I have been living here for the past two years, the staff at leasing office are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is the highlight of this apartment; they fix your maintenance very quick. Kudos to the maintenance staff. Very student friendly and lot of amenities. Highly recommend...

Maintenance is hit or miss

A pipe burst in my apartment the maintenence supervisor and another man came initially. The supervisor has zero customer service skills. He acts as though he's doing you a favor and this isn't a job he gets paid for. (2nd interaction with identical attitude) Walking in and out without saying anything, walking around thr apartment and going in places and started to cut holes without saying anything. Before he leaves he advised they will be back at 9 or 10am the next day to patch dry wall. At 115pm I called the office because no one showed up. Before 2 pm, gentleman shows up and makes a complete mess of my bathroom and closet Before leaving. I had to spend over an hour scraping the dry wall plaster off my sink, faucet, and counter tops.

Great community for the price

We really love it here. Our apartment is very spacious for the price. Very close to ASU and convenient location close to grocery store and on Orbit bus route. The maintenance workers fix things fast and the office staff has been here a long time, very nice staff. We would recomend living here, 5 stars!

Overpriced Complex

This complex is a scam. Overpriced, there are no quiet times as there are people playing basketball every night until midnight sometimes later, some of the workers are rude and some are sketch, units are small and not up to date, the balconies are in poor conditions, some planks are loose its dangerous. The pools are sometimes dirty, people let their dogs defecate anywhere and don't pick it up, laundry rooms are filthy and machines are broken...I could truly keep going but I think you all get the point.

Excellent service

They respond very quickly to maintenance request. The leasing office staff is friendly and helps aptly. I stayed here for more than a year and loved it. I have never faced any issues living here. Definitely recommended it. ????

Best apt in town

This is just great apt in tempe for the students or family. I like the fact that the office is always helpful and quick response. So no worry about any issue occured in your home even though it’s old apt.

Desert Palm Villas is a great place to live.

Anytime I have reached out and needed anything they have always been willing and able to meet my requests . The front office to maintenance have been very helpful always even during emergency hours on a Sunday I was attended to immediately.

Best place to stay

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Five stars all the way! It's spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance. The host is incredibly accommodating and friendly. A perfect home away from home experience. Best place to stay at Tempe, no nonsense

I couldn't be happier with the apartment I call home! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made the entire moving process a breeze. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure I settled in comfortably. The maintenance team is exceptional, promptly addressing any issues with efficiency and a smile. The location is simply unbeatable! Nestled in the heart of the city, everything I need is just a short walk away - from shops and restaurants to parks and cultural spots. Excellent customer service

IMT DPV has the best leasing office personnel ever. I had requested for a copy of my mail key the previous week, however, it turns out my new mail key didn't work. I described this to Garrett and he totally was able to understand. He golf carted me over to the mail room to check the key and confirmed his suspicion that they had the wrong master key. He later made a copy of the correct key within a few seconds. I was also offered a Hot Dog while I was at the leasing office. People here at the leasing office take excellent care of their residents.

Love it here!

I love it here! Nice staff, nice pools, good-sized apartments for good price. Maintenance is super fast. Some staff live on-site, which is always a good sign. Convenient location close to school and the grocery store. Glad to be here.

Friendly staff and great location

Scheduled a tour here for its great location at a reasonable price. The property had nice amenities and was pleasant to walk around and look at. Tate gave me a tour and was super helpful in answering all my questions. He was genuinely charismatic, honest, and detailed about the price breakdown. Not like other places that will surprise you with fees on move in day! Definitely a top contender in my apartment search, also they’re pet friendly!

Great atmosphere, great apartments, and great staff!

I love this neighborhood! It's away from the gross hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of great restaurants and a wide variety of recreational activities. And you know you can trust them! Ask for Tate and you won't regret it!

Helpful young man

The neighborhood seemed nice enough for the area. I’ve looked at a lot of apartments around here and haven’t been too impressed. But after talking to Tate he was able to answer a bunch of my questions and concerns about the grounds and amenities. He is also very handsome and funny!

Jose was amazing.

Kitchen sink was clogged since yesterday. I raised it to management, and they rectify within 2 hours. Jose was super friendly and polite. he examines the sink and garbage dispenser and quickly fixed the kitchen sink clog.

Best maintenance!!

I went to maintenance office because my kitchen fan and light was not working. I also had a screw that kept falling out of my bathroom mirror. Not even an hour passes! 30 minutes later Jose showed up with his tools ready to go to work! Jose was very professional, kind, and quick to fix the problem. Thank you again!!

Helpful maintenance and leasing office staffs

Adan who is working with maintenance returned my lost backpack to the leasing office which contained two Macbooks and a wallet. Thank you so much for Adan and leasing office staffs for returning my backpack promptly. Desert Palm Village apartments is filled with so many golden hearts and definitely it’s THE BEST.

Cute place

I recently toured here and toured all the IMT properties. I ultimately went with a different one just due to location. This place was cute and everyone was friendly. It would be nice if there was washers and dryers in the homes, but I love that they had the laundry rooms on site to make it easy. If you go to ASU this would be the perfect place.

Hands down, the BEST PLACE I've ever lived!

I am so grateful to live here! The office staff has redefined the word professionalism, and they are a joy to work with. Kelly, Laine, Carolee and Collin are courteous and cheerful every time I walk in the door. Sometimes, I walk over to the office just to say Hi. The team is always happy to see me; they are polite and very friendly. Adan and Ozzie always take care of my maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The groundskeepers are meticulous, and regularly keep the property in tip top shape. I feel safe and secure walking around the property, even late at night. And I'd like to add on a special shout out to Thomas Eckhardt, who has moved over to a sister property. Thank you Thomas! You made me feel like I was home, on day one. Great place to live

I have been living here for 4 years. I plan to resign my lease. Colin and Lane in the office are wonderful. I recommend living here to anyone. Maintenance is attentive and gets work orders done timely.

Maintenance staff - the first league!!!!

Desert Palm is fantastic! They have the best maintenance staff! Ozzie, Adan, Jose, and other guys are very responsive and really willing to help you out with everything! The repair is really quick, we waited a maximum of a few hours for them to come. Usually, they react within an hour or even less! They are always smiling and are extremely helpful!

Great Ladies from the Leasing Office!!!!

Dessert Palm Village is a great community to live in. They have the greatest staff in the Leasing Office. Kelly and Carolee are extremely helpful. They do their best to make you feel good and solve all the problems. My 5-year-old son loves Laine, who has always some treats for him, whenever he visits her in the leasing office! This all makes you really feel like at home!
