The maintenance and office staff try hard but fall short when working with residents. Due to its location in the cherry creek school district and near a walmart, the quality of tenant varies aggressively. Many families move too large families (think 5-7 people in a 2 bedroom apartment) in order to be in the Cherry Creek school district. In my time here, I've had service issues, flood issues, neighbor noise issues, and electrical issues. Service is meh, and you're still stuck with meh neighbors. Happiness at this community is a crap shoot.

Great place to live. Nice apartments. Amazing office staff like jasmine, katrina. Lot of social activities brings residents together. Missing a playground and/Or play area. Maintenance response time has improved much in few weeks. Couple of people in office staffs are little rude but all girls are very helpful.

It's a great community to live in.... My family and I moved in due to location and school district. Our girls deserve the best so we got the best. They love their new school and are excited to start in August.

I like the location of the apartment complex as it is close to my work, DTC, downtown... I really like the amenities. Pool, exercise room, Picnic Area, Bocce Court and above all the closeness of the Doggy Park.

The day of move-in was slowed down by the fact that nobody could help us when we arrived and we had to wait close to 40 minutes for that to happen. Not that it was the staff's fault, because we understand that current and prospective residents come and go to the leasing office, but nonetheless frustrating. Once we got the keys and checked the apartment out, it was a bit upsetting that the carpet was still completely wet from steam-cleaning it, which then made it so quick for it to get dirty with all the move-in boxes. There were also multiple marks on it, and some of the kitchen cabinets (on the bottom of them) it seemed like "paint" was coming off. All in all though, they are great apartments. More than anything it is one of the best communities around, which makes it worth it. In addition there is a Walmart catty-corner from the community and the light rail station which my wife and I use every single day.

Maintenance has been great, but they've had to come out to fix my refridgertor 5 times! After the 4th time they replaced it which was great but we're not sure why this keeps happening. It's difficult to get anyone in the office on the phone to get a status update which is worrisome.

It's a community area, which makes me feel safe and welcome as a newcomer to the state. The grounds are well kept. The neighbors, friendly. I appreciate the quick walk to the Kennedy Dog Park, although the State Park and lightrail station are further than I expected. I like that the leasing office is almost always open, so you can just walk down and physically talk to someone when there's a problem.The gym needs to be updated, but overall this is a wonderful place to live (so far).

This place is great! The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance is quick, gets the job done right the first time, and cleans up afterwards. They fixed my hot water heater that same day it broke!

We've only lived here for about a week. On move in day the unit was not move in ready due to poor cleaning and some maintenance issues, but they fixed everything immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Like I said we've only lived here for a week but so far so good. Friendly environment, pet friendly, lots of areas to walk, landscaping is well taken care of, over all really nice.

I am a current resident here at the savoy, my family and I lived here almost three years and my family really enjoy it living here. The staff is very friendly, always put a smile on their face, professional, knowledgeable and helpful (Jazmin and Christa). Whenever I put a work order for my unit the maintenance team did a great job fixing it. The community is very quite and a safe place for family. Walk-in distance to Wal-Mart, pizza hut, hair Salon, three minutes away from dayton station, three minutes away from dollar three, bus stop etc.

The community is awesome. Lots of families, dogs, and diversity. I've never felt unsafe here and the location is prime. Its in between a walmart and a light rail station (dayton station) with a king soopers east and west of you. Also theres a whole foods and 24 hour fitness down the street. Apartments are reasonably priced for the quality however its easy to tell the appliances are overused and need replacing. Ive lived here a year and already replaced my washer, dryer and stove top (fridge isnt too far behind). The staff are wonderful people, always very happy to see my roommates and i as well as accommodating. Maintenance has always been on top of our work orders, even if it takes a few times to correct the problem, consistency is key and theyve never once complained about our amount of requests. Price for quality (8/10). Quality of staff and maintenance (10/10). Location (10/10). Im very happy ive chosen the savoy as my first place to call home in denver.

This community is so great! Nothing but kind and courteous people. Very clean and quite. Made my transition from living in a house for many years into an apartment very pleasurable experience. Tome, Keisha, Idk if those are even their real names. This place is absolutely disgusting. The management has changed 5 times in a year. They are rude. Disrespectful. They will tow you even if you live there. When your car gets broken into and trust me it will happen they won’t do anything. But park outside of the gate to check your mail for 5 min and a tow guy will be there trying to tow your car. I don’t wish this place for inmates serving life in prison. Shame on Morguard and TOME STEWART(that’s not even her real name) is the most awful human being i have ever met!!!

We lived at the Savoy for almost 2 years. One of the reasons we chose the Savoy was the access to the best schools in the Cherry Creek School District. Walking distance to the Light Rail and Walmart meant we could get by with just one car for our family. Our interaction with the staff have always been great. Kristin and Jazmin were always sympathetic to our needs and went the extra mile to help us.

I enjoy living in the community due to its proximity to parks, shopping, two major highways, airports, restaurants, bike trails, and the overall friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My only concern is that young and unauthorized kids play in the gym on occasion, which resulted in damages to machines, the gym needs an upgrade, and they plow tend to be slow in plowing the roads. Beyond this, the maintenance staff responds fast and amicably, it's a peaceful community by the Dayton train stop, golf course and dog park next door, and it's extremely easy to get downtown from other routes when I-25 get slow, or you decided not to take the train. This is the most diverse community that I have ever seen in Colorado since 2002. Small Brooklyn, NY in Colorado.

I went in to put in work order and Jazmin helped me out. She was very friendly and helpful. My microwave was working again by the next day. I am very pleased with the savoy. Been here for almost 3 years and plan on renewing! I recommended these apartments to everyone!

I have lived here for 2 years And couldn't be more happier with the service I have received. Jazmin and the leasing staff have been a so amazing and Accommodating. Mike has also been a great help on the maintenance side of things. I would recommend this to any of my friends and family looking in the Denver area. If you need a leasing office staff that cares this is the place to go.

Great kitchen, tons of closet storage. My bathroom fan automatically comes on to keep my mirror from steaming up! Clean hallways, most tenants are very respectful of others, the 2 pools are great and it's great to walk to Walmart for items.

Went from a beautiful community to tenants destroying the community. Kids trearing the gym like a playground (parents no where in site), suppose to be non-smoking but cigarettes everywhere and people smoking near my front door and windows. Hardly anyone picks up after their dogs and some of the maintenance crew just drive around in carts (one guy likes to scream things out loud while cruising the neighborhood). The office staff are very nice and try to be helpful as possibly but overall not worth the price or your sanity.
