This place is amazing! I couldn't ask for better apartments! It's close to campus and downtown and the lightrail. The staff is super friendly and fun. Maintenance does a fabulous job and always so fast. Greg is an amazing maintence guy. So happy with everything about this apartment.

Great place to live. I am very impressed with the maintenance staff here. Every time I have any kind of maintenance issue they usually have it fixed within 4 hours of placing the work order (if I place it during business hours). My most recent maintenance tech, Greg, was extremely friendly and fixed my fridge quickly. He is a great asset to the IMT (Desert Palm Village) team.

I have enjoyed living here. It's a good location and the staff is nice and helpful. As a dog owner, I really appreciate Desert Palm Village, because they are extremely dog friendly. They allow American Pitt Bull Terriers and other similar breeds, that other people don't allow because they are misinformed about them, and dog behavior in general. I don't own an APBT but I know many of them and they are great dogs. It's great to live in a community that is so friendly to pet owners and students.

Most a good experience. The buildings are old, the apartments need major up grading inside the apartments- kitchen cabinets/ etc. Kelly is a good manager of the complex. The crew can pay better attention to the ground. The bikes of the residents are outside apartments which isn't allowed. The complex needs to be walked more by staff- rules are broken with mops and towels on patios.

Overall good but can be better, too much noise from neighbors causing inconvenience sometimes but generally quiet. Also wish some residents pick up after their pets tonpreserve cleanliness. Staff is mostly response to needs and complaints. Would recommend on overall basis.

The apartment is spacious, and the staff in leasing office is friendly and professional. The overall experience is good. I like the club house and the gym. Well, this line in for making it up to 200 characters ... almost there, come on... got it.

So far I have been very happy! Everything is clean and working in the apartment, and there are NO COCKROACHES! The gym could use a little work, there is only one power cord for the two treadmills so only one can be used at a time. There could also be yoga mats or something for a situp/abs area. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful!

My experience so far is pretty good. I was able to get my apartment keys, etc as soon as i came to move in. I noticed some issues on my inspection and reported it to the leasing office. They immediately filed a work order in order to look into it. I was satisfied with the prompt response.

My experience has been okay. Other then the my A/C unit not working when I moved in, the bath tub not being clean what so ever and the fitness facility having dysfunctional equipment it been pretty good. The hot tub as sand at the bottom of and looks like it hasn't been clean in god knows how long. Other then that the staff ex superb and very professional.

The entire process was a quick and a hassle free process. The community is maintained well and contains all the required amenities and recreation. The community is very nearby to the local shuttle station making transportation easy. Keep up the good work.

The community is very quiet. Orbit transportation system picks up from the gate of the community. The apartments have a good enough carpet area (better than other communities I explored). The apartments are clean and at least the second floor does not have any problem of roaches and insects. The staff has been courteous and helpful till now. They do not offer lighting in bedrooms and living room (a downside)

If More furniture, such as desk, are availabe when move-in, it is much perfect than before. In addition, the number of each apartment can be Easily confused, and some of the apartments are hard to find when arriving in at the first time. No other comments.

The place is good. Convenient to shopping and to work. The Orbit bus is good but always not on time. Public areas like swimming pools and fitting are wonderful. The safety is not good. I lost my bike at the bike parking lot and the staff can't do anything about that. Some weird man knocked my neighbor door in midnight. The second floor should be worried about the ceiling leaking. The staff always want to fix the problems but the facilities are old to have a good condition. The staff are very nice but there are also many things they can't control.

I've enjoyed living here. So far it's been a positive experience. The front office people are friendly and take care of any issue I've ever had promptly and effectively. Any maintenance issue I've ever had has always been has been dealt with almost immediately. It's been my experience that the people working here take care of you and are friendly and there to help.

This is a fairly nice community near my college. The rent is at a reasonable amount but it keeps going up. Staff in the office is always nice and helpful. Doing laundry might be the only thing is bugs me. It is quite often that the washing machines are all occupied because people didn't pick up their washed clothes in time.

I love living here!...very professional and clean. I moved here 2011 and have had no bad experiences. It is a nice centrallized location, and is kept very clean. I will definitely be renewing my lease, because compared to other apartments, it is superior. Thanks!

Regardless a few minor problems, I have had a great experience in Desert Palm. Actually, the neighborhood, staff and maintenance are really positive points, and some problems with exterior of buildings and landscaping are issues that can be dealt with to attain a extreme satisfaction.

Overall very good living experience. Friendly and professional stuff, safe and convenient neighborhood, well maintained grass area, NO roaches so far. I will most likely renew my lease here for next year and would also recommend it to my other friends who are looking for apartments

The overall environment is good and is very close to ASU. The biggest issue is noise from AC, traffic and neighbors. In the hottest summer the AC may not be cool enough. The staffs are very friendly and professional. Most time they can solve my issues.

It is very great here. The office and maintenence staff are great. Always very nice and friendly. The maintenance is very quick at getting the job done and always nice. The property is kept up well and office returns phone calls in a timely manner.

It has been a very satisfying experience so far. All the maintenance issues are handled very promptly and are resolved the same day they occur. The only thing that I wish we had here was more green areas for kids to play. Clean pools would do good.

I like the community, the house and location.The personnel is friendly and helpful. However the lack of sleep because of the noise from a defected AC installation is putting in danger my opinion. I really like to live here but I need to sleep.

The apartment amenities are pretty cool to begin with, I loved the basketball court and the hockey court that was available. The community looks decent and serene. I just moved in, it's been just one week and everything has been going smooth so far, and I don't have any complaints about the apartment or the community as of now.
