Do not rent here whatsoever, the apartments are dated and not up to par with the prices of the rent. They do not care about any maintenance request. I am so disappointed with this property management team, I want to break my lease

The maintenance staff at my apartment complex claimed they completed a work order to fix my garbage disposal and dishwasher blades, but that statement is false. No one ever came to my apartment to inspect or repair either issue. Despite this, the work orders were marked as completed, which is both misleading and frustrating. As a tenant, I rely on maintenance to address problems in a timely and honest manner. When staff report repairs that were never done, it creates unnecessary inconvenience and shows a lack of professionalism. The garbage disposal and dishwasher are important parts of a functioning kitchen, and leaving them unrepaired affects my daily routine. I submitted the work order expecting that the problems would be taken seriously, but instead I was given inaccurate information. Marking the request as completed without entering my apartment or performing any repairs suggests negligence and poor communication. This situation should be corrected immediately. Management needs to investigate why the work orders were falsely closed and ensure the necessary repairs are actually completed. Tenants deserve truthful updates and proper maintenance service. False claims about completed repairs damage trust between residents and apartment management and make it harder to feel confident that future concerns will be handled responsibly

The community has some positives, including no security deposit and an assigned parking space, which makes moving in easier. However, there are several areas that could be improved. There are multiple additional fees that are not always clearly explained, including shared utilities and other miscellaneous charges. The trash valet service is also a paid service but is not always consistently provided, which means residents sometimes still have to take trash to the dumpster themselves. Access to amenities such as mail storage lockers should also be addressed to ensure residents can fully use what is assigned to them. Communication about community events and activities could also be improved with more advance notice or a shared calendar, which might help residents connect with their neighbors and strengthen the sense of community.

Not happy here at all. As soon as I can afford to leave I will. I've had bad experience after bad experience. This apartment is not in good condition and maintenance sucks, they do ------ work and take forever to fix your issues and the office sucks as well. They hardly answer the phone and they don't follow up with you or respond to emails. Overall hate it here. Do not recommend

I feel the young lady who was helping me wasn't interested in talking to me much, she could care less if I rented there or not, I just wanted someone more friendly when I am spending money with them, and the rating are very low, and I also read the reviews 3.1 is horrible

Very easy process and quick ! . Very quiet community, staff is very nice and helpful. I recommended anyone to stop by and apply. Kudos to Kayla she is awesome. Maintenance team are quick with there response time.

The apartment is nice and the staff is friendly, but things get done in such a slap-dash way that it really is frustrating how much you pay for it monthly. Our apartment wasn't ready for us the day we were moving in, when maintenance came in to fix our broken toilet they literally just rubber-banded it back together, they charge you monthly for a trash removal service but for the first 4 months of living here my trash never got taken.

Please don't rent any of these units they are junk, management is trash and the place is unsafe unless you have a piece or a sharp teeth friend. Go to where drugs are sold! Oh wait this is the place..

the leasing staff is super sweet, i just thing the maintenance team needs improving. i've put in 2 maintenance requests for bugs in my unit and nothing has been done. first it was bugs coming out of my drain, now crickets and spiders are showing up everywhere.

Yes, I thought I already expressed my feelings about this place. Most of your staff is very friendly and helpful but your office manager hides or is not even there when issues come about I've heard her say I'm going out to lunch and she'll be gone for an hour and 45 minutes at times.

I honestly don't know what to say anymore so I will keep my opinion to myself and I won't refer anyone here to experience what I have for 2 years . They don't fix anything here you have to schedule a meeting to speak with the manager and I have never worked or heard of any company doing it so you can never speak to anyone but the front desk person Kala who is the only nice person there and also qualified to be the manager or assistant manager

We've had nothing but issues since moving. The employees lag their feet in trying to resolve anything. The only time they communicated constantly was when we were applying for an apartment. Once we signed our lease they didn't care anymore. We had a mold issue for a month before they even did anything. We had to serve them with a certified letter for them to even resolve that. It hasn't been the greatest experience.

Move in was fine, maintenance has issues with completing orders. I enjoy living here but you have to go to the office to report anything. The phone line is AI and is quite difficult to get a hold of the office other than that. Staff is pleasant but shows issues with maintenance staffing.

I have enjoyed my time here at Carlyle so far; I decided to renew my lease because my apartment is clean and safe, and the maintenance crew responds quickly and thoroughly to any concern I've raised. My neighbors are all respectful and the office staff is very nice.

The community is great. That's why we chose it, basketball courts, dog park, kid park, pools hot tubs. It checks all the boxes. But if you're looking for a smooth easy rental and move in process look elsewhere. It took us almost two months to complete our move in process and we were lucky we started the process way early. None of the issues were on our end. We did everything the day we got it and checked all the boxes and we couldn't even get an email back or have someone answer the phone. We had to show up in person to get our lease weeks after being approved and even then we didn't get it in the promised time frame after.

it's been nice the staff is great and the community is beautiful and quiet. I would recommend these apartments to a lot of people. The apartments are spacious and feel like home I would stay here as long as possible

Management has been all right with communication, but besides that the experience has mostly been unpleasant. Work orders do not get done on time or correctly, communication between office. Staff is not great when it comes to any issue at all. I would seriously consider thinking twice before moving in.

Pricing is affordable but there are plenty of issues with the property. From the pools in the summertime not being operable to people letting their pets run off leash and lots of noisy neighbors in my building. Even when make a complaint no actions are taken to correct the problem.

Terrible administration. They advertise that property has 2 jacuzzi. They do not work. They take care of some of the maintenance, but there's a lot of maintenance that is not done. There's always trash that doesn't get picked up. The property manager Adriana is incompetent and untruthful. The worst part is that we moved in with the understanding that they had two Jacuzzis, but they do not work and they have no plans of fixing them. Adriana says they are waiting pools. I would not have moved in here if I knew all this.

Poor maintenance, unsatisfied with quickness to respond to request. Poor communication between staff and tenants. No security team onsite. Maintenace team unavailable after hours. Appliance are old and need to be replaced.

At first when I moved in back in 2022 the customer service was great definitely has went down since then. The maintenance team take awhile to come fix things and put in tickets staying the work is done when it's not.

I appreciate the staff and the commitment to making sure residents are satisfied. It is a beautiful neighborhood, beautiful everyone at this location works entirely tirelessly to make sure everyone is safe, secure, and our units are up to par. I would recommend this location to everyone.
