Great help from front desk member
My package got delivered to the lockers but my driver didn’t provide a code or qr code for me. So I went asking for help and Alex V helped me and took time to look through everything and we finally located my package and he was helpful throughout the whole process.

Great staff!
Great place to live! I’ve lived here almost 9 years and love it. Both of the Alexs who work in the leasing office are amazing to work with. They promptly respond to all questions, concerns, and emails and are truly there to make sure that you’re satisfied as a resident at this location.

Office and Maintenance
I have enjoyed living at IMT. Alex and Alex helped talk to me about my renewal and I happily signed for another year. Mariana, DJ, James and Cynthia are also very nice. Alex and Cliff kept me informed about my microwave being replaced and I appreciate that! Bernie, Will, Jesse, Mauricio and Markee are also awesome! Thank you for making this the best neighborhood that I've lived in!

This one the nicest places to live
[Incentivized Review] I enjoy living here close to light rail and nice a quiet neighborhood the whole office and maintenance team are great the grounds look great. I can’t wait till summer when I can use the pool and enjoy it

Happy New Year
Thank you to the office and maintenance team for making everything worry free. I know I can count on anyone to help me whenever I need it. DJ, Cynthia, Marina, James and all of the Alex’s are great. Cliff helped me with my dryer, and Mauricio, Bernie, Markee, Will, and Jesse are all fantastic. Thank you for making this community a wonderful place to call home.

Easy and Simple Tour
I had a phone call with Alex V and it was very simple to set up a tour time. I viewed a 2 bedroom apartment and he even explained the move in special which was perfect for me and my family. I have 2 friends that already live at IMT and I can see why. The professionalism is fantastic and refreshing. It is close the light rail station which is perfect for my commute to Downtown Denver. Thank you to Alex! I'm excited to apply for an apartment here!

Possible relocation to the area
Had a great experience visiting IMT Dayton Station. Marina was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. She answered all my questions and made the visit easy and enjoyable. The swimming pools and spa areas were inviting, and a fully equipped fitness center, the nearby trails, and outdoor areas nearby would be convenient. Thank you,

Professional and Helpful
Both of the Alex's in the office are very nice and they helped me with a maintenance issue. The Alex that works for maintenance was very informative about the issue that I had with my water heater, and he fixed it quickly. The girls in the office DJ and Marina helped me sign up for the Parcel lockers and James and Cynthia helped me with an issue that I had with my rent payment! Everyone has been very helpful and classy.

Tour Experience
We were able to tour twice because my husband wasn't able to go due to work. Our leasing consultant guide Marina Larios made us feel right at home before even applying for the rental property!! Her attitude and great cheer made it feel like she most definetely is easy to work with. Very compassionate and understanding about her job. The overall property looks amazing!! What a great place to be...let me tell you why!
First off, the place is so well kept. And not just in the sense of grounds, but in the overall way the property top to bottom is taken care of. Ive spoke with Clifford the Maintenance Supervisor and he is really striving to have his team at a standard that is second to none. He gets work orders cranked out like nobody's business and we are so grateful for that. Cynthia has totally taken over and made it hers. You can tell that the direction the property is going in is all about seeing it through to the next level, and it shows in the faces of those who work here. If youre looking for a beautiful well kept home in this area, this is the place you want to be!

Maintenance staff it’s absolutely wonderful
When I moved in the water heater wasn’t working and they got that fixed immediately came in that night and got it all figured out. They’re very friendly and very helpful. I returned my walk-through piece of paper today and they came immediately after to fix the two things that I had concerns about.

Leaky faucet under kitchen sink
The leasing office is always on it! When I moved in they requested I do a "walk through"and list anything that needed fixing or replacing. I found a couple of things, they sent out guys within 24 hours. When it came to my leaky faucet, Bernie was very professional and sweet. He did an awesome job! Thank you Bernie!

I have had leaks from both of my sinks and maintenance was able to make it out the same day as I put in the request to be fixed. I appreciate yall truly. This is definitely a wonderful experience, hope to be here for a while.

super sweet maintenance who are quick to the rescue. Our hot water heater went out and Bernie was quick to our house to get everything fixed within 10 minutes- He was in and out. give that man a raise

Apartments were nice
The apartments were very nice and clean and Marina did a fantastic job showing us around and answering every question we had. I love the modern design and floor plans. I wish the apartments were a bit more spacious but other than that they were very nice.

I had a very nice tour with Alex V! I was looking for a 1 bedroom in December and he found the exact apartment I was looking for. This is great service and attention to detail. Exceptional and friendly staff
My experience with Marina at IMT Dayton Station has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I reached out, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering every question thoroughly and always following up when she said she would. What stood out the most was how genuinely she cared about helping me find the right fit. She didn’t rush me, and she made sure I fully understood all the details. GREAT
I’ve enjoyed living at IMT Dayton Station for over two years now. Mark and his team do an outstanding job keeping the grounds looking great — always trimming, cleaning, and even picking up after dog owners who should really know better! The front office staff is always accommodating and eager to help. There are two Alex’s who are both wonderful, and another very pleasant lady whose name escapes me at the moment. Maintenance has consistently been responsive and knowledgeable, addressing any concerns quickly. In the past, when my A/C couldn’t be repaired, they didn’t hesitate to replace it — even though it wasn’t something they were required to do. That gesture really stood out, and I still miss that brand-new unit after moving to a different apartment! Thank you all for making this such a great place to live.
