I Love It here

My apartment experience at Desert Palm has been amazing! I moved to Tempe from California and chose Desert Palm Village site unseen because of the all the positive reviews. The maintenance team is incredible and everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I truly can’t say enough about the Office team and how helpful Garrett and Kelly have been throughout my move. If you are looking for a new place to call home Desert Palm village is the place to be!

If you're moving from out of state, look no further than Stephanie! She's absolutely amazing at what she does. From our very first conversation, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the area, which made me feel so much more comfortable with the move. What I really appreciated was her responsiveness, she was always there to answer my questions and ease my worries. Moving can be super stressful, but Stephanie made the whole process seamless. Great Office Team

Whenever I need to call or go to the leasing office for assistance they are always extremely helpful, Garrett always makes sure that out needs are attended to as soon as possible, Whenever maintenence is needed the maintenance staff arrives quickly and works to get any issues taken care of fast.

Excellente Famosos Juan

Juan did excelente famoso trabajos on de apartmento. I passed Section 8 Hud housing anual inspection because of him putting the smoke alarrms in my bedroom and in the front room close to the front door of the flat. Muchas Gracias Juan. I have lived at DPV for over three years now, and I can confidently say it has been a fantastic experience! The community really shines through the amazing resident events they host; there's always something fun going on. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the staff has been quick to get work orders done, which is incredibly reassuring. Everyone here is extremely friendly, making it feel like home. Amazing!

I love this appartment so much! As an international student from Europe, after contacting with several leasing agents from several appartments in Tempe, i got to say that Stephanie really made the difference in my choice! After a 5 minute call I had all my doubts clarified and I had chosen this apartment with no hesitation! Office staff

While searching for a home for our son who will be attending ASU in the fall, we had looked at several communities. We were greeted right away, and made to feel very comfortable with the community and the staff. On the day of our visit the office was very busy, but we were well taken care of. The manager Kelly was very courteous and professional. She had taken the time to show us all of the properties amenities along with all of the work stations located right in the office. Living so far away, we feel like this will be a great home for our son to live, work, and go to school.

IMT Desert Palm Village in Tempe, the property exceeded all my expectations. With its lush, garden-like ambiance, contemporary kitchen appliances, ample storage, and thoughtful layouts across the one-to-three-bedroom units, it truly feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle The staff is consistently warm, responsive, and professional whether it is coordinating a tour, handling a maintenance request, or answering questions at the leasing office. Kelly is not only unbelievably efficient and knowledgeable, but also exceptionally personable.
