Great Community so far! The staff is friendly and genuine in wanting you to have a great transition into the community. The model diagrams of the apartment online are very accurate of what you see. Great place and nice space!

This has been a great community to live at. The neighborhood is very clean and secure. The whole office team has been very helpful. Johnny was quick to my work order and Josh has been a good help as well. Kimberly is doing a great job with managing the property.

The community has been great so far. I love our little neighborhood and the property staff has been easy to work with and get problems fixed fast. The location is great for getting downtown or to my school easily. Been very happy to live here this year.

This community is boss. The location is phenomenal considering its walking distance from the dayton station light rail and walmart. There is also a 24 hour fitness, king soopers and whole foods all within a mile of the complex. There is always parking for guests and the front office staff/maintenance is always on their A+ game. Shout out to eddie razo for being a top professional when working with my roommates and I. There is one downside that has seen recent progress, however, and that is in regards to the tampering/vandalism of the mailboxes. This was a big recurrence last year but this year has been a bit better. Highly recommend the savoy!

I have lived at the savoy for over 3 years now and i couldn't be happier! I love how close the dog park is, cherry creek trails and Walmart! Maintenance has always been amazing! They come out within a timely manner and leave notes behind letting me know what they need or if they need to come back. The office staff is friendly and ready to assist anytime i need them! I love this place and the awesome location! Thank you!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Savoy. I appreciate that the staff know who I am, and able to answer my questions. It's a five minutes walk to Walmart, really close to a dog park and very dog friendly, access to pools, and a 24 hour gym. And I really love how close the RTD station is. I have had no issues with neighbors or noise. I really enjoy living at The Savoy.

It's been a year since we moved into 'The Savoy' and we absolutely love the community & our apartment. We love the simplicity and beauty of the apartments as well as the friendly neighbors. We've made some amazing friends out here all thanks to the community. The amenities are amazing & convenient! The location is great considering the school district, Walmart, great access to rail & bus, public library, Asian grocery shopping, soccer classes etc etc. All our maintenance requests have been successfully completed within a reasonable time frame. We love the Savoy and always talk about it to everyone we meet!

Fantastic place to live! It's everything you'd expect fr an apartment and more. Reasonable rent, fast maintenence, great staff...shouts out to Eddie. My favorite part about living here has been the pool and bbqs! Never moving again.

I was driving by and noticed the apartments that I first thought were town homes. I got online to see the pricing and found them reasonable in price. I love that this place is so close by my work, website is good and easy to use so I popped in to view them. Staff was friendly and professional and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE. Annoys me when I know more about the community than they do. Checked out the apartment and was gorgeous. I knew I wanted to live there so I applied. I had to take a 2nd floor as a first floor wasn't available. I checked the site everyday and when the one came available that I actually wanted they transferred me no problems. Did I mention they waived my application/admin fees. I just paid a $99 deposit. Move in day was easy to get keys and again friendly. Apartment again, super cute and clean. I have an attached garage which is so nice and convenient. I had locked myself out of my house a couple days after I moved in and although they don't have the after hour maintenance for being locked out which was not ideal, I realized that I have a super secure place to live! Double pane tempered glass. Who has that in an apartment???? Finally got in, got my window fixed and they did it relatively quick. I love the attached washer/dryer, contemporary feel and love the emails and kind communication from the staff to the residents. Lots of events, gym that is big, everything close by and a friendly staff from the manager down. I am super happy to have chosen to live here. Wish my lease was longer but gotta buy eventually. Highly recommend it. Good price and quality living environment.

The application and move in process were both very quick and easy. There were a hanful of things wrong with the apartment when we moved in but all the important ones were fixed within a few weeks and the maintenance crew was very friendly. Having the dog park right next door is great. We haven't had any issues with noise other than that our apartment is under the stairwell so the footsteps get really loud. There's always plenty of parking right outside, the grounds are kept very clean, and neighbors are friendly. Overall were very happy here so far.

With IMT taking over- Changes are happening. I have been at Dayton station for 9-years. It was getting bad for awhile but I am seeing improvements in droves. The service guys are super responsive, friendly and the work is good. In the office, lots of new faces - Eddie is the best. He is engaging, knowledgeable and works with you. Don't let him slip away.

I love the savoys and rhe staff are awesome. I feel comfortable going to the office staff regarding any issues I may have, and they try to handle any issues I may have. I have had all my request for maintenance assistance resolved for the most part, If not they have always communicated with me as to when things can get resolved.

Great place to live! Very dog friendly with dog park right next door. Gym, pool and community areas. Staff is very friendly and helps in every way they can if there is an issue. Apartments have high ceilings and very spacious!

I actually just moved, but so far my experience is good. Too many services nearby such as Walmart, train station, good schools, and some clinics. The maintenance is responding in moderate time most of the time.

Community is very good location because RTD rail services and Walmart are walkable distance. Apartments outside is clean and good environment for children. Fitness center is cleaned in mostly time. Everything is good.

Good people who take care of their residents. The techs and office respond on a timely basis and are kind and helpful. I have always had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with the office and field personnel. That is one of the main reasons I enjoy living in this complex.

Great place to live. I have been here for three and a half years and it has been a really nice place to be. Apartments/grounds are kept up. Amenities are very nice and very friendly staff. Only complaint is amenities could be fixed faster.

I have lived at The Savoy for nearly 4 years, and I plan on renewing my lease. Christa Steinkamp and her staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Although I believe the residences could have better quality construction, that hasn't clouded my overall view ofThe Savoy. The maintenance team has taken care of any needs that I have in a timely manner, and that's extremely important. The Savoy is centrally located which makes it easy to access any part of the city. Thanks Christa for everything you do

I want to say thank you to the maintenance team Josh and Andy here at the savoy for taking care of some of the issues I had in the apartment because they were polite and got the job done.I love the apartment . And one of the issues I think we should fix is all the cracks on our streets and in force Safer driving in our community as their are fast and sometimes reckless drivers.
