I seem to be testing the Maintenance crew here at 1600 Glenarm. They are very hlpful. What I don't like are the GE microwave and the GE fridge. That should be asked in another tye of survey. The demand for 200 characters is ridiculour, time-consuming and tutterly unnecessary. Need I say more?Apparently so. Blah blah blah blah etc.

To confirm other reviews, this is a wonderful place to live. The service is prompt and friendly and the location is terrific. Had a wonderful couple of years at 1600 Glenarm and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Living here is amazing. It's amazing how quickly I got to know everyone and felt part of the community. Everyone is so friendly. The staff is very professional. Best of all, the location is prime. I don't plan on ever moving out. I love living at 1600 Glenarm!

So far so good. I just moved in and everyone has been terrific. The leasing office is great and they are both knowledgable and kind/helpful. The staff at this site is great. Only complaint is that it's not clear who gets to use the Yoga room and when. Trainers come from nowhere with no announcement and claim dibs on the room. Also, the elevators are loud and can be heard from inside my apartment (I think it's the elevators)

Professional building perfect for busy professionals, exquisite, beautiful views, excellent concierge service is the best in the country, no joke. Awesome amenities. Lovely interiors. Lived here a few years ago & moved back here. Highly recommend.

Lock and leave lifestyle? This place is perfect! Concierge assists with everything from dinner/event reservations to dry cleaning and package receipt. Amenities and loc are great also (restaurant/grocery delivery). I LOVE it here!!!

A true "luxury" apartment community, with quality amenities and attentive staff. Remarkable location in the heart of downtown Denver, in the middle of the 16th Street Mall. Valet parking is mandatory, but the valets are efficient and professional.

I moved into this building 9 months ago and have been extremely with my choice. The location is great, the building is well maintained and the staff members -- from maintenance to concierges to valets -- are always professional, helpful and friendly. A very livable urban residence, within walking distance of necessities and Denver amenities.

My apartment living, while I'm in the Denver area, has be wonderful. My apartment has proved quiet and very comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The newly redecorated lobby, much to my surprise, turned out to be well done, VERY WELL DONE! My only disappointment with having an apartment at 1600 Glenarm Place has been The 16th Street Mall. It's a disgrace to Denver!!! I like to get out and walk for exercise and the 16th Street Mall, of course, is where I it truly is a disgusting MESS, what with so many, and I do me SO MANY, bums roaming around wanting hand-outs, and sleeping in doorways, and making horrible sounding "music", wanting money given to them for their "performance"? Also, the walk to Civic Center Park makes a nice walk. But forget about going there during the summer months! It's as bad, or even much worse, than The l6th Street Mall. What a shame to have all this happening in downtown Denver. I'm sure I'm not the only person with an apartment at 1600 Glenarm Place that feels this way. But what can be done to correct it?

I am extremely impressed with quality of customer focus with staff and with the residence condtion. It is exceptional. The staff is always very friendly, addresses issues, willing to help. One staff member went with me to apartment to correct heating and air issue. He stayed until resolved.

Unbelievably great! I love it here! The concierge staff is extremely professional. The location cannot be matched. The views of the city are breathtaking, and the quality of the finishes in the apartment are quite nice. The building is beautifully maintained.

This community has great customer service and great amenities. It's close to many restaurants and entertainment venues. The concierge is awesome--very helpful! Most of the residents are friendly and trustworthy, but I would still be cautious.

1600 Glenarm is the best - a true home. Everyone is professional, courteous, extremely helpful and very caring. I love living here, close to everything if I want to go out - incredible, well maintained amenities if I want to stay in.

The apartments at 1600 Glenarm Place are fabulous ... I have only a couple of suggestions for the Red Peak team who manage and care for the property: Some of the community areas need maintenance and repair. And the units could use larger, higher quality front loading washers and dryers to accommodate bulkier bedding and more expensive clothing many of the residents possess to prevent damage to personal possessions.

After spending time with friends at the residence, I pictured myself living there and thought "I'm never going to want to move out." With the grills, rooftop deck and all of the restaurants and activities downtown I'm never without company even though I live alone. I find the other residents to be genuine, focused individuals and families whom I adore. I always look forward to seeing the staff as they are among the most courteous and sweet people.

I've lived in my apartment a little over a week now and everything from the service, staff, maintenance and locations has been perfect. The valet is prompt even when they are really busy and the maintenance staff is curteous, fast and efficient. The amentities are awesome and the location cannot be beat. At first I thought somewhere with lower rent might be better, but I regret nothing, it's worth every penny! The only complaint I have is the "dog area" which is the alley... If there could be just a strip of gravel or grass somewhere it would be perfection.

This has been the best rental apartment I have lived in by far. There is no competition. The service here is superb, the facilities are very satisfying, and the location is ideal. I have lived in several apartment buildings, but none of the others are at this level. Frankly, I do not know how someone could not be satisfied living here.

The staff in the leasing office are absolutely fantastic. Any question or concern that you have, they make sure to get it taken care of. The amenities, from the valet parking to the movie theater, are all top notch. Concierge is there 24 hours a day to help you with anything that you may need. The apartments are gorgeous. The hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking. The in unit washer and dryers are very convenient. The combination of the friendly staff and on-site amenities alone make this place worth every penny.

Great Staff. The Glenarm made the move in process from across country very smooth. The apartment was clean and everything was as promised. The only downfall is the noise of the elevator as I thought we would be far enough away to not here it. Otherwise, highly recommend the Glenarm

LOVE it! The staff is the best I've ever seen! They are personable, caring, quick to address ANY concerns & try to resolve them to my satisfaction. Caitlin in the Leasing Office is a huge asset to RedPeak...even when she's busy, she will take the time to speak or listen if I have a concern. The concierges are fabulous, they make me feel safe and John hailed me a taxi to take me to the ER one night, something I couldn't have done myself. I have gotten extremely spoiled by this wonderful staff & the valet parking, I doubt if I will ever be able to live someplace else, without missing the staff's attentiveness and the valet parking!!!!
