As the brass plaque in the sidewalk states, "1600 is the intersection of everything!" It has a good vibe and the facility is kept up well. I believe 16th Street is on a great rebound and 1600 is right in the middle of it all.

Jacob is the best!! The main manager has never talked to us and we see him everyday. Tell him to Come out from the cave once in awhile. The security could be improved. The apartment is great the views are amazing and it’s comfortable and living downtown in the middle of everything has been incredible.

The location is excellent and the floor plans very pleasant. I love the big windows. I just wish management would actually do their jobs - common areas are an embarrassment, amenities broken or unaccessible, and the elevators have been non-functional literally for years. Management's communication is non-existent.

Everyone is professional and kind, I have not have any issues with the apartment since moving in. I would recommend this place to anyone. To anyone who reads negative review about this place, I would say those are false.

The current staff are great. The ratings above are for the horrendous experience we have had since moving in summer 2025 and the fact that you still have these guys employed at other properties, you need to be aware they are incompetent.

Much of my negative comments come from previous management and all have been replaced at this point by seemingly more competent individuals. Jacob has been outstanding in his response. Security has been lax with New Year’s Eve bashes and unauthorized people in common areas during the past six months. Elevators and water, a constant problem that cannot seem to be managed

Where to begin management is never around the property has definitely gone down hill and well Maintanence can’t be bothered at least Chris can’t he only want like a flood or fire to be contacted he runs the property and god forbid today the new elevators installed aren’t working and he’s like oh I cant waste money on just one call for the elevators the day before it was Hott water and he’s like your the first to call doesn’t matter do your job !!!! Your Maintanence!!!! The non hospitality this property has and one manager comes another one leaves no consistency and nothing of excuses and excuse when anyone gets involved ! And it’s I’m sorry we have no paper towels for three months or I’m sorry we don’t have sanitizing wipes for four months for the gym or I’m sorry something’s not working we are working on the gym bikes and WiFi been out for five months nothing has been done !!! Don’t bother concierge always on the phone talking to family or on FaceTime or eating god forbid anyone on the property do the job they were hired for and all the message from greystar are generic and it’s like we are working on it four years later unbelievable the disrespect we get ?! All online and instagram ohotes are outdated !

This great apartment on 16th Street is a landmark property in a prime location. It's a truly iconic spot, and the apartment itself adds significant value to the neighborhood. It's an awesome apartment.

Living at 1600 Glenarm Apartments has been a comfortable and convenient experience overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown, offices, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily commuting simple. The building is generally well maintained, common areas are kept clean, and the management team has been responsive and professional whenever assistance was needed.

I don’t think so you will share this review but i hope there will be much more progress and improvements. Overall staying here was good but the maintenance is not done on time. I know there are lot of work loads but still it should be done when requested to do. And the management are overall fine but not good responsive.

Overall, our experience has been good. The parking is outrageous at over $700 for two vehicles. The community is quiet, and I appreciate the updates that have been made over the years. A pool would have been nice during the summer months.

I love my apartment here. The location, valet parking, staff, cleanliness and amenities are all so nice to have. My apartment isn’t a cookie cutter floor plan. I love how it’s unique and it makes sense. The views are gorgeous and I love being able to walk 16th street anytime I want.

Poor Management and Building Maintenance
I normally do not post reviews nor say anything bad about a place as it only spreads negativity, but after a few year, countless manangement through the revolving doors of employees they have I have had enought. I moved in about three years ago. Since then I have lived through a flood in my apartment, a blackout, non-working elevators for all of that time, consistently broken amenities, package theft, vandalism and graffiti and rude management to name a few. I am at my wits end with this place now that we have this rude, condesending guy Adam in the office. He talked to people like he is their father and forgets who he works for. He gossips about residents, downtalks residents and will do things purposely to make them unhappy. From a previous comment I have heard him talking about residents and making jokes about them which is very unprofessional for his type of work. He needs to go! Another thing is how there are always people in the lobby waiting to talk to someone and they are completely ignored if concierge is not there. They just stand there and nobody even awknowledges them. Alot of the time most of the team is lounging in the office chatting and don't even say hello, be right there or anything. Maintenance is always in the office with their feet on the desk lounging out while folks are sitting in an apartment that just flooded, no walls and nothing getting done. Maybe if maintenance did their job instead of lounging and eating with their feet on the desk things would get done. Horrible management, horrible maintenance and definitely would NEVER reccommend after all that I have been through. If you come they will only show you the nice parts and will even talk to residents as if they always say hello (fake). Good luck if you move here. This is only a warning.

I lived at 1600 Glenarm Place for about a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a really solid experience. The location is hard to beat — right in the heart of downtown Denver, with tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment just steps away. The apartments themselves are modern and clean, and the views from the floors are amazing, especially at night. The staff are friendly and responsive whenever I needed help, and the building amenities (gym, rooftop area, and lounge) are all well-kept. If you’re looking for a convenient, upscale place in the middle of everything, 1600 Glenarm is a great choice.

1600 Glenarm is a beautiful property with the best location in downtown. The rooms are excellent with large size, beautiful views and new finishes. The amenity package is top notch with the full service gym, valet parking, and skydeck. You can walk to anywhere in downtown from here, and are just steps away from transit. Amazing place in a great location, highly recommend to anyone looking to live downtown.

Adam is a HR ISSUE
Signing the lease with this property has been a series of letdowns. It started off promising with an amazing location, weeks of free rent, and no deposit. But then the gym equipment is broken, the elevators are constantly out of order, and the maintenance team is too swamped to fix dishwashers or address water shut offs. Housekeeping doesn't even restock toilet paper. Homeless people wander in unchecked, there's no security, and the concierge is rarely available. The front doors are locked by 5 p.m., making the concierge pointless. Management is equally unhelpful Adam doesn't care, takes personal calls, hides in his office, and avoids doing any work. He comes across as rude, lacks empathy, and even seems biased against white people, which many tenants have noticed. The person who signed my lease with me is now a different person ignoring us, rolling his eyes, gossiping at the front door, smoking weed with tenants, and drinking with staff. It's completely unprofessional. This property desperately needs new management and a complete overhaul. Tenants deserve to be valued, not treated like peasants. Staff living and partying with tenants is unprofessional and unacceptable. Whoever owns this property needs to replace Adam and the unprofessional staff. Do better! Also, I even seen Adam Making fun of a tenant cause of what he was wearing super rude!

Need to Get new management ( ADAM)
The owner of this building needs to be aware that the primary issue in this high-rise is Adam, the assistant manager. He consistently demonstrates poor communication skills and a negative attitude. His job is to work with tenants and provide hospitality, yet his blatant disrespect and indifference are concerning. Future residents should be warned, and Greystar should address his behavior especially since his supervisor, Stephanie, continues to support him. Adam often makes people feel belittled, and his actions reflect poorly on both himself and the community. As someone in my 50s, I find every interaction with him to be dismissive, as if my concerns do not matter. Instead of offering help, he seems more interested in gossiping with the concierge or trying to control the situation. The high-rise has experienced ongoing issues for weeks, and the only staff member who shows genuine empathy is Madyson. Unfortunately, the warm and welcoming atmosphere has changed, becoming cold and uninviting. If Adam is unhappy with his job, perhaps he should reconsider working for the company. ALSO WE NEED SECURITY AND 24/7 CONCIERGE WE PAY ENOUGH FOR THESE AMMENITITES .

The building has strong potential for growth; it just needs care and attention from ownership to truly bring it to life. What we do have now is outstanding: Chris (Engineering Manager), Erin (Supervisor), Stephanie (Property Manager), Bre (Leasing Agent), Madyson (Leasing Agent), Lina, and Tyler (Concierge). They all work tirelessly to improve the building.

The holding deposit is not really refundable!! Beware! Do not apply!
Liars! They told me the holding deposit would be mailed to me in 30 days.. and to my last address! Well I don’t live there anymore that’s why I’m looking for an apt! They didn’t care! I need that money to apply at another place and I can’t wait 30 days!

Hard to say what’s luxury !? Rent is due but …
I'm usually the type of person who keeps to myself, but over the past two months, I've observed terrible management behavior and poor leasing agent relations. It seems like even the office is divided—leasing agents who don't care, management that's never around, and a concierge staff who appear to be working but are often socializing instead of prioritizing tenants. One young lady even had her kids behind the desk. Regarding the gossip, I believe his name is Adam. I was sitting on the couch while he talked about tenants behind on rent, made jokes about people's styles, and mocked someone concerned about the elevators being out of order. He said, "There's nothing I can do; that's your window for move-in." Watching him, I couldn't understand how someone like that works in this industry, lacking sympathy or empathy and not realizing how his behavior impacts the environment. I don't know why the old team is gone, but they need to replace a lot in this building. Even the maintenance men walk around with a grudge, like they're questioning why they're here today. I feel bad for what they’re dealing with, but right now the carpets are being redone and the hallways are being painted while housekeeping is terrible. The gym equipment hasn’t been fixed, the fire pit doesn’t work, the community room TVs don’t have remotes, the fireplace is broken, and the patio area is a mess with old furniture and garbage everywhere. It’s disappointing that the pictures online don’t reflect the reality of this high-rise. Everyone seems unhappy and just going through the motions. I even heard a leasing agent tell the concierge, “If people don’t like it, move out!” I notice many hotels and high-rises experience elevator issues, but it's rarely for days, weeks, or months. Yet the office claims it will be fixed years later. The tenants now smoke in the apartments, party, and don’t care about the place, treating our high-rise poorly. The building doesn’t enforce rules, only sending out friendly reminders. That’s why this high-rise is not what it used to be. As someone who usually keeps to themselves and enjoys city life, coming back to this high-rise saddens me. The hospitality and generational appeal have changed, and it’s turned into a mess! Suggestions: replace some staff and enforce stricter security and safety measures. I've heard reports of graffiti and trash on some floors, unclean restrooms, and broken bell carts. Don’t let this high-rise fool you!

Horrible management and horrible community areas
As a long term resident goes with out saying how management has changed over the years constantly, could only imagine the good employees we have had working for this highrise but now they have some guy named Adam who is very much just working for the paycheck when water gets turned off or elevators aren’t working complaining to this guy has no idea how to run a property but everyone of the residents sees him gossiping laughing and partying since he lives on property it’s like he doesn’t care and makes everyone feel it his behavior is very unprofessional and not only he just doesn’t care and that’s horrible but I’m exauhsted as for the girl manager she is never around and when you see her she’s dressed like she is heading to a server job the whole office is unprofessional no one ever knows what’s going on and it’s a lie that they are fixing things when things haven’t been downhill for years this new team is horrible and they continue to not care they just want money but be warned about Adam he is a horrible manager , as for the entire building it’s falling apart on the daily be warned water shut offs elevator issues not cleaned and continuous noise!

1600 Glenarm Place is at most an average downtown apartment. The rent price for the square footage is the only upside to living here. The management and staff is constantly revolving which leads to inconsistent and sparse information. The "Gated" parking garage has been broken and wide open for months, with no foreseeable plan of being fixed. There are a total of 5 elevators, two of which have been closed for remodeling for over a year, one of which is a freight elevator that is broken almost every day, and of the remaining 2, they operate to different floors, so you can only use one, and these break every few days. And good luck if you have a real maintenance request. We lost power in our unit for 2 weeks before they were able to send a repair person out, and even then, it took 2 more weeks for them to restore the power. Overall, 1600 Glenarm is the antithesis of what Greystar represents; a thrown together operation that cuts corners, leaves you in the dark, and could care less about you.

I very much enjoy my unit layout, location, and view. I do not have a good impression of the staff or building management. The elevators been broken for 5 years which is absolutely ridiculous. Full sky scrapers are built in less time than that. There is no excuse for such poor maintenance.
