Great place!
I had a great experience working with Kiana. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She answered all my questions clearly, helped me understand the paperwork, and always followed up promptly. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. I really appreciated her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.

Great tour experience!
I came in to tour in the office and had the best experience with both Alex’s in the office. They were both professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend IMT Dayton station if you’re looking for a nice place near Anschutz!

Great place to live
I had a great experience working with Kiana during my recent move-in. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. From getting our application approved quickly to helping us move in without delays, she was on top of everything. I really appreciated her communication and efficiency. If you’re considering moving in, definitely ask for Kiana - she made a big difference in our experience!

Exceptional Team
I just want to give a huge thank you to Kiana, James, DJ, both Alex's from the leasing office, the Alex from maintenance, and Markee from the grounds team for making my move-in process so smooth. Kiana in the office were incredibly helpful and made everything easy to understand. Alex from maintenance was quick to help with any issues, and Markee kept the grounds looking fantastic. It’s clear that everyone on the team works hard to create a welcoming and well-run community. I truly appreciate all their efforts in making my transition as smooth as possible!

Nice apartments, great location
Great location between Walmart and the light rail with secured building. Everyone has been good to work with so far especially Alex with maintenance. I've needed some work done since move in but they've handled it quickly

The team is wonderful!
The team is always amazing. The leasing team, DJ, Kiana, and both Alex’s, are always super friendly and helpful. The service team, Alex, Will, Bernie, Jesse, Ahmad, and Markee, are amazing and always know how to help me. The management team, Cynthia, Cliff, and James, always make sure everything is going well in my home and are super sweet. Thank you Dayton Station team!

Love It Here
I wish every move was this easy! Alex and Alex are so helpful and responsive. Everyone we've worked with has been so great! Cynthia and Cliff seem like the really love the community. James, DJ, and Kiana are the sweetest! You also really get to know the maintenance just because they're so friendly and kind! Shout out to Alex, Will, Bernie, Jesse, Ahmad, and Markee! I already can't wait to renew!

This community is so amazing! I love the book swap that the team keeps for us. The property is so clean, the pools are sparkling blue, and have been amazing for this summer heat. Thank you Cynthia for all your help with renewing my lease. So excited to be here for another year!

Wil did a great job!
I had a maintenance request for my apartment due to issues with the AC and a water leak coming from the unit. Wil came in promptly and did an absolutely fantastic job! He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he fix the AC so it’s running perfectly now, but he also took care of the water leakage thoroughly and left everything clean and in great shape. It’s such a relief to have everything working smoothly again, especially with the summer heat. Huge thanks to Wil for his outstanding work, truly top-notch service!

Cliff came in and made sure the problem was fixed proficiently. He worked hard on the problem to make sure it was fixed right. Made sure he gave resources incase he had to come back and was always so friendly during the visit.

Great place to live

Cliff provided valuable assistance when I first moved in by addressing several minor issues, such as a door that would not close properly and a toilet that continually ran. He demonstrates a high level of expertise in his work and performs exceptionally well. Additionally, he is friendly and approachable, making communication easy.

Apartment living at its best!
I have lived in many many apartment communities and I have to say that the customer service and reliability this team provides is so refreshing. Kianna and Ryan in the office are always amazing and professional. Recently I had a few maintenance issues no big deal but Jesse and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything checked out ok. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of me!

Found a good apartment.
Kiana was great! She was absolutely amazing in helping me to find an apartment. She was patient, understanding, and truly took the time to help us through the whole process. Kiana was great!
Kiana was absolutely amazing in helping my mom find an apartment. My mom is on Section 8, and it was a real struggle to find a place that would work with us — but Kiana went above and beyond. She was patient, understanding, and truly took the time to help us through the whole process. You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t just trying to rush us through like others have in the past. We’re so grateful for her help — she made a stressful situation so much easier. I toured IMT Dayton Station with DJ, and she was amazing! She was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Bernie fixed water heater issue
Bernie quickly resolved our water heater issues. From past two days we were not getting hot water. But today as soon as we raised the complaint, Bernie came in 30 minutes and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Bernie is kind, talented professional and expert in resolving issues.
