I love living here. So easy. Nothing to worry about other than myself. The staff is professional, service oriented and friendly. I have never had to edit longer than 24 hours (usually more like 2hrs) to get maintenance service or answers to my questions.

This October will be my 3rd year at 1600 Glenarm. The amenities of this place are incredible, the extension of your living space with the expansive 3rd floor makes coming home a relaxing pleasure in the heart of downtown. The fitness center and adjacent lounge are incredible and I appreciate the endless supply of free coffee! The apartment itself is nice, however, I wish the quality of the carpet and hardwood was a bit better. The team who works here always makes it pleasure to walk through the doors and I appreciate their attentiveness to detail. Thank you 1600 Glenarm!

The location of 1600 Glenarm in downtown Denver cannot be any better. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and courteous. They address me by my first name, always opening doors when I need assistance. My car rarely takes more than 5 minutes to get from the valet service.

The complex is very nice! The soundproofing is great, the apartments are attractive and it is very convenient to all of the activities and restaurants of downtown. The fitness center is also great; I use it all of the time! The staff and maintenance teams are very friendly and helpful, too.

I have been so spoiled by this community! I have said it to everyone I know that I consider people who work here to be family and friends! It's convenient, quiet, clean, secure, AND you can't beat the location! This hasn't been just an apartment for me, it's been a safe space surrounded by people that always go above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met. There are so many social gatherings that the property hosts, so residents get a chance to meet each other! It's optional - just like the yoga classes, or the access to the elevator to Earls cafe downstairs, or maybe even going to the gym at 3 am because it's open 24/7! I've had the pleasure of working with Ben, a personal trainer that works with F7 Lifestyles, through this community! There are just so many opportunities! I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to move! Life here is an oasis!

Glenarm is hands down the best place to live in Denver, and the best experience I've ever had in an apartment community...I'm very sad my term has come to an end. I have several friends that live in the area and I have looked at almost all of the apartment buildings in Denver, so I feel my remarks are justified. Pros: *Amazing staff, did I say they're awesome..unparalleled..and the best I've come across? *Large floor-plan with nice features *Killer views of the city and the mountains (if you are on west side of building) *Very good amenities and services *Literally at "the intersection of everything" *No street noise, no sirens except on a rare occasion..the windows and doors are great....14th floor *Built-in gas grill on patio *Fireplace Cons: *If you want covered parking, it has to be valet...$325/month (but well worth it b/c the valets are great) *No hot tub (or pool) *Noisy washer/dryer (not front-loading) *Tenants allowed to smoke in their units, which can come into your unit *I had a really noisy neighbor that slammed their doors and cabinets habitually...all day, which was on the other side of my office and I worked from home. I probably would have paid the rent increase and stayed if it wasn't for this neighbor. I know it's that he was extremely noisy and not poor construction because the previous tenants were not a bother. I ended up moving to a brand new Red Peak community just down the road in Uptown and hope that I like it as much as I have Glenarm. I normally don't write reviews, but felt it was necessary given how awesome my experience has been and how accommodating the staff has been. I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up moving back to Glenarm down the road.

Noise I refer to is from the exterior- from youngsters hanging out on the weekends, sometimes. Extremely satisfied with the community, including neighbors, but specially the staff, extremely helpful and pleasant. Would recommend living here, it's a great place!

I've been billed twice for guest parking that I paid up front. My fridge has stopped working 3 times. I scheduled a massage that was cancelled after it was supposed to start. I was asked to provide income verification multiple times. I really could go on and on, and some of it is nitpicking, but I've come to expect disappointment when dealing with 1600 Glenarm.

Great concierges, great valets, great cleaning and maintenance team management however does not communicate proactively when, foe instance power was down in entire building---residents were not kept informed or updated periodically. Also recently cable tv was being worked on for Direct TV customers--no service for over a day with no explanation. Again, management should inform residents of such disruptions so we can plan accordingly--sure things break we all understand that --just keep us informed on the progress of the fixes. Thanks
