AWFUL! I would not recommend anyone to move in to these apartments. They hardly remove snow from the sidewalks, never refill pet bags or empty pet trash cans, and they never clean the hallways of the apartment buildings. They don't not care about the opinions of the residents they only want your money.

Please do not spend your hard earned money on this apartment complex. They rarely empty the dog poop trash and it overflows and spills onto the ground. There are hardly ever any poop pouch bags accessible and dog poop is scattered throughout the grass, landscaping rock, and sometimes even on the sidewalk. When it snows, do not count on them to shovel or plow in a timely manner. Sometimes not until 48 hours later when residents have had to walk through, packing it down and making impossible to move. They never clean the apartment hallways or entry ways. There have been old appliances from previous residents sitting out in the hallway 1 month after they moved out. I've been here a year and they've vacuumed our building one time! There is no security. There have been at least 6 occasions where homeless were sleeping in the stairwells/landings, making us feel very uncomfortable. I can not wait to move!

I am so very disappointed with the new management. I am paying top dollar for an "upgraded" apartment, including stainless steel/black appliances. When my microwave stopped working (after 3-4 service calls), it was replaced with a cheap white one (doesn't even match the cabinets). Now my kitchen looks tacky. Not only that, when it snows, they don't even attempt to clear the sidewalks! I am extremely disappointed and can't wait to move when my lease is up. They often "forget" to empty the poochie pooh bag containers or supply new bags. The place is starting to go downhill. Their signs are just temporary cardboard signs, very tacky. Why am I paying this high rent? I thought this place was special.

The walls are thin and your apartment issues dont get addressed immediately. The service staff doesnt know how to fix a water leaking dishwasher/sink. If you are requesting for any explanation about the charges charged to your account, the office Staffs gets short including the manager. Previous mgmt was friendly and helpful.

This is a terrible place. All they do is trying to rip you off. I have been here for a year with a lot of noise from upstairs, kids and dogs or who knows what else jumping on my head entire day even at midnight. Some crazy people knock at the door and run away for fun. Lots of homeless people around throwing trash into your patio. Drunk people vomit everywhere, dogs poo on the sidewalk and those are still there for months. What the maintenance staffs here do is sending you emails warning that you cannot have satellites or any big stuffs on yours patio to keep it clean even if you have just little things there. So they just literally do not allow you have anything out on your patio even if you are paying for it. My big mistake was trying to move to another apartment of this savoy, hoping that will be less noise and better than the previous one. But at the time I was going to move (and still believing I can just move easily because we already signed leasing contract with them and they said that one reserved for us), they changed the rental price(up 200$) in last minute, saying they cannot find any documents that we have signed right there with them, and then add couple more chargeable things that they never told you before. And guess what, if I cancel it, they will charge for early cancellation too. So I am stuck on this with all the cheaters acting like they are nice and friendly staffs. I am going to get out of here soon and never go back. For those that have no choice than moving here, remember to get all the copies for what you have signed even if you think those are not important, do not trust anyone there. They are just liars and cheaters period.

We love living here the location is perfect and pur neighbors are nice. We moved from out of state and the staff made it extremely easy for us to sign our lease and was always kind and available to answer our questions. We havent had issues with parking or our apartment. We renewed our lease we like it so much.

The day I moved in my wife was the first one there and a bum was inside of the apartment with his dog and scared the crap out of my wife, yes I called the cops and told the management, no apologies no nothing they didn't give a crap, I even had to ask to change the lock. Then the computer system for on line pay was screwed up for over two months and with my work hours that was the only way to pay and they don't offer drop box service so they tried to charge me late fees for there screw ups but we finally got in figured out, and they tried to make if sound like they were doing me a favor by reversing the late fees.. LOL.. If you call and leave a message for anyone don't expect a call back.. not even close.. The place is a real crap hole and my wife by no means will stay they for fear for unwanted guests. 225 is loud all night long, so keep that in mind. The walls are very thin, and take before and after pics of everything or you will pay for someone else's trash and misuse. The dumpsters are always full and people put stuff out that the trash people will not pick up so it sits and sits... But in a nut shell you can find much better places to keep your family safe, I am ex law enforcement and believe me I know the signs..

Overall it is a great community. The workout room and fitness center definitely need an update. Snow and ice removal has improved since last year but can improve more. The neighbors are friendly, my neighbors and I watch for each others packages which is awful nice of them. Did I mention the fitness center needs an update?

So far, everything is very clean and extremely well-kept. I love the high ceilings and floor finishes. Living here just FEELS like I'm living somewhere fancy. All of the staff that I have interacted with have been professional and personal.

I was concerned about the location, but I was really in luck when I chose Savoy to live in. It is inperfect location. It is close to the station, Walmart, and Dentist. My daughters thanked me because I brought them to here.

I have been at The Savoy since Dec 2017. This is my second apartment with them. Office staff and maintenance are superb, friendly and professional. Easy to work with and flex able. I highly recommend The Savoy to anyone looking for a quality living experience.

Just moved into the Savoy, it's an enjoyable community with new amenities aswell as an in house garage. Extremely quiet "suburbs" feel, (entire complex has quiet two way streets). The staff is friendly and helpful too which makes moving in less of a headache.

I truly enjoy living st the Savoy at Dayton Station. It has been the only place I have rented since I have been living in CO, almost 7 years. People are friendly and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance team gets the job done effectively. I enjoy going home at the end of a long day.

It is not a bad apartment complex. The management company that runs the complex have a high turn over and getting things done with management is harder than it needs to be. And the complex will increase your rent with each renew.

The Savoy at Dayton Station management wants to genuinely make things easy for residents. It makes you feel special with all the right attention to details on the services provided. The team is excellent, kudos to them

I personally have not had a great experience with The Savoy and would not further recommend to anyone else. Before even moving in, I had to pay a $250 fee that was wrongly forced upon me. I was given a rent amount higher than what I had first agreed to (which they didn't honor). Upon moving into my apartment there were various things wrong with it along with a rusted toilet that hasn't been replaced or fixed which I don't think will be even fixed. The office staff supposedly put work orders to fix things and when maintenance shows up they were only sent to fix 2 things. There were at least 10 things wrong with my apartment. Definitely not happy. I would move out sooner if I didn't have to wait 60 days.

First, I DO want to say I like living at the Savoy at Dayton Street Station. My apartment is nice and quiet, and the staff is pleasant...when I go in. However where things fall short is the follow through on maintenance and responding to emails. I have had a few issues over the almost two years I have lived here, and now they have told us they are about to implement an HOA fee of $5.24/month. That comes out to an additional $62.88/year, in addition to the obligatory rent increase I am sure to see at renewal time (or will it be retaliatory for writing this???). They claim it is for projects and goals for the community, but I cannot get anyone to tell me what they are, yet they appear to have funds for recent community events like the ability to earn gift cards, a "free" breakfast this week, "free" wrapping paper for holiday gift-giving", and now there is an upcoming tailgating party. While these are all niceties, they are NOT FREE. Look, I am not really angry; rather, just frustrated that no one returns my emails when making inquiries. The paint is peeling off the side of my building since day one, outside windows don't get cleaned, and while the landscaping crew seemingly keeps the rest of the property very clean, my building seems to be ignored. I have asked how to make an appointment with the property manager a couple of times simply to get express my concerns and get some clarification, but no one gets back with me. Very sad, and extremely poor customer service.

When I first moved into this community there were a couple set backs that left me feeling disappointed in the management of this community. But once I voiced my concerns I was immediately contacted by the manager and I felt like she made my concerns heard and valued. I really enjoy the new community rewards/events they have been putting on. I also enjoy the easy accessibility to public transportation as well as my favorite walk through the park across the freeway.

We have lived here for a couple of years and it is a great location in Denver. The staff are friendly and are helpful, especially if you have questions. The front office has always put on events to bring the community together. The nearby Walmart is very convenient and the parking is always available. The outside and inside of the apartment is great. They really take care in making the property look amazing. The access to a gym and pool is one of the best features of this place, for one it is 24 hours access. This is also a very pet friendly community and my dog loves it here.

We had a wonderful tour of the property with Eddie, and an easy move-in experience. So far we're really happy with our move, and excited to explore our new community. We're really loving the ability to walk to the train station and Kennedy Dog Park.

I have been living here a number of years experiencing changes in property management and maintenance. Through the many transitions, The Savoy has provided the same good customer service. The office staff is friendly, maintenance is quick to respond and remedy, the community programs (Awareness Meetings, other events to bring residents together) are welcomed. Plus it is close to lite rail, shopping, the highway, parks and walking trails. The appearance of the community - plans may already be in process to freshen up the paint in the older sections. Overall, glad to be here!

We were first attracted to The Savoy at Dayton Station because of the location, it's a fantastic commute for where we work but also keeps us close to what we do for fun. The entire community is well kept and the amenities thoughtfully include pools, parks, walking paths, a 24-hr fitness center and accessible clubhouses. We love our apartment, the touch of modern white cabinets and granite counter-tops make an already functional space aesthetically pleasing. We have no trouble with maintenance and our neighbors are courteous. We are elated that we chose The Savoy and we look forward to renewing our lease.
