Brookside 112 is a pleasant community with a great location. The management staff is pleasant and very helpful. The maintenance department is quick and efficient. The amenities are awesome with two pools and an amazing fitness center. The sense of community is very nice and friendly.

If an old complex with poorly insulated apartments, some apartments are on a very busy street, visitor parking is only in one area of the whole complex, very inconvenient. the rent is cheaper than most but the neighborhood is scary.

It's ok. Won't rent there again. Staff is fantastic but you know how corporates can be. Lots of dog owners don't pick up the poops. No places for kids to play. And there are a lot of kids trying to just be kids.
