From the moment we applied, Top of the Hill has gone above and beyond to make the entire process quick and easy. The office staff's communication is truly exceptional- they are always eager to assist and help in any way they can. The maintenance staff are equally impressive; helpful, polite and genuinely attentive. When a package was delivered to the wrong address, they tracked it down and brought it right to me. This place truly feels like home. From the beautifully maintained landscaping and walking paths to the creek, park and tennis court, it's a warm family-friendly community that I am proud to call home.

So far I love living but I am having water issues. Ceiling leak within first 10 days, no hot water last week, now I'm concerned about the ceiling over the bathroom in the primary bedroom. All of this water issues are diminishing my experience. I also wish there were some assigned parking spaces.

Very nice place to live. The Landscape Very nice. Me and my dog love it here. Very safe place to live. Very friendly neighbors. Nice restaurant are close by. Nice parks near by. Close to the highway.

Nicky was GREAT! Good energy, very warming good sense of humor and fun. Enjoyed the tour with her and all the information she provided. Explained in detail the different floor plans and amenities on the property. Very helpful.

Very helpful staff, quick move-in. The location is excellent, great neighborhood and some nice wooded areas surrounding the community. The apartments are clean, the area in general is well maintained.

Leasing office staff was very easy to communicate with. Having the ability to take a tour on the weekend was a huge benefit as I work in the neighboring city and would've to take off work to tour apartments otherwise.

The apartment was really nice loved the colors it was spacious looks exactly like the pictures online. The neighborhood was quiet, Nicky was amazing she answered every question in detail and made us feel so welcomed! She had great energy and kept us interested in every moment of the tour! Apartment Tour

I don’t live here but I’d like to. I was given a tour by Nicky and she was awesome! She was helpful and personable. The pre-decorated apartment was nice and made it easy to imagine living there. It seems like a nice little community!

Very clean, quiet, and roomy. The amenities are also amazing! The gym, pool, Amazon lockers, tennis court and playground are awesome! The approval process was quick. Amber was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Lovely well-maintained grounds. Plenty of parking. Professional, helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful pool. Convenient amazon hub for picking up packages. Laundry in each building with convenient mobile app to see when machine are available and your loads are done. Love the balcony for some semi-private outdoor space.

Best Complex Around

I’ve lived in Top of the Hill for almost five years. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff are exceptional. I was going through a tough time. Their concern and care went far beyond what being a landlord means and they were supportive and caring when I needed it most. DeeDee, the assistant manager, is always ready with a smile and time for a quick chat. She is the one who helped me get my apartment and it is great to catch up when I see her. Finally, the maintenance staff is amazing. They always come within 24 hours and they always fix the problem. Top of the Hill is top of the list. I feel so lucky to live here.

The apartments are huge, and even the ones that have not been updated are still very clean, and very well set up. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and if you like dogs, this is the place for you. Outside of almost every building feels like you're walking into the woods. Boulders, hills, trees, a stream, wildlife? You get a lot for your money here.

Excellent Onboarding Process

I recently moved into the Top of the Hill Apartments after extended period of looking for my new home. I feel very satifisfied with my choice so far and even some of my initial worries have been quelled. Amber is an amazing staff member who guided me from the touring, application and thru onboarding process. She made sure that the application review process was prioritized to ensure that I move in within a short period time. My experience in my new apartment has been great so far (spacious, clean and has amazing balcony view). The community is quiet and it is well maintained. I also love the accessibility to shopping centers and I-95. I would recommend this community based on my experience so far.

Love it here!

We absolutely love it here! The unit is exactly what we needed—it’s spacious, cozy, and in such a lovely area. The patio views are so peaceful! It truly feels amazing to finally be somewhere we can call “home.”

Beautiful property and staff that makes it home

Ever since touring Top of the Hill, my experience has been fantastic. My dogs and I love the beautiful property and walking by the creek. The staff is always friendly and any issue is addressed in a timely manner. I absolutely love living in this community

Living at Top of The Hill Apartments has been great!

I have always had a great experience with staff and the apartment itself. Maintenance is timely and the grounds are well tended to. I've never had to worry about packages or property being damaged. Rent is also reasonable
