Location couldn't be better, it is very close to the metro (Yellow Line), there is a grocery store across the street. Over the last year safety of the community around the building has improved. Customer service is great, if new to DC like we were this is a great place.

The community is safe with lovely residents. Restaurants are plentiful and excellent. Amenities are normal, nothing special. The leasing office needs to understand customer service. The pool is not for swimming.

This building is clean, modern, and well located. The maintenance and office staff are super friendly and helpful, albeit a little slow to respond sometimes. The apartments are very well maintained and the community ammenities are generally well kept, even though sometimes some gym + rooftop equipment goes broken for months. Overall, living at the Meridian has been a great experience.

I felt very unsafe living in this building and ultimately had to leave the apartment for my own safety. Despite raising these concerns, management refused to allow me to rescind my lease or provide any reasonable accommodation given the circumstances.

After living here for almost three years, we are not sure to renew. The property management team is responsive, and easy maintenance requests are usually handled within 24-48 hours. However, difficult maintenance requests can take months. In general, the stability, quiet neighborhood, and amenities (gym/pool) are ok. The location is excellent, and I haven't had issues with neighbors or safety.

Everybody is so nice from the building. You have a lot of amenities. The maintenance staff is excellent. They fix any issue fast. The rooftop has a nice view of monument gym is big. Everything is so close to you. You have a Safeway the same street super close to the metro.

Leasing process absolutely terrible. Original apartment had a leak, so was offered a new one prior to moving in. No additional communication was provided after notification, leasing office unresponsive resulting in a stressful move in day. Apartment complex easy to access by anyone; doors to enter often not locked enabling theft.

Fix the gym equipment. Fix the broken automatic door from the side entrance. Have office staff treat package deliveries properly. And stop raising rent every year when nothing has changed and no new amenities are being provided.

The Meridian is a well kept building, with fried to concierge during the week. I appreciate its location to the grocery store and the e monthly deals they have with local eateries. Maintenance is usually done quickly around the building, the only requests that take a while are for the gym, but currently everything is working.

phase ii is a very nice building! a lot of young adults live in the community and its super central. the front desk staff are always present, however sometimes need more pushing to find packages they cant locate on the first try.

The apartment complex is so beautiful and the management is great! Very well kept and clean everyday. There's also Starbucks coffee machine in both buildings for only $1 per cup! That's amazing! I highly recommend this place to live! Great vibe and great community.
