Amazing Staff!

I highly recommend moving into DPV. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. One individual in particular is Stephanie. She actually communicates with me and quickly. Always resolving my issues immediately. She is always quick to give updates and I don't feel like I have to track anyone down to get my stuff fixed. It's not too common to have that great customer service anymore and it's very much appreciated. I would also like to give a shoutout to Carolee and Kelly as well as Antoyne. I see Antoyne always working hard in the heat to keep the apartment complex clean and trash free every morning, along with Adan and Larson. Overall, everyone at DPV is amazing!

Lovely community!

It is my first week in IMT DPV, and everything seems lovely so far. The community is full of kind people, the maintenance staff is working nonstop, and the layout is quite pleasing. Without the help of Stephanie, I would not be able to join this wonderful community. She always managed to arrive at quick solutions to our problems, and she always answered our questions without delay. She is the person to be trusted. Moreover, I would like to thank Garrett for welcoming us on our first day; he was quite friendly and energetic.

Helpful team and excited to move!

Team at IMT DPV is very helpful and the process has been smooth. Stephanie was very patient and helpful throughout and very quick in responding to any queries. Due to some unforeseen reasons, my move to the apartment was postponed but Steph went above and beyond to help me with some of my stuff. I would be moving soon and hoping to have a smooth experience.

Clean property

Desert Palm village are some of the cleanest apartments I ever stayed in I want to give a special shout out to antoyne he's always picking up trash by the dumpsters and moving furniture that's been left on the side they keep the apartments clean at all times good place to live

Antoyne does a outstanding job at cleaning the pool by the office I see him every morning and sometimes on Saturday an Sunday working hard I always wave to him an he greets me with a smile and a wave back i’m so thankful that I can dip my feet in a crystal clear swimming pool.

Carolee and Tate are life savers !!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing support I received from Garrett and Laine at our leasing office. Garrett went above and beyond to help me track down a misplaced package from UPS. He was incredibly dedicated and persistent, and thanks to him, I finally got my package back! I really appreciate his efforts. Then there's Laine, who is just fantastic. Even though it was after hours when I was checking in, she didn’t hesitate to stay an extra hour to help me get settled in. It made such a difference and showed how much she cares about the residents. Living here has been such a joy! I even placed second in the Halloween door decorating contest and won a rent credit! The community events, like free pizza and spaghetti nights, are not only fun but really enhance the living experience. I love being part of this community, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team here. Highly recommend!
