Great place to live

I have lived at the complex for almost two years now and I absolutely love living here. It is a great community for families and everyone in the office is very friendly. The apartments are very clean and kept up.

Best Value in Tempe

We were having trouble finding a two bedroom we could afford in Tempe until we found Desert Palm Village. Laine was very helpful and answered all our questions. We love our new apartment, best space for the money. Rent here!

I moved in June of last year. And I haven't had any serious issues. I will say this whenever I voice my concern with anything, the staff is right on it. Carolee, is awesome, she listens and understands. I can't tell how many times, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure my stay here is comfortable.

Super Expensive, no microwave, no security (it's literally open community, the patio has a glass door that opens to the main road & basically anyone can walk in) Lots of roaches (doesn't matter how much you clean it's still going to be same). Unnecessary complex process for laundry (also most of the machines do not work). Overall not recommended for the price I pay

I've lived here going on 11 years and the staff is amazing! Kelly and the office staff have always been so helpful, and the maintenance is always super quick and efficient! This team is second to none!

I am so grateful to live here! The office staff has redefined the word professionalism, and they are a joy to work with. Kelly, Laine, Carolee and Collin are courteous and cheerful every time I walk in the door. Sometimes, I walk over to the office just to say Hi. The team is always happy to see me; they are polite and very friendly. Adan and Ozzie always take care of my maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The groundskeepers are meticulous, and regularly keep the property in tip top shape. I feel safe and secure walking around the property, even late at night. And I'd like to add on a special shout out to Thomas Eckhardt, who has moved over to a sister property. Thank you Thomas! You made me feel like I was home, on day one. And for that, I am deeply grateful. In short, I LOVE living here, and I whomever is reading this review gives Desert Palm Village a chance to prove why I call it home. Thank you. -Adam Chaitin

This was the worst community I've ever lived in. So, did a bus load of people need to rent on Cinco de Mayo and leave reviews at the same time? I'm calling BS. I wanted to move the same day I moved in. The neighbors (all of them) were psycho. Loud, drunk all the time, partiers. One neighbor who was getting evicted across the way, the same time I was moving in, warned me of this. Nice, awesome Brittney, had turned into abusive, uncompromising Brittney when I brought up my wanting to back out. She said it's too late, you signed the deal, it's yours. It turned into 6 mos of strife with neighbors, ants, scorpions, roaches in the bathtub... The worst part was left it up to conduct my own eviction hearing against a resident which wasn't my responsibility. They took no responsibility in the situation for my peace in THEIR apartment building at all. They got their money and that was their only concern. When it came to backing up me and my rights in the situation they were no longer involved. The person making the noise didn't live in the apartment and wasn't on the lease. Essentially the apartment manager Kelly was too scared to get involved. They all just washed their hands of the situation so I will never back them as a team. They are simply looking for your money. I did NOT pay what they are looking for for a one br apt in 2020. They are giving serious price hikes on cheap apartments.

Desert Palm Village has always been one of the best. Great customer service, especially with Brittany. She truly cares about her residents and is always helping in any way. It’s always so clean and the facility itself is gorgeous. It’s not very noisy for it being near a popular city. I would highly recommend Desert Palm of anyone is interested in looking for a nice apartment!

She really made it an easy decision to move in! The apartments themselves are cozy and comfortable. So far it’s been great.

Desert Palms is a good place to live. I have been here 2 years and Laine and Kelly in the office are very accommodating. Any time I have a problem or request they accommodate it right away. I recommended this place to my friends.

Good location.Close to Safeway grocery store, Starbucks on the corner and the bus is FREE. My apartment is big for a one bedroom. Lane in the office is really helpful. Maintenance is fast too, I put in a service request and they came the same day.

I've been at desert palm for almost 4 years now and I will be renewing my lease. The office staff make you feel like family and willl take care of anything within their power to do. Courtney and Kelly are always so helpful And the whole Leasing staff. Maintenance is the best! I've never had my work orders taken care of so fast. I love the location and the size of my apartment for the price. No complaints here definitely recommend.

I was debating on relocating to Tempe so I visited a couple apartment complexes within the area. Although I didn't end up relocating at this time, I would have rented an apartment from Desert Palms for sure. Laine, the leasing agent who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful as well the other staff. The property had some great amenities and was very clean with nice upkeep. I love the large dog park they have for my pup as well. If and when I make the move, I'll be renting an apartment from here with no doubt.

Amazing place so far.Staff is amazing too. People are helpful and approachable. Didn't have any issue so far. Maintenance is also great. People come to attend any issue within minimum time are very courteous.

I relocated from another state. The office staff here made my transition nearly seamless. I arrived and found everything in order, my apartment was brand spanking new and located perfectly for my family. I could not have asked for anything more. upon getting situated we had a few issues due to the newness of the space, contacted the office and the awesome maintenance team showed up immediately, making everything perfect. I wish that I could remember the names of the maintenance team members who came out to satisfy the order. Hopefully you have a record.They not only arrived quickly, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to explain things to us as well as service whatever we needed. They were in & out and very delightful. Service with a smile. I am just extremely grateful that Desert Palm Village is my first living experience here in Tempe Arizona. I greatly appreciate so many things about this place. Especially the office (Everyone) and maintenance teams. You all are appreciated. :)

Not a really good place. It's looks good from outside, but inside not so pretty. First and a biggest problem it's office staff They very nice to you before you sign up. After this it changed. Any questions or request to staff is denied This place doesn't have two jacuzzi rooms, but only one,in the gym Sometimes it's even working. Pools may be closed for whole weekend without any notice without response. No,it's not for maintenance,just for inspection from imt. After two years in this company im leaving it finally. As I see, many people leave this apartments in 2018. They have now many rooms available.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Desert Palm Village in Tempe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, I was always treated with courtesy and respect, which is extremely important given how multicultural the setting is (close to ASU). The management team is very good at communicating so when I spoke to one rep, others were always up-to-date as well. Kudos for their excellent service! I also have the highest praise for maintenance staff- they have always been very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you, Desert Palm Village - you give meaning to the phrase "it takes a (palm) village". [smiling face emoji]

I was a resident at this community for 2 years and I absolutely loved it! Not only are the apartments clean, cozy, and functional, but the staff is amazing! Courtney, Thomas, and Dillon were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This is a very pet-friendly apartment complex and they take special measures to ensure the comfort of the human and the pet residents! I wouldn't have moved from here if it weren't for my job. I have been staying here from past 3 years and I can confidently say that their staff and services are very friendly and diligent. I have been friends with the staff on first name basis. My leasing manager, Thomas E, has been very helpful. Based on my discussion with my friends, we all agree that desert palms village is one of the best communities in Tempe. I had a problem few months back wherein my bathroom door was locked from inside and I put in a service request at 5am. Within 5 mins a very sleepy looking person showed up and solved it.

I am looking to move into Desert Palm my the assistant manager Courtney showed us around. She was very informative. We love the size of the units and they accept pitbulls and have a dog park. Living in an apartment complex is hard but they have alot of activities too. We will definitely be renting here!

I am a chinese visiting schorlar living in Desert Palm Village, I have to say our community is the best comfortable place closed to ASU compus in Tempe. Perfect facilities and earnest staff member make me feel like at home. I am pleased to tell you how kind and nice these staff help me to live here conveniently. Here, I must appreciate the leasing manager Mr. Thomas Eckhardt in particularly, who always warm-hearted help me and my friends. Whenever and whatever trouble I have met, Thomas always first time try his best to solve my issue, has been an amazing job. That is the best memory when I live here.
