I enjoy the community, but it seems that my apartment is older. There's a lot of issues I've had here in this unit. Appliances, plumbing, etc just seem to be older and don't last long or need repair too often. A continued problem with water leaks from ceiling and floor is disappointing. My apartment always picks up the smell of weed or food from my neighbors. Also, when the property management, rules changed (grace period) without notice.

Love it here! Never had any major issues. The leasing staff, Maintenance crew and property management are exceptional! They have always treated any issues with respect, professionalism and compassion. We have absolutely loved our time here.

Savoy is probably one of the best places that I have lived at so far. It feels like an apartment community! The Assistant Manager Christa has been helpful and is great at explaining things. I would recommend anyone to move here. Happy to call this place my home!

I recently had a flood in my apartment about 6 months ago and It ruined my entire bathroom and bedroom. I just wanted to say how much Christa the Property Manager, went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of and back home as soon as possible. She checked on me frequently and made sure progress was being done in a timely matter. She also made up for time away from home and was very understanding in all ways possible. Any time I have a question or need something Christa is the person to go to. I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and have had all positive things happen when something went sour or I needed something. I would recommend anybody to live here. I feel safe living here and plan on staying until I buy a home of my own someday.

I was very pleased with the service I received on a maintenance issue this past week. It seems like there may be some new people in the office because this was handled way better than in the past; it seems things are improving drastically at the Savoy. Specifically, Josh in the office and Anthony the maintenance man were super helpful and friendly throughout the process.

The Savoy at Dayton Station is located close to stores, restaurants, and the light rail station. Very convenient! The amenities are nice, the staff is great, and the maintenance seems to address any issues in a timely manner. On the other hand... there is no sound proofing in apartments - you hear EVERY MOVE your neighbors make! The materials used for flooring, cabinets, etc. are very cheap and don't hold up well. But, as far as apartments go, it is probably better than most.

The Savoy at Dayton Station has been home for the past 2 years. There are so many great amenities near the area and I think it's one of the best reasons to live here. You have close proximity shopping and entertainment as well as awesome public transit with the light rail, but you're right next to cherry creek park, open soccer fields and Kennedy golf course. You feel like you're outside the city but only steps away. I love the on property amenities as well! 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a 24 hr access gym and a Mac filled business center in the office makes this place have everything I need. The maintenance has always been quick to respond to issues. One day my neighbors above had a leak from pipes. The complex was concerned that damage could potentially be seeping to my apartment. Even though I was away, they quickly called to warn that they needed to enter if possible and fix it right away. Luckily there were no issues and my apartment was safe. I appreciated that they took the time to give me a warning and check so quickly on my property. I've also made known concerns in the past about local pests, pet owners and waste & more. Everytine it was addressed and resolved. It's not often a complex takes every matter seriously but here they do. I love the Savoy. I love the open parking and amenities & my unit has always been great with extremely little maintenance issues.

Good Staff, Quiet neighbor hood . Friendly staff . Need to improve the maintenance service time . Need to have a play area for kids. Easy access to public transport . Nice to have security access to building

It definitely feels at home. The office is very pet friendly. We haven't had many issues. They are always improving. Very safe neighborhood . I would recommend this place 100%! Also, the dog park is righty behind it :)

They advertise this complex as "luxury apartments"- they are far from luxurious! The appliances are old and cheap, the repairs are sub-par, tenets do not follow the no-smoking rule- cigarette or weed! The only luxury aspect of this complex is what you pay! NOT WORTH IT!

The people in charge of the Admin staff are not doing his job to fix different problems since more than year ago, and every time I go to repeat again they take note but nothing change, I will not go back again, just waiting my contract finish.

There is a dog park, Walmart, train station, and a few food options within walking distance, which is awesome. Response time to repair a leak has been a bit excessive, however I may be an exception due to the severity of the damage.

The Savoy is a very clean, well-kept community. It is quiet and very comfortable to live in. I like the fact that it is a non-smoking community, and the sound-proofing between apartments is phenomenal.

I lived in another unit for 2 years prior to being in this unit. I had some issues, but they were fixed quickly and professionally. Since I've moved into this unit though, I've had nothing but problems. I have been lied to by the maintenance supervisor, and have had a number of issues not been fixed in a reasonable amount of time. We still have issues ongoing that we've been told can't be fixed or that they have been fixed when they clearly haven't. We have even had issues with the term of agreement for this lease. We are now leaving this complex and intend to never move back.

I love living at Savoy. Perfect location from the point of view of work commute to downtown and perfect location for kids school. The apartment layout is awesome. The apartment is full with fresh air and natural light. Awesome!

I have been here for awhile and appreciate the team. I have to admit that one of the main reasons I do stay is the maintenance crew. They are always professional and quick to assist. All the amenities that are available are a plus including the light rail and the Super Walmart, just across the street. The only thing that upset me is that this is an amazing place that is also smoke free and for me being an asthmatic is a blessing but when smokers are here and do not adhere to the policy and i am having to spend extra money to get additional medicament to control my health i am upset.

Beautiful neighborhood , super clean environment. Staff is very helpfull, I love that the office is open 7 days a week. safe place to live. nice views for walking around. Shopping centers are very close.

We just moved in but so far we are very happy. Our only concern is the rats outside. Other wise we are satisfied. The apartment is nice and it is close to the light rail station which is great. The office staff is also very nice.

I moved into Savoy after selling my Condo and dealing with a horrible HOA! What a world of difference with Savoy Living! The Management treats their tenants like People and they care about you and helping you!! They are so responsive to your maintenance requests! I couldn't believe it when they threw the Tenants a huge pool party when the Ownership changed including live DJ music and BBQ food and door prizes. My old HOA would've sent letters and raised our fees! Give Savoy a try!

The location is great, close to shopping and dining. Easy access to the highway. Parking is a bit limited but not much of a problem. There has only been 1 time in the 2 weeks I've lived here that I couldn't find a parking spot

I think the house, the place is good and the staff are treated great, near him and the mart. It is a good accommodation experience, I would recommend everyone to stay in. I do not forget to say it is a quiet place

My experience with The Savoy at Dayton Station has been very pleasant so far. Rachel B. assisted in my tour of the community and unit style that I chose to live in and she made the process very easy. She was good at getting back to me about any questions or concerns. Overall, I am happy with my interactions with staff and the community.

It's okay so far, certain things in-home could be better definitely! I don't think there's a policy for people using marijuana medically as well which is inconvenience due to not having insurance; using the herb for my epilepsy. Otherwise, great place to live

Not fast service. Maintenance are always come late. Nothing office staffs changed. Never friendly. Races. 2-3 time make call then come. Last service still did not finished. We are not happy. About last Service.

Decent experience. They're a little careless about their residents and their needs, but the environment is friendly and the prices are really good (upside). It's worth it with such prices. Might recommend to others
