The apt. is fine and clear. The sound of ice-box is a bit loud. The cooling fan in the restroom is noisy. The activity room (body build room) needs better ventilation, cos' it smells bad sometimes. Anyway, the apt. is good beyond my anticipation.

My experience at this community has been good overall. I would recommend others to check it out. The location is great, the orbit passes right by the complex and there's now a dog park. Living here during my time in college has been really awesome. I only wish I had a dog and a cold coke.

I love the aparmtent complex, its quiet, and clean, whenver I have a problem they are assessed immediatly and the neighbors are great, too many complaints = results,they move out. Also everyone in the front office and manitnence alwawys offer professional, clear and quick results.

this is a good community. office staff are quite friendly. I like the apartment. It is quiet around my apartment and I can have a good sleep here.Also, it is near the Safeway and so convenient to shopping. It could be better if the parking lot was much closer my apartment.

For the most part my experience has been good. I have had some issues with parking and responsiveness from the front office. Basically I have found one person in the front office that is willing to answer any of my questions and is willing to help me when need.

Nice community. Many amenities around the complex, including a dog park that is well maintained. Many people own dogs and cats, but there tends to be a lot of dog poop around the complex grassy areas. The windows are not sealed and let in the heat/ cold and sound very easily. A good amount of ASU students live here, but it does not get overly noisy on the weekends. Front desk staff are happy to help and friendly. Bus routes are easily accessed from this complex.

The community is quiet, clean, and safe. It is close to a number of grocery stores, community centers, churches and a major university. It is a little oasis of calm in a very busy and hectic city. It is a good place to live, raise a family, and to have fun.

It is an amazing community. It provides a very good maintenance service, and staff are very friendly and respond on time. In short its a home away from home. I am extremely satisfied for what i get out of the money i pay.But i am not satisfied with the security , there are neither surveillance cameras nor gates for the apartments, so that it allows a lot of trespassing and people are loosing their bikes in the night time

I'm still new to the area but, it seems like a fine community. Although, not quite what the pictures and information on Apartments.com made it seem, it is acceptable and satisfactory. The fitness center could definitely see some improvement.

I have lived here for a little over a month and have had almost no problems. Haven't seen a single bug. It's very quiet and the only thing I hear from the neighbors is the shower. Only issue was a problem with the stove, but it was fixed the next day. Management is very nice and answers all my questions. Only thing I would suggest is that they repave the parking lots and fix the lighting in the carports.

PROS: Cheap rent close to ASU campus, Safeway grocery store and other stores very close by. Can bike/walk to ASU. Allows pets including cats and big dogs; I've even seen a few pit-bulls in here. CONS: Roach infested and the office staff knows it, bring your bug spray because along with the roaches you will be roommates with scorpions and other creepy crawlies. I talked to a guy recently that had bug bites on his arms but he didn't know what they were. Could be mosquitoes or bed bugs? He didn't know but he felt he got them from inside the apartment. The toilets don't flush worth a you know what, I've had multiple calls to get them to fix them and then they get backed up again. Another con, many residents don't clean up the dog poop so watch your step. Other than that it's not a bad place to live if your expectations are low. If you are used to working toilets and no bugs then I would recommend paying a little more rent elsewhere because you're going to be disappointed. If you could care less if there are a few more bugs living with you, don't care that the place smells a bit and don't mind having maintenance coming to place often to 'fix' your tiny toilet (seriously they are kid size toilets) then WELCOME HOME.

Hi, I just moved into the apartment. The staff has been great. I contacted the office a couple of months before move in. I was showed an sample apartment to get a feel of my actual apartment. The community is well located, is clean and safe. Kayla especially has been a great help and has always provided any help I have ever required not just before the application but also after that. I do recommend this place.

I just moved into Desert Palm Village this month. When I went and looked at the apartment , Judy who helped me was so nice and friendly. She told me all the amenities and showed me around. Since moving in I did make the right decision moving into Desert Palm Village. Judy wasn't there when I went to sign my lease but the person that helped me was just as friendly . I LOVE my apartment . It was clean and ready to go on move in day. Thanks to the staff at Desert Palm Village!

Good service quality

I dumped my cherry nuts into the disposal in the kitchen. The disposal stopped working and I called the apartment office to fix it. Rom, one of the service staff members, came in and he spent 20 minutes to pick the cherry nuts trapped in the dirty disposal one after another without complaining it. The good service quality in Desert Palm Village is a plus.

Very Happy Here

I have lived at Desert Palm Village Apartments for nearly four years and am very pleased with my apartment and with the way the apartments are run. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are quick and professional. It is an older complex but is well maintained and has many mature trees for shade and beauty. I see a lot of people walking their dogs yet it is pretty quiet, I rarely hear barking. I would highly recommend renting at Desert Palm Village.

Overall Living experience

I had a great experience while living at desert palm village. I especially appreciate the office and maintenance staff. The offic staff is very kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is always on time when it comes to work orders and they are friendly as well!
