Poor windows sound and insulation moisture condensation on window frames and windows and windowsills, Poor insulation. You can feel the cold air shoot through outlets bathroom ceiling light. Huge puddle constantly in front of my stairs every morning have to jump over the puddle, And how the charges nickel and dining for all the extras yes it makes the rent look cheap but after all the other charges the rent is not cheap High crime please are constantly in here I have had my vehicle broken into twice and my motorcycle was attempted to be stolen several other neighbors vehicles have been stolen. An d considering Im being charged for storm drainage per month I didnt realize that meant storm drainage was in front of my stairs which is A safety issue And one of the community emails we receive states no one would like to get up in the morning have a cuppa coffee grab the keys and walk out the door and step in (puddle of water and have a wet shoes and socks) The current office staffing and maintenance are very considerate and nice and do their job no complaints for me there It is all the nickel and diming charges at the owners do and considering the property its not worth it for all the extra charges the parking is a disaster being charged $150 for a parking pass that doesnt even mean you have a spot and if someone steals your vehicle or breaks into your vehicle and steal that pass its $150 charge its your own property that is not safe I have never had my vehicle stolen or broken into in my entire life except for here in this property. I have had friends and coworkers ask me about the apartment complex and I told them the truth very negative and said I could definitely find a better deal somewhere else.

Pretty amazing apartments, the nicer of all the ones along 49th street. Would recommend to others if they are looking for a place to live. Just know you can always here really loud amazing sounding car engines drive past.

It was great a year ago it went down hill and afraid sometimes to even come home not knowing what to face . Cant have nothing because it get stolen . It have great staff that are trying to clean up the mess that is happening but it still does not mean I dont feel safe . The staff try to watch out for there tenant at least I had them help me and care and have empathy when dealing with tragic .

received notice from the office that they needed access to the apartment. My Girlfriend took the day off work due to having a dog and kids so Maintenance could work on something on their request, never showed up, she called the office and they said we should of called, um they should of called since they could not make it. very poor service and 8 hours PTO waisted from work.

Look elsewhere if you like any kind of privacy or not feeling babysat. Light only in the ceiling of the kitchen. Outside of that bring lamps. It would be a shocker if they decide to clean up the dumpster area. Dont expect a response from management if you are upset about not having needs met.

The staff is very professional and courteous, it is a great place to live! There are fantastic amenities available to the residents, all are maintained to like new condition. The local area has many things to offer with shopping, schools and parks nearby for family recreation. The community landscaping is mature and maintained well as is the parking and common areas. The pools are especially nice and help cut the heat on those hot summer days!

It's quiet and kept up well. Maintenance and staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is a nice way to keep cool in the summer. It's located near schools, shopping, and buslines, which makes it conveniently located.

I have lived here for 3 years and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. Amy is always so helpful and polite and understanding and that is appreciated due to life’s inconveniences. Denise is amazing she is patient and kind she has went out her way to help me find resources I was so grateful for her taking that time. I recommend staying here if your looking for a friendly community that’s welcoming. This has been a great place for me and my family.

This is my first apartment living experience. As far as the staff is concerned they have been amazing. Getting along living in such close proximity with people I dont know has been an adjustment, I love the dog lovers and kids around the neighborhood.

With the building being older, there is a lot of mold. We have to clean it regularly, which gets annoying. Maintenance has come in and repainted over it but it doesn't solve the issue. We pay for a carport spot, that people park in all the time, when they shouldn't.

The place is close to some walking distance restaurants like Applebee's and Olive Garden and Thai. Tola Market and Shell gas station is also close for shopping . You can walk to the YMCA. Nice bike path around the area you could use. Mostly a quiet neighborhood. Parking is the only issue. If you did not pay for one you will have to make sure you come home in time to get one.

There is a LOT of police activity here, office staff are friendly but will leave you waiting for answers for long periods of time. Very difficult to transfer into a bigger apartment due to high expectations of apt conditions even after "lived in" for 3+ years. If you have pets or children, good luck. PARKING IS AWFUL!!! Not enough parking and no assigned parking unless you pay for carport. On a good note, Maintenance does come out when requested. They have been accommodating to disabilities. It is also a great property to walk pets in.

They tow cars everyday have no clear mark or not enough guest parking. Worst place dog crap all over too. Nobody picks it up the day park is full of poop Management is rude and not helpful. I would not live there

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO BROOKSIDE 112 if you are looking for a nice place to live. We have living here 1 year and half, everything seemed fine at the beginning until things as below keeps happening: 1. Dog poopoo on the grass even on the pavement, talked to the leasing office many times, what they can do is asking us to take pictures of the dog and owner who did that,,, who won't pick up after their dogs if notice there is somebody around and take picture about that?! While that is the only answer we get every time. 2. Neighbor often leaves trash bags out on the porch, sometimes even on our side with blocking the fire extinguisher way, which smells very on the warm/hot days, causing flies. But again, the management doesn't solve the problem at all with we called them many times. The neighbor still does the same thing even now. 3. Terrible parking policy. The car with no plate no parking permit, and the car with crashed window no parking permit parked here for days even over a week in free parking lots without being towed. But as the residents here, we always struggle for a parking lot when get off from work late at night. Even more ridiculous, our car with parking permit and plate registered in the leasing office got towed because the number on the ground was too blur to see in the dark and we drove the whole complex couldn't find a parking lot. PS: We are told to be on the waiting list when we called the office to purchase a parking lot. The management didn't do any repaint of the parking lots, signs at least the past 1 year and half while we live here, all the signs are not clear on the ground. Even the towing company people commented that the parking here is horrible, many residents' cars got towed, which shows how "nice" & "friendly" & "thoughtful" of the management to the residents here in the middle of pandemic. 4. Barely see handicapped parking lots, none near us, which causes lot of trouble when our parents come to visit. 5. The mail box near the office got damaged for weeks, the management and maintenance still didn't do a thing for that. We are really done with living here, just waiting for the lease over. Wish you luck on finding a good place to live, but definitely NOT BROOKSIDE 112.

I love living here. The front office has not only been patient with me through these tough times, they also are some very kind people. It's also quiet and the location is awsome because your right by 500. Security also on of the things the this community offers as well.
