I had a situation that happened and Tre and Qwin in the office went above and beyond to help me and that is one of many reasons why I love Alta Springs there staff is Amazing, I recommend this place highly!

wonderful comunity and very nice appartments. i was able to apply and move in within 4 days at an incredible rate of 1600 a month for a beatiful 2 bedroom with a balcony bigger than my last living room.

The Leasing Office Staff and The Maintenance Team are great! I have been a resident of Alta Springs for 4 years and I love living here. It's in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Love that all I have to do is walk downstairs and it leads me to walking trails. I love my apartment and neighbors seem to be nice.

I’ve been living here for 14 months everyone in my building is nice and keeps to themselves very quiet place to live the only problem I have are the baseboards if you don’t have a space heater you will always stay cold

First time in my life I have had mice in my apartment. Walls creak or produce tapping sounds making it difficult to sleep. Ants in the apartment repeatedly. Expensive for what you get. Pretty good location. Annoying security features that make it easy to be locked out of your apartment if you dont have your keys and/or phone on you at all times. Call boxes only work sometimes. Terrible amazon locker system for packages that you have to use and ive had my $90+ package stolen and office staff doesn't care and I had no recourse. The best gym ive had at an apartment. Maintenance is mostly good but has deleted my request before without fixing. So some nice things but overall some really unacceptable things that hardly make the good things matter.

I am not sure if this is directly maintenance’s problem resolve. But as of today my problem has not been fixed. It has not been resolved so I am not sure why it is marked as competed because it has not been fixed. The call box is not functioning, it does not call any of the apartments for access and this has not been fixed for more than a month.

Excellent and quiet complex with good facilities and security on duty and they are always there and I saw that they are always inspecting the complex and this creates a good feeling. And this complex has a good maintenance team and they are always responsive and try to fix any construction problems quickly if they arise. Also, there are always staff in the office and they answer questions, which also shows the good management of this beautiful complex.

I'd let friends and family know about it. It's been peaceful, things to do around the neighborhood, and the people are nice. Only worry I would have, if like rent went up. Economy around Denver is going through a tough time.

I do like the space at Alta Springs , the office team is nice , for the most part they keep our building clean , and hope they continue to, it would be nice if we noticed that the elevator was not working properly , I had to go down the stairs twice since I moved in , nothing wrong with in taking the stairs when you don’t have knee issues .

It's been wonderful living here, the only issues I have living here are because the the building is older and certain issues occur because of that, like the baseboard heating that creaks, but the neighborhood and the neighbors that I've met have all been wonderful

Great ! Upon renting the staff was very kind and supportive even though we dropped in randomly to get information on the apartments. She took us immediately on a tour and gave us all kinds of information. This sold us on Alta Springs. Maintenance requests are responded to. Love that staff and maintenance can be seen frequently in the community. Staff cares about this community. Love the monthly gatherins.

Overall a great experience. Clean and mostly secure building and grounds. One neighbor upstairs that has been problematic throughout our time here but the leasing office and security team have always handled matters professionally and promptly to resolve any issues as they arise. It's much appreciated. The leasing office team, security, and maintenance teams here have all always been so kind and attentive.

The apartment is nice and big I do love it. The building is always so dirty. The water is always off. The elevator is always breaking down. The garage leaks every where and there is mold all over the walls. they charge so much to have your car in there. The door of the garage is wide open when it breaks so the cars are not secure. The neighborhood is so bad and dangerous. Denise, Jonathan and aliana are the best staff there. I think the rent is too high for the apartment and everything.

Alta Springs has lovely apartment homes for top notch prices. The maintenance team is wonderful and the leasing team especially Jeremy is fantastic! I think Jeremy should get a raise. Maybe at the end of the year a 6 percent raise. He's very talented.

I truly love the area, and my neighbors are wonderful. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful; however, I do have some concerns regarding the condition of the unit prior to move-in. I believe that issues related to the unit should be thoroughly inspected and resolved after a tenant moves out and before a new tenant arrives. Unfortunately, I encountered several problems upon moving in, and I submitted around 6-7 work orders for issues such as leaks, scalding water, a malfunctioning heater, broken drawers, and flooding under the sink due to plumbing issues. While I understand that such problems can occasionally arise, they should ideally be addressed beforehand to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants. I appreciate the timely response from the maintenance team and their commitment to resolving these issues while I've been living here. The leasing agents have also been very supportive, and I’m grateful for their assistance throughout my move-in process. Thank you for your attention to these matters!

Have cameras installed in your apartment or be present when you have repair. We lost our old iPhone which has a lot memorable pictures. I can’t claim it since I don’t have any evidence to show them. There monthly bill has a charge of $69 if you use a debit or credit card
