Good place to live

Great Maintenance staff was wonderful when you have an issue. I have an issue with my dishwasher and Cliff on the maintenance staff was wonderful and very quick to fix the problem. They are very responsive.

A great experience

I just wanted to take a moment to say that Marina was very helpful and professional. I love that there are a lot of amenity options like a couple of pools, a gym, even spas for me to unwind. Having someone enthusiastic in the office gives me really great vibes too. Will be seriously considering!

Good place and good people

The right Home until Buying

What can I say, since the day moved in, and up until now, James has been extremely helpful! He is a gentle soul. Humans have to remember that, in customer service, we deal with a lot of personalities. We, as humans behooves to stay aware and cognizant of that. James is not an evil or mean person! He is kind, understanding and furthermore empathetic! With that, he doesn't take nonsense, as he shouldn't. Just communicate with him and keep your word! James is a real standup guy, and I know from experience, he is very helpful. The whole staff are very helpful, understanding and AWARE!!!! on what the world are experiencing, doing our best to live our best lives. I lost my Dad, last year unexpectedly and moving to this residential area has been a relief. Despite some challenges from irate residents, which they finally moved out! My home has been safe, quiet and positive. The gym is literally luxury, tops the best of the best local gyms. The pools are nice, just make sure the kiddos are in school, LOL. Other than that, if anyone decides to live here, You should. If you HAVE ANY issues, James, is the person to speak with! Welcome!!!!

Bernie is great

Good place to live

I’ve been living here 3 years and I have no complaints! The grounds are kept clean, maintenance requests usually are serviced within 1 business day, I feel safe, and we have 2 pools and a gym. Definitely recommend

IMT Dayton Station is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and two- and three-bedroom townhomes located in Aurora, CO. Each home includes an array of interior amenities from in-home washers and dryers to fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliance packages and a private patio/balcony. Community amenities include two swimming pools and spas, a IMT Active fitness center and an IMT CoWork business center. The community is mere minutes from the Dayton Station RTD Lightrail, and is directly adjacent to the Kennedy Golf Course and the Kennedy Dog Park. Just outside their doors, residents have direct entry to the Cherry Creek Reservoir and Cherry Creek bike trail. Residents have convenient access to the I-225 and I-25 making the University of Denver and Downtown Denver an easy commute. Portable Tenant Screening Report Advisement: 1) Applicant has the right to provide an IMT Residential managed community with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides IMT Residential with a PTSR, IMT is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee to access or use the PTSR.
