Every since my wife and I had the pleasure of moving here we have been met with the utmost respect and Courtesy that I have ever experienced in an apartment community. I would definitely recommend Brookside to anyone!

Brookside 112 are blocks of 2 storey residential apartments. You either live upstairs or downstairs. The grounds are well maintained, the community is quiet in the block I live , and the staff are helpful, willing and responsive. I would recommend living here without hesitation. I give 5 stars because the criteria listed are exactly where Brookside 112 excels. I have been living here for 2 years and unless opportunity beckons and takes me away, I will likely continue to live here.

The grounds are very beautiful and the newest management team really strives to attain community happiness and well being. I have lived here for 5 years now and the current management is the best I have experienced.

Since Greystar took ownership of Brookside 112 the professionalism is none existence. I've lived here for 3yrs, I will not be renewing my lease in September. I'm constantly correcting Jonathan (front receptionist) with his errors of placing notifications of 3day notice of nonpayment of rent on my door or complaints. I've always paid my rent ahead, nor do I have complaints, not to mention when errors like this happen Hippa laws are being broken because on the paperwork itself has someone else names and information. So which brings me to this. I'm a health care worker, work 2 different hospitals and work nights 12hr shifts and work long stretches in a row especially with COVID right now, also working directly with COVID patients. Jonathan is aware and decided to tow one of my vehicles due to flat tire (in policy) I take responsibility for. However if I was notified I could of had the opportunity to fix this. Jonathan's disrespectful attitude and how he handled this situation.. normally give a courtesy 24hr orange sticker on the driver window.. Jonathan response was "we decided not to give you a courtesy notice, this vehicle has ben towed before " my response " none of my vehicles have ever been towed and your decision was made based on your errors on my file". So as a result $750 later and not to mention the level of stress and disregard for health care workers I thought maybe talking to the Management Stephanie could possibly resolve this. Nope I was wrong, I've attempted twice to talk to Management Stephanie she never seem to be in nor did I get a call in regards of my situation. I was able to talk to assistant manager, she stated her apologies and would share this information with Stephanie. I also shared with assistant manager my negative experiences with Jonathan which I never complained before so she had no idea but I'm I've yet to receive a call or email back. I understand standing behind your coworkers but I have never been so disrespected in my life with a situation like this. Now I do not want to be contacted or emailed or reply to this review by Management of Brookside, I will share my story and advise against moving to Brookside 112.

The community is great I really like living here, the staff is great and everything is nice and clean. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family. Since the Covid 19 all of the amenities have been closed and Im happy that the management has been taking steps to make sure the property is safe.

The community is beautiful, my neighbors are kind and the staff is top notch and truly wonderful people. I love how well maintained these apartments are and I feel well protected as a renter. I have had poor renting experiences in the past and this has by far been the best.

This complex does not care about tenants. Last week we called night security twice and the police once to get the neighbors to shut down the party that went to 2:30 a.m They dont care about enforcing policies regarding dogs and cleanup of poop. All they seem to care about is outward appearance, landscaping, etc. I would not recommend this place to anyone at the current time.

Johnathan has been really unprofessional and cuts corners to make his job easier. Towing cars that have the right tags without phone calls while theres cars parked here every night without tags and you never see them get towed

The staff is always helpful and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to come and repair anything if your apartment. Clean and updated community. Close to stores, major roads/highways, and schools. We love our home just wish adults would look after their children more and not let them cause mayhem around other peoples cars or throw rocks at walls/windows. Parking is very limited and hard to find parking unless you buy a covered parking spot, which is a little ridiculous.

Did a tour here recently. Grounds were very well kept, and the staff was extremely helpful. Went out of their way to answer any questions I had and explained everything with such detail. Made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately my job is transferring me out of state so I won't be able to stay. Definitely will keep them in mind if I come back.

I like living here because it's a safe environment to live at, especially for the children. There's plenty of children live around here and the people are very careful driving through here. It's a prefect location for my husband and I. Also, I like living here because I like the staff members that work at the office. Every time I walk in they greet me and ask if I need help with anything. Great costumer service. Also, I like that there's swimming pools and a gyms. So it's a plus.

Management is better this time around. Biggest problem right now is noise especially at night. Maintenance and office staff more responsive than last managment group. Security for this size complex is lacking.

Neighborhood is quite and safe, have two clean swimming pools and gym. It's pet friendly community, have dog spa and park. Safe place for children to play. Management and maintenance are hardworking and doing a good job.

This is one of the worst places I have lived. Management is very rude and un organized, nothing is ever taken care of. Phone calls are never answered and or responded back to. In one year they have had 3 different sets of management. If you have children it is not a family friendly apartment complex. The place is covered in mold and they told me to take care of it myself and then came in and tried to just paint over it without treating the mold and charged me to paint when my lease was up. This is not mold from moisture in a window sill, it's in every corner of every wall.

The apartments overall are nice. Since my elephant neighbors have moved out upstairs it's been very quiet. One thing I have not gotten over is that the first week I moved in here my car was broken into an they even tried to steal my van but couldn't so they took everything inside of it. The grounds look nice but u have to always watch where ur walking because there is dog poop everywhere

I have lived here for a over a year. I recently moved to a different upper level apartment. It is quiet. Cleaner area. I wish the people who have dogs would do a better job of cleaning up. Its sad so many places don't allow dogs so maybe they should remember how lucky they are. As far as making sure apartments are maintained they do excellent at getting on any issue ASAP. The parking kind of sucks unless you pay for a garage or carport. Bu this is my first apartment experience so I am not sure that is better any where else.

-Atleast 3 shootings in the year I lived there. -MOLD everywhere. In the cracks of the windows, around the edges of the toilets and showers. Maintenance bleached everything once and then told me to deal with it myself. -Parking is HORRENDOUS. Paid $45 a month for a covered spot and STILL had other tenants parking in it constantly. People park in fire lanes and on the sidewalk. -Walls are thin, Ceiling/floor is thin, windows are thin. -They keep people's deposits and then magically renovate and hike up the price of your apartment by $200+ the second you move out.

Brookside 112 is a great community to live in. Since a new company has recently taken over parking issues have been fixed and lots of remodeling is being done. Staff is always polite and helpful! Great location and close to schools.

This is a terrible place to rent I've lived here a week and found out that there's no parking when I get home from work I have a small child the last few nights it's been raining and I'm walking literally two city blocks with my child to my apartment when addressing the issue with management I was told it's going to cost $45 to get a parking spot undercover that's the only way I'm guaranteed a spot

This is the WORST apartment complex I've ever stepped foot in. First off the new management has totally messed up, not only myself but others I've talked to, comfortability. My husband's truck got towed when we were out of town while it was parked in OUR covered parking spot, that we pay for because they gave him the wrong parking pass. So that's $500 down the drain. As well management not putting our check through till the 11tg of May which caused us to have a late fee and pay $1,600 when our base pay is $1,055. The leasing agents also throw you out of their office if you have any issues instead of helping you. ALSO! They decided that it would be a "smart" idea to charge us even more this month for rent. Parking is awful as well as management. I hope you don't more here.

They will charge you fees they never told you about and won't provide any proof for their claims. They're knowledgeable on all the loopholes in the law they can use to nickel and dime you. The staff is nice to your face but won't actually help you when it comes down to it. They don't answer their phones or return your messages. I was willing to pay $2,200 to move out early because they were so unprofessional. The units themselves are fine, clean, decently priced (relative to Vancouver) but the poor management is just not worth it. Check out their rates on the better business bureau! Brookside 112 is owned by Greystar.

I just moved into these apartments about 3 months ago now and i love them. It's also nice that i am able to talk personally with the people that work at the office that they have here. Especially Melanie she is so sweet and answers all my questions with a smile on her face, and that's not only for me but every person i see her have an encounter with. -Sayanna Robinson
