So far it's amazing! Everyone is so responsive and nice! There is a cig smoker on my floor but I like the apartment and community so much that I let it be. I do wish there was better security when I take my dogs out to the back alley since that is where the pet station is, it's a little scary at night by myself, but still it's ok!

Location is excellent, management is easy to work with and 1600 Glenarm should be your choice downtown. Valet staff is very responsive and you can walk everywhere right from the building. Other residents are very friendly and the public areas are great.

I've been renting apartments for almost 20 years, and 1600 Glenarm Place is by far the best place I've lived. I've lived here for 3 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about this property and its management and staff. Not only was the leasing staff the most helpful and proactive of all the buildings I looked at, but the leasing and move-in process what smooth and painless. Once moved in, I rarely needed to interact with the office staff because the Concierge staff takes care of everything you need, from receiving packages to arranging housekeeping or maintenance, and much more. I work from home and don't drive often, but the valet staff is always courteous and quick to get your vehicle. They go above and beyond, really, as does the Concierge staff. The Concierge team led by Nelson are all great guys and very professional. Other than Nelson, I've mostly dealt with Michael, John, and Jay, but every one of them is at the top of their game in my opinion. The housekeeping staff also deserve mention. The building's common areas are always kept clean, and should you choose to setup housekeeping in your apartment, they are excellent and friendly. Since I work from home, I go to one of the common areas on the 2nd or 3rd floor to work while they clean, and they go out of their way to find me and tell me when they're finished. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any request, and just as friendly and professional as the rest of the staff. Other pros about 1600 Glenarm include: Washer/dryer in the units, up-to-date appliances, granite countertops, efficient cooling/heating, common areas with free wifi, TVs, pool table, movie screening room, nice 3rd floor deck overlooking the 16th Street Mall, free coffee on the 2nd and 1st floors, location, location, location. There's a nice gym, and while there is no pool, they have an arrangement with the Crowne Plaza so you can use their pool. If you choose not to use the gratuity-free valet parking, there are several nearby garages. If you want to live in downtown Denver, I can't recommend 1600 Glenarm Place enough.

Outstanding. Couldn't think of a better place to live. The front desk attendants are incredible. Jay, Michael and John especially are always unbelievably friendly and go well above and beyond their "job description" each and every day. I could not be more satisfied with 1600 Glenarm. I would highly recommend this building to anyone living in Denver. The staff are top-notch, the building is immaculate, and every single staff member defines professionalism.

I have owned my own condo for over 35 years. I sold my personal property and moved into 1600 Glenarm in January of 2015. I have thoroughly pleased with my decision. I enjoy living at 1600 in the city. I have been to more concerts and shows and evening events in the last 2 years since living downtown as I have in the last 35 years. It allows me he freedom to live where I want when I want. If I want to move I just sign a new lease for another unit. I don't have to worry about selling my unit or worry about real estate values, it's just a wonderful feeling to not have the worry of owning real estate to sell and make money. I'm personally a person who does not need Bonds to be in my personal portfolio. My home I always felt was my bond portfolio. Therefore , now I can invest even more in an aggressive portfolio without having to deal with Bonds.

The things we appreciate most about Glenarm Place are the concierges, the social activities, the amenities and the courtesy of all the staff. Improvements needed are to update the elevators so that they are not as noisy! They are old elevators and the sound is so disturbing. Instead of spending $2 million on an update to the lobby which wasn't necessary, they should focus on the elevators and some of the units' updates.

Move in was a breeze. Loading doc and freight elevator reservation was easy, and concierge made sure I understood where everything was and offered some suggestions. I've only been here a couple of weeks, but so far everything is great. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Great! I wish it was cheaper. I wish it had a hot tub and indoor pool. I wish my dog was allowed on the patio. I wish there was a grass ares to walk my dog. I wish my patio was big enough for more than one chair. I wish there were less homeless people hanging around.

really great staff- I mean everyone is so friendly and helpful. They really go over and above what I expected. work orders get taken are of immediately and the maintenance guys will even help hang your pictures in the apartment! The valets are awesome as well and just a bunch of great young guys. love it here.

This is a luxury apartment building with amenities that surpass many other apartment complexes. The staff is exemplary in respect and communication. The complex provides many activities for the residents to interact with each other both at the complex and in the comunity.

Love living in a place that is managed by a company that has respect for the residents and the staff. Red Peak looks out for the residents and makes sure all feel safe and secure in their home. And the Staff enjoy their jobs, even when dealing with the overflowing recycling on Monday mornings. ;) I feel good living in a building of happy people.

This is an excellent community. The staff are very responsive, professional, polite, and helpful. The building is kept very clean. It is expensive but probably well worth it living downtown and having the security that valet parking and 24-hour concierge provide.
