This building is in a great location and is well maintained from what I can tell (I've only been here a short time). Staff are responsive to requests and questions. However, when I moved in, things were a little disorganized. I never got any useful "welcome" letter - things like how to put in emergency maintenance requests or the fact that you need to register a bike and activate your key fob to use the bike storage. Where to put recycling or trash was also something I had to ask. I've had to figure all these out piecemeal. You'd think they'd have some sort of reference list or letter, but alas, that is not the case. It's been ok because staff are very responsive, but you have to know what to ask (i.e., you don't know what you don't know).

Everyone who works at RedPeak has been incredibly kind and ready to help. It's an excellent place to live. The concierge is always a helpful and the valet service is always right on top of things. The location is unbeatable as well.

The RedPeak property 1600 Glenarm Place Apartments are fabulously located in the heart of downtown Denver. Excellent staff from concierge to valet - I'd recommend this property hands down for someone looking for an upscale living experience in Denver.

1600 Glenarm Place is the "epicenter" of Denver. It's between the 16th Street Mall and the Brown Palace. Regardless of your age or lifestyle, this tops the list of places to be. Wife and I looked at other downtown properties. There are other properties that cost less -- but, NOT less expensive. Consider the expense: (1) Best access to public transportation in Denver; (2) Walk to work even in bad weather; (3) Parking: it's outrageously expensive downtown! Glenarm is NOT cheap (competitive with garages five blocks away), but, it's easy and reasonable. Valet parking is a monthly charge. NO TIPPING!! :-))) Besides, who wants to walk after dark from five blocks after dark???

The staff is very attentive and professional, the amenities superb, and the building residents extremely pleasant. While there are many resident buildings in the greater Denver to choose from, none have the full compliment of superb features that is the hallmark of living at 1600 Glenarm Place.

We love the location and the amenities. There are so many museums, restaurants, breweries and other attractions in walking distance. The gym and yoga studio are great. The concierge are friendly and prompt.

I got a lemon! Apartment unit has had numerous issues since moving in. Most issues have been addressed and fixed but I couldn't believe the number of issues that should have been caught by management before renting the unit out to someone. Broken dishwasher, microwave, plugged drains, broken window blinds, a loud humming transformer. Has been a test in patience.

This is a really nice community and I enjoy living here. There are two things I wish to comment about: (1) The person who performs maintenance has been condescending a few times. Also, I have noticed the courtesy and care of the parking attendants has diminished over the past month or so. I found my car left unlocked on the street twice, the parking break has not been engaged, and the driver's seat has been dirty. I am concerned about the care of my vehicle since valet parking is mandatory here.

Greatest location in the world good amenities and the staff does a good job of having little things that the community can do together concierge team is it really does a good job. They have had some problems with the elevators that they are working very hard and diligently to get fixed.

Glenarm is great. Very soundproof apartments except for occasional street drama and parades. Good staff, friendly, competent, and nice people in the community! The renovation was inconvenient and a nuisance, but the outcome of having a beautiful modern, elegant facility is worth it. I highly recommend it!

I've really enjoyed the time I have lived at 1600 Glenarm. The concierge and valet teams are top notch! I am very much looking forward to all of the construction coming to a completion. I would definitely recommend 1600 Glenarm to a friend.

I'm a new resident here. Just moved in about a month ago, but so far the staff has been exceptional! The concierge service is available at any time and goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. I gave four stars on the noise only because I live in a unit right next to the elevators and I can hear them occasionally in the living area, but not in the bedroom. In fairness, I was told before I rented the unit that the elevators may be heard. Other than that, everything about this place is five stars! It's a perfect location in the heart of everything with great amenities.

My unit has a good floor plan. Large square footage. Common space is updated and well kept. The building offers perks for living here. It's good to have it since there are so many shops around. Plenty of staff at your service. Renovation is on going. Hope this will make the place even better.

As xpats in Denver we appreciate the inclusive, kind and professional way across all staff ? leasing staff, front desk, valet parking, apartment service staff, cleaning staff... This warm atmosphere extends also to residents. The gorgeous mountain view, the light in the apartment and downtown access were all key factors for us. My wife use the amenities more than I and they are inviting, balancing integrity with the communal in a good way.

Property is in pristine condition. The leasing agents are fantastic. the amenities are amazing and I would recommend this to any friends or family. They also allow corporate apartments to be set up at the property and it is amazing to have the fully furnished option available.
