Great rent considering the great downtown location. Good selection of amenities. The staff goes above and beyond. Personally, I am not a fan of the valet parking. I think it should be valet for uncovered but self park for the covered, under building garage. That is my only complaint though. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend living here regardless of your demographic background!

The staff is great! Everyone is friendly, extremely attentive and quick to help! I love being in the middle of everything in downtown. Redpeak provides residents with great discounts and the social events are always a great time!

I love it here! everyone is so nice and friendly. The concierge is 24 hours and at any point are willing to help with whatever I need. The gym is nice and lounge area is great for having friends over. The valet guys are sweet as hell and very good at their job!

We’ve lived in this 1600 Glenarm Place for one year since 12/2016 until 12/2017. The absolute the worst apartment complex ever. Everything is super old, everything kept breaking, leaking, falling apart. At some point, I got so tired of seeing their maintenance coming over to fix the water leak in the kitchen, that in the end, I just went along with their maintenance problems so that they won’t be bothering me again. One terrible thing about their kitchen, is that some kind of gas develops inside of the disposal, then it just bursts out in the middle of the night, making the entire apartment smell like a sewerage. They were not able to fix that, only kept pouring their antibacterial chemicals inside of the pipes for me to breath. The water color would often be dark brown,when I call the concierge asking why is the water brown, they would say that it must be the boiler. A/C would run stinky air, that would smell like mildew, which I think was just mold. Their thermostat never worked, kept blowing cold air during winter, we had to go buy our own thermostat. Neighbors kept smoking in their apartments and in their balconies, when I called concierge complaining, they said that this is not a smoke free building, and people can smoke in their apartments. Upstairs neighbors kept throwing cigarets butts without putting them off. But, that is not the worst part, they also throw doggie poop, and spit from their balconies which would leave a disgusting stain on your balcony window. Even though this is a concrete building, but you will still hear your neighbors walking, which my upstairs neighbor liked to walk with her heels on. When you call the concierge asking them to talk to your upstairs neighbors, their reply was that unless it is a loud stomping sound, they don’t like to bother them. Management kept changing, during that one year we were there, 3 managers changed which is why they don’t really care about their jobs, as well as about residents. Windows are not sound proof, you will hear everything that is going on outside. People talking, laughing, you will hear the cars, ambulance etc. But, like that is not enough, you will also hear your neighbors next door. I can hear their dogs barking, kids crying. I can even hear them usung the toilet when I am taking a bath. Because the walls between us, are paper walls. I had to sacrifice my vacation by moving during Christmas, but now that we have moved, I am so very happy that we moved out. But, also I’ve made few friends there, on my floor and from the 7th floor, they all have moved out before me. They complained telling me that forget getting your deposit back, that on top of that they will charge you for everything that after they moved out, they’ve received bills from this complex, telling them to pay for the walls and cleaning services. I didn’t pay attention to that, until I moved out myself and have received a 900$ bills for cleaning and painting services. They are trying to charge me for October and November utilities, that has been paid even before we moved. They work so hard to make an extra dollar. Showing me the same picture from the inside of the closet where I kept my luggage bags. Luggage bags were too close to the wall, which is why they left stains on the wall inside of the closet. Color stain which would easily come off if you clean it with a wet cloth. They are telling me that I need to pay 180$ for that closet paint. As well as telling me that they had to paint the hallway, when it was their own maintenance who had done such a poor job by leaving uneven paint stains. Their apartments are so very stinky and super old, that they have to keep the paint fresh and keep the carpets new, but please know that everything is done with residents money that they will pay after they move out. In the end, I regret my time that was spent here. They were not able to provide a good service at all. They call this place “luxury “, honestly they just have a different understanding of what this word means. Don’t be fooled by their 4 starts rating, that is their marketing trick.

It's been a couple months since we've moved in, and the "fresh and new" vibe has worn off a bit. I mean the valet is great. The three free instructor-led workout classes each week, where one is yoga, another is pilates, and another is some type of strength-training are nice. The location right off 16th street mall is awesome. The views from the upper apartments are great, and for the most part it's a quiet, relaxing place to live. However...a couple items have started to tarnish things. First off there's the elevator. As others have mentioned, 1 of the 5 elevators makes a god-awful humming sound every time it's in use. We're one apartment away from the elevator and it's annoying. I can only imagine what it's like living next to it...especially when it's used after midnight! Second, the apartments are not as soundproof as others have said, though no apartment is going to be 100% soundproof. What is nice, is that we can't hear others talking or their TVs or most other sounds from other apartments. However in addition to the elevator, we can hear people walking heavy above us, doors being slammed, dropping stuff on the floor or against the walls, and bass. A little bass can be ignored. Bass so loud that it's vibrating things in our reason for that. On the plus side, the street noises are not bad at all if you keep your patio door/window closed. When opened, it is what it is.

This is the best community in Denver. You are in the middle of everything and you can walk everywhere or it's a short $5- $10 Lyft or Uber drive to anywhere. You can also hop on the Mall ride which is FREE. The concierge is amazing and an amazing perk. All of the guys are friendly has hell and are great. The office staff are great too and they are very friendly.

experience has exceeded my expectations. The 24 hour front desk management service is the best. if ever an issue with the apartment it is handled same day and with explanation of service rendered. the Building residents are all polite, professional and considerate. a big plus in for an apartment living. the second floor, outside patio, media play room and work out facility is fantastic to have as added feature.

I've only been in the apartment a few days. The valet service is great. When I come in the concierge greets me by name. The area around the building has all types of shopping and restaurants. I am very pleased with the apartment and look forward to my stay.

One of the five elevators in the building makes a loud vibrating noise that's heard in the apartments any time it's in use. Apparently, there's nothing that can be done; i'm not buying that answer. It's obtrusive and mind-numbing.

Everyone is very nice and helpful, the gym is a great addition and our apartment views are amazing. I only wish there was a lot for cars included with the parking that wasn't vallet, it can be inconvenient and always takes different amounts of time to get the car delivered after the initial text is sent.

I viewed about 6 properties and 1600 Glenarm was the last one I viewed. I knew immediately this was the place I wanted to be. From the time we walked in we experienced great service, location is great and fantastic amenities for a reasonable rental rate.
