1600 Glenarm is awesome!! All staff members are great. Everyone greets each other in this community as well. They have awesome amenities and the biggest one is just being centrally located downtown. I lived here for one lease of 15 months and never had any complaints. The only reason I'm leaving is to save some money so I can buy a house but you can't go wrong here if you want city living!

Location Location Location Excellent service too. Common areas very modern and useful. Parking and storage is also very convenient for a downtown location. We appreciate the many amenities available, as well as the courtesy and professionalism of the concierge, valet team and maintenance staff.

This is a great location with an amazing staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and super nice. The apartments are very up to date and clean. The common areas are extremely accessible and kept very clean also.

I love it! The staff is so amazing and accommodating. I do wish the elevators worked better. I was trapped in one one day, and they seem to be out of order a lot. I love the gym, and I love the patio space. It's a great spot for drinks and people watching. I can walk to any restaurant and shopping. It's a great building and great location. The elevator is the only thing that is sometimes less than perfect.

Amazing location, great staff, good amenities. The staff is really nice, but the price is a bit high and afraid how much they're going to raise it next year. I'm also not a fan of the "Chilled Water" expense on our utilities bill. I'd also like to see some free weights in the gym, because that's what I usually workout with. A pool would be even better, but I do understand that you can't have it all! As long as our rent remains the same, I think we will stay.

Excellent community. Excellent Staff. Valet guys are on top of the cars and very friendly and courteous. Joey has been doing an exceptional job as the evening concierge. The grounds are kept clean and neat by the cleaning ladies.

This property is amazing. Great staff. Great service. The leasing agent Kaley is a so sweet and attentive. I swear I had a million questions and she was always quick to answer, even helping me on her days off. When we were touring she knew every person we passed by name and asked how they were doing. The building and amenities are top notch. So close to everything you need, right on the 16th street mall across from The Pavilions. I saw so many places before deciding and this is by far the best property in Denver.

Beautiful building, amazing leasing and concierge staff, lovely amenities. Only thing that has been less than perfect is a clean (safe) area to take my dog out at night, lots of glass in the alley and have run into a few scary people in alley ..

The community itself is very clean and modern. The upkeep is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and nice - the one time I had a service issue, it was resolved within 1 business day. The common space is what makes this an outstanding place to live!!!

This property is in a great location, it is super convenient, for where I work, it offers larger spaces than just about anywhere downtown. You can NOT find 1 thousand sq feet anywhere else down here without literally spending an arm and a leg. That having been said this place started out great, however, Management change caused a lot of issues for us. We have had extensive trouble with the Elevators, The back dock area is frequented by people that work in the restaurants attached to our buildings. mostly the cooks at EARLS.They smoke a lot of pot and hang around loitering in the area. .They do not clean up after themselves and really are just an annoyance. They think it is their personal parking area and often times leave their cars parked there for the entire day or night. The back areas and dock are also frequented by a lot of homeless. There is no security here to monitor the situation and some of the people working here allow people that do not live here, to "hang out" in the area. Several times our amenity space has been taken advantage of by employees of EARLS downstairs as they find their way up into our living space. We are supposed to have a 24-hour concierge, however, this has been an on again off again thing. there have been times it is obvious that no one is around. the valets are expected to pick up a lot of the slack of the concierge and they get behind on getting peoples cars. The super expensive lobby renovation has driven everyone's rent up through the roof, Every year they raise the rent by 100 dollars. This could be why people are always moving in and out. Its almost like they don't want you to live here for very long. Rent just goes up and nothing has been done to bring the property up to par. quite a hefty chunk of change was spent on remodeling the lobby and the "cooperate" offices nicely hidden away on the second floor in the perfect place to put a pool, which just about every other place downtown has, except this one.

My experience with 1600 Glenarm has been great. From the moment I walked in just to look at apartments until the time I moved in (and even after) the staff was great to work with. I love my apartment and am very happy that I chose to move to this building.

We love living here! The staff; concierge; vale, maintenance and cleaning crew are always friendly and helpful! They work hard at providing opportunities to get to know other residents here and make this an enjoyable and safe environment to live in the middle of downtown. I love that most things are within walking distance and we have the free mall bus, train to the airport and other city busing available very close by. We really don't have to drive if we don't want to:)

From my initial tour of the property to my move-in, the entire staff was amazing and made me feel so welcome!I couldn't ask for a better residence. The amenities are incredible and it's in the perfect location. I definitely see myself here long-term.

Red peak is a great company to rent from, the building I live in is in good condition, the staff is fantastic, and it is such a convenient location. The amenities are very good, and the common areas are always very well kept. I have only needed to call maintenance once for a lightbulb change, and they came very quickly and took almost no time to get it done. The maintenance guy was nice. Overall a great experience living here.

I could not be happier with my experience with My apartment community at 1600 Glenarm Place, in Denver, Colorado. The managenent valet, and maintenance staff have been so accomodating and helpful. I would highly reccommend this community to anyone looking in the downtown area.

The concierges, kaly, chris, and carlos have all been great. There is a Tonya that seems to make a lot of mistakes and does not make me want to stay here. I have talked to other people who live at 1600 and they all say the same thing. nnnnnnnnn. bhgvhjbhjbjhb

I am in the apartment temporarily due to a mishap at my condo. The experience of getting the lease situated and moved in quickly was so important to me. Kaley worked hard to get everything ready in an extremely timely manner. I feel welcome and supported, even though a short term situation.

Great staff and living environment. I have lived in this community for years off and on and enjoy it completely. I hope that they continue to keep the same staff. I also enjoy the building location on the 16th Street Mall. Denver is a great town to live in and the rockies are always fun to enjoy.

You never know when you move to a new residence if the quality of life will actually live up to that of the one presented by the leasing staff when you toured a property and signed on for a 1year lease. If it turns out it was more hype than reality you are stuck. Definitely NOT the case with 1600 GLENARM PlACE. I wouldn't live any place else in Downtown Denver. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, responsive and all around professional. The building is extremely well maintained, with no expense spared in the new lobby renovation or upgraded equipment in the gym. It's a great place to live !

I enjoy living at 1600 Glenarm. The staff is very friendly, accommodations are great and it's close to a lot of entertainment. Downsides for me are; I live on the east side of the building and deal with a ton of alley noise. Waking up to banging trash cans regularly is not a good way to start the day. Also using valet for my car is inconvenient and has damaged the wheels and passenger door of my car.

Had a great experience with the leasing staff in helping us select an apartment and getting the move in process completed. Front desk is very professional and helpful and the neighbors and amenities are great. I'm very happy I am able to live at 1600 Glenarm!

Very nice overall complex and an amazing location. Overall, the professionalism is evident throughout, both in how all the common areas are clean and in interactions with employees. Maintenance requests have been fairly good response time, though there have been some issues scheduling a time when maintenance is available and I am home.
