Few weeks ago, Gary helped me to fixed the wheels on bottom of the window and replaced a new A/C filters. Everything goes very well right now. He came to fixed them the next day after I telling officer, which I think very effective so these problem would not bother my living.

Been here for a few months now. Excellent staff and maintenance team. Fast, quick response to any outstanding issue. Gary is always there when something is not in place. Front desk is warm, friendly and helpful. Neighbors are nice and social. The overall living experience is excellent here.

Moved in Last Month and liked the apartment, quite spacious, clean, organised. Their service is quite fast and efficient. Our AC was not working properly and the servicing guy Greg came resolved it within a day after raising our concern.

Moved in not that long ago and so far I really am liking it. Had a couple maintenance issues but they fixed them right away! Courtney gets things done right away the office staffs help is always appreciated. I love how big my apartment is its hard to find in Tempe. Would recommend to others to come live here

I've been living here for a while and I must say the staff and maintenance team is the best their is. My ac went out last summer over night and thanks to Greg he came and fixed it in no time. My lease is almost up and I'm definitely going to be renewing my lease.

I lived at Desert Palm Village for about a year. I loved everything about this place. Everything seemed so well managed. All my appreciation goes to maintenance especially Greg. Grounds were always kept clean. I didn't really have to many work orders but when I did Greg's work was A++. Very friendly and took care of things right away. If you're looking for an awesome place to live in the heart of tempe I say go with Desert Palm Village!

I have been living in Desert Palms since the last month. I should say that the service provided by the apartment is excellent. We had some trouble in our air conditioning system and once we complained we recieved prompt service and the representative Greg who cam to fix it was excellent in his work and was making sure that all the problems were fixed. Excellent Service !!!

The apartments are in divine condition, i didn't expect the quality of customer service i received. I had something break down and they had someone come in about 2 days later and fix it. He was really nice and wasn't a creep like other places his name was greg. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place! Been living here for almost 5 years and I don't think I'm planning on moving in the future. From the staff being courteous and helpful to the maintanance being knowledgable and completing the job, there are no complaints from me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Gary was the last maintanance guy that came by to fix my AC and he did it in sufficient time, explained what was wrong and cleaned up the "mess". Great job Gary!! TY!!

Maintenance gets done very quickly. Gary did an excellent work fixing all the work orders. It only took him about 10 mins to get the job done. Gary is an amazing guy, and I appreciate his help.

I have enjoyed living here at Desert Palm I have a job transfer that's the only reason I am having to leave. The pet policy is great and the staff is great. Courtney is always so helpful and all the maintenance staff too!

I have been living here for about a month now and this place is slowly growing on me. While the exteriors of this apartment don't talk best about this place, the apartment as such is pretty spacious and well maitained. The leasing office folks, especially Thomas, is very thoughtful and helpful. The maintenance folks are very prompt too. We had placed a request to fix a couple of things at home and Roman Ochoa came in the very next day and fixed all the issues in a jiffy. I was very happy with the service.
