    Maintenance

    Really like how quick maintenance resolves issues. They fixed my HVAC within 24 hours and got my washer working within a few days after I was having some complications. It makes living here stress free and so helpful that I do not have to wait days for a response. Thanks to the entire maintenance crew for their diligence and assistance!

      Awesome service by Morgan

        My new place

        I have had the best experience with looking for a place here he worked with me to find what I wanted and didn't give up on me is one of the sweetest people I have met and have made it so much easier to love this place. After my experience with another area he made me feel like he was my friend and would be there for me. We need more people like Alex V. In this world.

                Fast Maintenance Help from Morgan

                During a big snow storm, my heating went out. Thankfully, Morgan came by within 30 minutes of me reporting it. I am now warm, and he even went out of his way to replace some light bulbs and air filter. Thank you, Morgan!

                      Heating issue

                      Well good afternoon to everyone at IMT Dayton Station, first of all I need to give a Major Thank You to the Maintenance Man that solved my heating issue Thank you !!!! When I reported this to Ryan there was no time wasted as I was coming back to my apartment the maintenance was already there , he checked the unit and informed me that the connection was not right , but he corrected the issue and explained everything to me on what was doing and what to do if should occur again, I am truly thankful for that,

                              Two Years of Exceptional Living at IMT Dayton Station

                                Has been the cleanest quietest places we have lived in the Aurora Denver area staff has always been helpful with any needs, maintenance is done right away, bit pricey but 100% worth it! Best gym and pool area!

                                  One bedroom wonder

                                  I have had a wonderful experience renting a 1-bedroom apartment at IMT Dayton Station. I moved in May 2024 so I’ve been there for about 2 months and have nothing but great things to say. Ryan and Kiana from the office have been extremely helpful, the maintenance team is very helpful anytime I have an issue and very responsive. Gym and pools are clean and front office staff is pleasant. No regrets renting from here.

                                      Discrimination and sadness being treated badly

                                      Yesterday, Sunday the 23rd, we had a bad experience at the pool since one of the workers came out of the office with a bad attitude, pulling us out of the pool and telling us that we were not tenants, which seemed very discriminatory to me because they only said it to us... And my little nephew who was with us was so scared that he didn't want to swim in the pool anymore and he was crying because of the bad time he put us through.

                                        Great service

                                        I relocated here approximately a year ago from Florida and am extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided by both the office and maintenance teams. Any concerns or issues I've encountered have been promptly addressed, with swift resolutions. Moreover, I've been regularly updated on the status of any parts on order. The gym facilities are fantastic, and having a package room available for my deliveries ensures they're securely stored.

                                            Ryan Beverley is making the IMT resident one of the best apartments in Denver, he always helps me to get the maintenance and he works to change the carpet for me. Also, he smile and be happy to serve you. In fact, he is the best one in the office. If I were the owner of the IMT, I will give him a bounce to keep him work for me because all my friends know that Ryan take care of you all the time. Finally, I hope the IMT change the fence of the kids park because they can go through it to the street and it's very danger.                                               Very dirty olace

                                              This place is dingy. It is the dirtiest apartment I have ever moved into. The apartment seemed like it was never cleaned before they spray painted it. There are embedded animal dander and human hair in the paint. There are also paint splatter on the floor and moat surfaces including appliances and mirrors. All the vents have black dirt coming out if them, like they have never been cleaned since this place was built. The sink drain was full of black gunk like a sewer. The carpet was never cleaned. I vacuumed large amounts of animal dander, dirt, and sand every single day until now. The HVAC is super dirty, full of dirt & lint. The dryer is bent and it’s trap has a hole - a fire hazard. The garage was never cleaned nor was it made ready for the next tenant. The office staff are not personable. One of them was nicer on the second day, after taking me to my apartment which was definitely NOT ready for move in. The appliances are old. There is some cleaning expected when moving into an apartment but my apartment was not cleaned. They keep blaming it on a contractor but that not a relief for me since I was the one who cleaned for over a week just so I can unpack. To tris day I am finding more things wrong which should have been addressed before I moved in. The garage was repainted but the paint started peeling the next day. They did not even spackle the holes and dents.

                                              Had an excellent stay at IMT Dayton!!! Will miss this place.

                                              The community is welcoming and culturally inclusive. The admin team is helpful and super proactive when it comes to crisis management. The surroundings are clean, well-maintained and scenic. The neighbourhood is fantastic and these apartments stand at a strategic location... walking distance from supermarkets like Walmart, Dollar Tree and Whole Foods. It is easily traversable by public transport as there's Dayton station and a bus stop within 5 minutes of the place. Not to mention the beautiful Cherry Creek trail that nestles right behind IMT. I had a great great time living at IMT and I bet it'll be just as mesmerising for the next lucky family who would get to call one of these apartments their home!

                                                Not worth your money

                                                First of all some of the staff need some training on how to address people by their right name correctly. And second. There is a lot of dog faeces everywhere in the grass and theft going on specifically with cars. Third and last. The amenities such as the pool and the gym are always closed due to maintenance and repairs, never available for use. Also when the amenities are available for use they have a lot of trash everywhere and no cares to pick it up.

IMT does attempt to provide the best customer service and train our team members to attempt to deliver positive experiences. We do have a team of dedicated team members who clean our community as well as a third-party contractor who specifically is hired to pick up pet waste, we also attempt to hold accountable all pet owners ensuring they pick up after their pets. Unfortunately, crime can occur at any address and just like law enforcement we cannot prevent all crime, however, we do work with a patrol company as well as local law enforcement and attempt to ensure proper lighting throughout the community. Be on the lookout because our fitness center will be open in the coming weeks and we cannot wait to share the renovation and all new equipment!
