Great Staff and Great Neighborhood

Absolutely loved living here! The Leasing staff, Kiana, DJ, Alex V, are so attentive and friendly when it comes to every day living or any issues that might arise. The maintenance team, especially Will, Alex C., and Bernie are so quick to respond and that I can't thank them enough. I'd truly recommend them to anyone!

    A Fantastic Building with Fantastic Management!

    I can't recommend IMT Dayton Station enough! Being right next to the light rail station makes life so much easier as a commuter, and it's proximity to shops and restaurants makes weekend errands so much easier to run! Also, having easy access to the Cherry Creek Reservoir via a walking/biking trail is a great added perk. I don't even have to get in my car to go get out in nature and exercise! I can't leave out one of the best parts about this building. The property manager, Cynthia, is so responsive and it is very apparent that she genuinely cares about her building and the residents that live there. Having lived in many buildings over the years, I can say that that is truly something that is priceless and that you can't overlook when choosing where to live. It is rare to encounter a property manager who is so organized, communicative, and invested in the well-being of the residents. She's a true asset to the property.

      Great place!

      Great property with a nice location close to public transit, Cherry Creek park, and the freeway to get anywhere you want in the city. Lovely office and maintenance staff. The manager Cynthia fantastic. She is extremely responsive and always quick to be of assistance. Highly recommend living here.

        Amazing!

        This property is amazing. We toured and would have moved here but ended up not getting the job in this area. Cynthia was great helping us and answering all of our questions. She was super kind and made me feel welcome. The property looked amazing and I loved all of the amenities.

          Love this apartment complex, such a beautiful place to live.

              A/C repair

              After our work order was put in, they were quick to come and fix it. Both Jesse and Bernie were friendly and efficient. Bernie also helped me carry in somethings from outside as I’ve just moved in. Great team!

                  Rent Elsewhere

                  Reader, I was in your shoes a year ago, looking for a place to live. I disregarded the reviews about homeless people sleeping, urinating, and defecating in the hallways. Assumed that reviews about walls thin enough to hear your neighbors sneeze was an exaggeration from disgruntled residents. Everything sounded dramatic until I went through it myself. Hear me! These are all true reports. There has been a homeless person sleeping in the hallway of our building for weeks and the property won't act until the corporate office approves lock installation. In other reviews, IMT Residential states that locks have been installed on buildings to improve safety. To be clear, they have installed locks on TWO of THIRTY buildings at this property. We are instructed to do the heavy lifting to create a case, which includes reporting sightings to the police who are too busy with a million other things to make it before the guy leaves. The other two buildings with this issue waited a year for IMT Residential to install locks. In the meantime, no additional security is on call nor are other measures put into place to protect tenants from this health and safety hazard. Meanwhile, we are expected to continue paying rent, walk around biohazards in the hallway, and hope that it doesn’t escalate to apartment break-ins. Photos attached of the hallway. Do not move into building O! Buildings on the east side of the property are old and have bad sound insulation. I hear every step my upstairs neighbors take and can hear shared wall neighbors playing cards, TV, and moooooore. IMT Dayton’s only suggestion is to move apartments for a transfer fee. Video attached of my upstairs neighbors. It’s tough to find a place that feels safe and secure in Denver, but this place is simply too expensive to have to deal with such severe noise and safety/health issues. This is not a safe or peaceful place to live.

                  Amazing customer service

                  I had the best experience with a leasing agent kiera. I had a package go missing and she went above and beyond to help me find it! Instead of previous instances where this has happened at other complexes, they tell you to contact the shipper, Kiera helped locate and track down my missing package.                     The best experience!

                    I love this community and can't wait to live here! Kiana has made what would normally be a stressful apartment hunt, really easy and exciting. She has been super patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and has such a positive attitude. I am a little on the picky side and can tell you that this community and environment is where I want to be.                                 Hot chocolate bar!

                                [Incentivized Review] The hot chocolate bar was awesome!! I’d love to attend more of these events! The Leasing team is so sweet! I always love seeing Ryan who dresses fabulously! Dj who the sweetest and the other lovely lady who pet my cat, haha. Your maintenance team is awesome and you guys keep everything so well maintained. There’s also this maintanence guy who changed my smoke alarm about 5 times, he definitely deserves a kudos! The hot chocolate was yummy! Thank you so much! We definitely plan to stay here.

                                      Not happy!

                                      Neighbor's always stomping! I'm always awakened to heavy, loud stomping and moving of chairs at 2-3am and it continues til like 4:30.! Why don't they have carpet on the top levels? Or are floors/walls that thin? Wow I will not be renewing my lease. They keep saying my unit is unique. So unique delivery people can't find it, and they don't shovel snow from driveway or sidewalk.

                                        Amazing!

                                        Bernie was amazing and quick helping me fix my chirping fire alarm so my dog wouldn’t go crazy ??. Highly recommend this apartment complex! All staff are amazing and attentive to the renters needs. I am coming on year 3 and haven’t had a problem that wasn’t solved that day!

                                            Very Helpful

                                            Bernie is quick and effective, hard working and helpful. After the service order I managed to get myself locked out on the patio.
