While it has the common problems that come with living in Tempe (such as roaches), the staff at IMT Desert Palm Village are well equipped, ready, and willing to help with any issues that arise. Garrett Wilkins in particular was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire moving process.

BEST apartments EVER

Let me just start off by saying even though I have not been on this green earth for very long, I've lived in many many different apartment complexes and I've seen it all... and I have not had ONE issue upon moving in here. Upon moving in, we were greeted by Garrett at the front desk who was very nice, helpful and quick to getting us set up during our HELL of a 120° move that day. It was a smooth and seamless process that ended with a fast move-in inspection and then we were left to peacefully settle in. For the month we have been here, we have enjoyed it so much, the kitchen feels like a kitchen, there's plenty of storage, and our kitty seems genuinely happier here running around chirping, needless to say our unit is nice and spacious for a young couple in their 20s with a cat! Management has always been a pleasure to interact with in general whenever I've needed help or had a question. I would say my partner and I got very lucky with the location of our unit too! We are nicely sandwiched between one of the many laundry rooms and very close to the package lockers/mail room. Which all three of are very nice and well up-kept. From the homey and welcoming feeling our unit gives off, to the over-all vibe of this complex, I can confidently say this is the FIRST apartment complex that I've wanted to renew at since the beginning.

Awesome People and Place

The apartments are nice, clean, and spacious. The best part is the leasing staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful. They empathize with the resident's problem treat it as their own and make extra effort to solve the issue. I recently had a misdelivered important mail and they helped me locate it, they made sure that I found it.

Haven't been living long but I love living at Desert ??? Palms Village. I'm going to recommend to the person looking for a very nice place to live. Come take a tour come look at the model places we have one two three bedrooms and they even have washers and dryers in different bedroom sizes as well.

Great Maintenance Staff

We recently had to replace our AC unit. The maintenance team was so friendly and professional. The fixed my AC quickly and stressed that they wanted to make sure they did everything to make us comfortable in our unit. They even cleans and repainted our vent grates and set our oven timer to the correct time, which we didn't do after a recent power outage. I can't give enough praise to this team.

Affordable rent and friendly lease office

Lived here for 2 years. Overall satisfied with environment and services. Rent is affordable and facilities are good. Location is convenient. Service is responsive. Only concern is no dryer and washer in the room. recommend!

Great location, Great staff

The location is awesome, so much to do around here. The maintenance is so good and helpful. Office staff is top notch especially Carolee and Tate. You will not regret living here, the community is clean and there's so many things to do here.

Positive experience living in IMT Desert Palm Village

I have lived in imt Desert Palm Village for 9 months. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and people here. The place is very close to ASU, saving me a lot of commuting time. Garrett, one of the leasing consultants, is passionate and sociable. I also enjoy talking with him. The rent is more affordable compared to nearby complexes, very suitable for students and visiting scholars.

Life is Good

Decided to check out this complex after seeing it online, worked with Tate at the property. He was a great guide, funny and easy to talk with, and at the same time was able to answer my questions about the community. The location is great, and learning more about the surrounding area helped me see this would be a great option for my next move. Like the area and the floor plans.

Scheduled a tour here for its ideal location and within budget. The consultant Tate happily guided me around and answered all my questions with clarity, I felt he was very genuine. Great Location and complex

Great complex, even better location. Convenient to all the different spots that make up my daily routine. The office staff is friendly, Tate answered all my questions and was really helpful. I saw crews out on the grounds working and they were friendly as well. This place is going on my short list!

The place is Beautiful! The young lady named Laine that showed us around was so lovely and very professional, definitely will be sending/recommending for sure! and the young lady answered and knew all of the questions and answers me and my wife had! I wish more people were like her in this industry.. it would make thing alot easier and better.

Touring at DPV

Laine showed me an apartment. She was so informative and kind. I will definitely rent here. All the amenities are great. I love that there is a pool and a fitness center. It is also close to a lot of good food spots. 10/10 recommend.

Great place live

Desert Palm Village is a great place to live. I have lived here for 12 years have had great encounters with the ladies in the office. The maintenance staff is amazing my favorite is Adan. Workers are done in a timely fashion. The online process is easy to pay your rent do a work order or communicate with the people in the office. The property is clean and well-maintained. Great family atmosphere.

A great place to live in Tempe

I have been staying here since 2020 July. It has been amazing since then. The service is superfast, people are super nice. There are special events that happen every now and then. The staff at the leasing office are courteous and are accessible. Overall DPV is a great place to stay in Tempe.

Good spot close to ASU

This is a good spot close to ASU. Not much traffic noise, helpful office staff, good maintenance team, and large apartments. I looked at other apartments, but this is the best bang for your buck in Tempe for sure.

The whole atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil!

I haven't moved in yet! But...the amenities are full and quite a variety. I lived in a sister complex before and loved it! Between Carolee in the office and Kelly always willing to help and the great upkeep of the grounds...I cannot wait! Thank you Lord for complexes that care!

Not good for families

This is a complex not suitable for family's or really anyone over the age of 30. They do not obey the noise ordnance rule on any day. So if you are a student in their 20s who likes to party and be loud outside and not have to worry about the police...rent here!

So glad I found this awesome apartment complex!! Hidden gem ??

This is an awesome place to live! That’s why I’ve been here for 13 years! The staff here, (all of them) are awesome ?? anytime I need anything fixed it is done by fast efficient and by friendly people, always ?? The grounds are always kept clean and pretty. I feel safe here to walk around and enjoy all the amenities here ??. The office is always staffed by friendly people that are always very helpful and never bummed to see any one of the many residents here. Kelly the manager here has been here longer than me and she really keeps this place going. I love my home here ??

Lives here for about 4 months now and love it so far. Tons of amenities, like multiple pools. They have 24hr gym as well as a basketball court. There’s also multiple different restaurants and stores close nearby.
