My comment wont be shared. Also, maybe add a 2021 to your options. I have lived here since May 2020 and it is now February 2021. Brookside 112 meets the minimum requirements for shelter. The management will lie to you, they will blame you, and so will maintenance. The complex is covered in dog ---- and garbage and good luck finding a place to park.

Friendly staff and close to everything. Issues with homeless digging in the trash area and gang members partying in common areas leaving behind drug paraphernalia. Pool has been closed for a long time and gym is now closed due to Covid.

All of the staff, both office and maintenance, are extremely helpful and friendly. They really do their best to provide residents with a good experience and it shows. I have no regrets about moving here.

Great Staff from Mgr to Asst Mgr to Tawny and all Leasing Agents, to reliable Maint Techs like Daryl and Joseph. The area / location are very accessible to other places and major roads access. My personal view on upper balcony for relaxing , particularly Summer evenings is very relaxing. The clubhouse and 2 pools and pkg. HUB station are great features!

I love that it is a peaceful community. The maintenance team works hard to upkeep the place. Staff are always available and very friendly. The only issue I have is parking. I just wish there were more spaces.

I love the people at the front desk, theyre nice, reasonable, and usually resolve any issue quick.. They make living here easy and just relaxing all around. Ive had no problems at all and Ive lived here for while.

It's a pleasure living at Brookside 112. The environment is enjoyable and very well kept. The management office personnel are always ready to help you when you need them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend living here.

Its good. Parking could be better as even though youre not required to pay if you dont there is literally not a single spot to park, and even if you do pay there is no spots available. When I asked management where I am supposed to park when theres no spots they said to basically just keep driving in circles until someone leaves and I can take the spot they were in. But if its a reserved I cant. And if the only spots open in the whole complex is reserved I still cant park there

We have been living here for over a year. At the beginning, we felt ok, nothing too bad, nothing too good, we didn't expect too much for living in this complex. The neighbors that moved out told us how happy they were for moving out of here, we didn't get it until we met some issues. 1) Very often we see dog poopoo on the lawn, we put review, sent email to the office, but till now, nothing changed. 2) HORRIBLE parking, hard to park after work, unless you pay $45/month for a parking spot. Our car got towed twice without any notice!!! It makes us think Brookside 112 management/certain people must have good deal with the towing company. Many complexes never tow their residents cars, at most put on paper notice 3) Staff member -------- is our contract helper, who is always friendly, doing his best to help us, but --- and ----- are not helpful at all, ----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------, but she accepted check for rent, which is made of paper too. The second time our car got towed less than 24 hrs, we were temporally in a very bad financial situation, I stood by the office door and cried for help, --- and ----- didn't show any sympathy, just repeated the rules again and again, robot could do it so, we don't feel they treat us as residents/people, instead they just want the money out of our pocket in every way they can. The towing company told us they towed many cars from here every day!!! We are literally not happy to live here, but stuck with the contract for another year. Wish you good luck to find a nice complex to live, with staff members who care for you as human being.

Good place to live. Conveniently located. All office and maintenance staff very friendly, professional and capable. Will be nice when Covid restrictions are raised so gym and pool becoome available again. Parking can be an issue

Love our home but during the virus certain amenities are closed, the pool and the gym. These amenities are one of the main reasons we moved here. We understand why they are closed but dont understand why our rent hasnt been subsidized because they are. Part of our rent is using those facilities, now, they are closed it doesnt seem fair that we keep paying for them.

Well other than the office personnel showing favoritism to their friends and ignoring the rules the experience has been fine cant get the office to answer the phone about security issues security says its office hours they have a schedule they are on call so its the offices problem parking has been a nightmare every apartment needs one a signed place to park

Mostly the issues are due to the type of folks that live in the community. There are some odd things that happen on this property at night and I have had to call the police for domestic violence, animal abuse, drug deals, an many other issues. We need 24 hr patrol, and there needs to be rules about people not being allowed to party, and hang out in the garages all night. It is horrible!

I just moved to Washington due to a job prospect, and this was one of the places a friend of mine recommended. I had been to a few places before but they were all subpar and out of my price range. The quality of the apartments and homey feeling made this one of my choices, especially for the price. The cabinets as well as the set up of the apartments is a must see. The management was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding specific questions I had about the place before I moved. The professionalism of the people in charge was one of the reasons that this is a go to place or atleast my top 3. Happy hunting!

Excellent complex, the grounds are kept wonderfully, on site pet essential areas (dog park, washroom). The staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, they respond almost immediately via email or phone for any problems that might arise. Couldn't recommend enough.

I just got here but the staff member Tawny has been extremely responsive and helpful since I first started looking at Brookside 112. The community is extremely quiet except for traffic on 112th. Also very pet friendly but also very clean and well kept, which some other pet friendly communities do not manage. Apartment is beautiful and everything is functional, but could use better ventilation. Even the dishwasher heats up the whole place - but that probably means the insulation is good! Once again I just moved in, but I have lived in a lot of apartments and so far this is definitely the best, and well-priced for the amenities.

This has not been a good experience for me at all. Starting with the no parking after work when I moved in, the manager called me a lier, the light blowing up, to the maintenance guys saying they did jobs they have not. No, I will not be friends with the manager like she asked and I will not change my reviews....EVER.

Very quiet apartment complex. Management staff are friendly. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues with your unit. Although pet owners sometimes forget to clean up after their pets so you gotta double check where you are stepping in the grass. Trash and recycling area is a bit too far. But other than those Brookside is a great place to live.

People treat you like family here the staff and the maintenance crew really good people REALLY POSITIVE ATTITUDES, Makes my family feel safe and cared about all of the time, I appreciate the landscape grounds keepers too, thanks so much for our lovely home. Inside and out and as for what I share to others about what I pay for what I get here ITS THE BEST APARTMENTS I'VE EVER LIVED AT... FOR REAL!!! (I've lived in my whole life about 8 apartments)
