Staff is amazing. Any rare issues that come up are handled quickly and thoroughly. I am waiting for Spring and Summer to enjoy many of the amenities that are really designed for community, such as the pool, lake, and outdoor patios and grills.

Great community - I enjoy the landscaping, parking lot and overall lack of trash and peaceful ambiance of the lake and quiet traffic and gate to minimize it. the residence all say hello and make it nice to walk over and get my mail. The staff are excellent.

The whole area is very well maintained. The Maintenance staff is very capable and helpful at all times. The office staff is always helpful too. I am a widow so I feel I am in the perfect place for me.

I've been here for more than 7 years. I think I have one of the best apartments because it backs up to the woods and is so peaceful and quiet. In addition, when I move to Nashville, there are MAA communities there and our Liberty Park office will help me find the right place for me and transfer over with fewer additional fees. I love the office staff here and the maintenance department is very responsive. I appreciate everyone here.

Lack of attentive management. No follow up and have a lack luster attitude. The landscaping focus is the front of the office as show. Back part of facility is not maintained. Not cleaning up after dogs is a major issue.

When something happens in the apartment it NEVER gets fixed right and looks worse than when you moved in. Has been 2 months and the apartment is not finished being fixed and what they have fixed STILL has mold.

So far, I've been extremely pleased with my stay. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, creating a very comfortable living environment. The staff has been friendly and professional, always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance requests I've had. The only issue / complaint i would have is for the grounds keeping. The breezeways and stairs are not clean. Since I have been living there I noticed they come spray water with a pressure washer but they do not use any solution or chemical which why it is not clean.

The complex is tucked away all to itself which is very unusual but really nice, also it does not look or feel like an apartment, it is more of a townhouse feeling. The extra amenities like the car wash and stocked lake are a plus as well.

After 13 years I have a little experience with what I still call Colonial Grand at Liberty Park (MAA). In general, community is well-located in Liberty Park with access to the great Vestavia Hills schools system. With all the new construction going on, traffic is getting heavier and the roads are getting worse but this isn't because of CGLP. It's just a fact. Our community is very safe and secure and always has been. The staff, though seemingly ever-changing, is typically very responsive, especially Chavez's maintenance staff. They make living at CGLP easier and provide one of the better reasons for not owning a home. Home prices in LP are outrageous but, until this year, rent increases at CGLP have also been a major part of the annual renewal process.

I absolutely LOVE staying at MAA Liberty Park. Maintenance is great. The front office workers know me and my hubby by name. Everyone in the community is very nice and they treat you like family. Pet friendly & very great environment to be around. No crime at all & very quiet. Living here makes me feel I'm in my own little world.

I enjoy this apartment community. Staff is great and so is the whole community. Rent is high, that's my only issue. Other than the rent being high, I love it here. I feel if you're a renter over 3yrs, you shouldn't raise our rent.

Overall I am pleased. However I don't like that my water bill for a one bedroom is more than I payed for a three bedroom 2 bath house. I don't use the dishwasher or my washer daily. I don't take long showers either so it is irritating I'm paying over 75.00/month. Just be prepared to have your rent go up. We stayed just because of the hassle of moving but there are newer apartments for what you pay here

Although I did not plan on staying in Alabama for more than four years, I feel very blessed to have found colonial grand at liberty Park. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Maintenance is always efficient and kind. And the community is safe. This has been a perfect home away from home.

Good. My wife and I had a good experience except for a few things. The power has gone out a few times and our tub was not painted correctly when we moved in. This was embarrassing to have guests with a worn out tub. Also, I was charged a gas fee incorrectly for months

Everyone at this complex seems nice and friendly, including the staff. Maintenance could use some help, however. I moved in to this apartment in September 2024 and my dryer was not working. It took until February 2025 to get the matter resolved. Not acceptable.

Very good front office response Was shown a unit that fit my unique needs. Was impressed by cleanliness of grounds. Finished in apartment were upper level. Like crown molding and high end floors. Management had a relaxed style which as a trainer of sales people for over 25 years gave me a confidence that they had their act together. Application process was explained and most details were efficiently covered I have had 3 service issues which were quickly resolved. Eric is a outstanding employees

Apartments are in great condition and include many updates. Common areas and grounds are well maintained. Parking is always convenient and available. Pool area and workout facilities are in good condition. On sight staff, especially Nolan, are extremely helpful.
