Over a year after I moved out the Palms sent an almost $2K bill to collections under my name that was never owed. They ever contacted me to tell me about it, nor did I ever receive a bill (correct or not) I spent months calling and getting nowhere with them to try and get it fixed before the new manager finally told me “it was a computer error and they would take care of it”. I am out multiple hundreds of dollars due to the effect this mistake had on my credit and am very disappointed with how it was handled. Palms of Clearwater, quiet, clean, maintenance team is quick to respond as well as the office staff. The rent is a bit too high for one person alone unless you are a lawyer or physician. And working 2 jobs to make ends meet is not a good healthy lifestyle for 60+

Have done this NUMEROUS TIMES and it gets old ..Everything good. Secretaries, Maintenance all cooperative and we are pretty much left alone and enjoy the quiet ..I may feel differently soon but for now we are happy

Everything has gone well so far. It is a very safe area. Things get fixed quickly if needed by maintenance. It has a great community of neighbors who are very friendly. I highly recommend this complex because the prices are low and it's very close to a lot of places. I recommend signing a lease in the winter because rental prices are even lower because people don't usually move during the winter.

The community is welcoming. The staff are patient and answer any questions you may have prior to moving in, which is very important as a first time mover. The maintenance request is easy to submit and it gets done quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is also quite and kid friendly.

This community is beautiful! I went for a tour and it seems to offer a lot of useful amenities. The lamdscaping is beautiful and location is great, not right on the main road and more private. The staff were professional and it was one of the best tours I had of local communities in the area.

Dixy is always so helpful, I’m older and need help a lot. But no matter how small my needs are, she still goes out of her way to put me first. I love having her a skip and a hop away. I’m so glad I have found my place to call home.

The apartment complex is located in a prime area with plenty of opportunities for shopping and schooling, also has easy access to many main roads. The complex is gated which makes it safer than many other complexes in the same area.

It's a very nice community and mostly all friendly neighbors. Anytime I have any issues I can go into the office and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Anytime there's an issue with maintenance in the apartment. Maintenance is very quick to get back to you and address the issue.

I have had no issues with the complex. When I put maintenance request in and they get taken care of right away. No additional issues with the complex. The office and maintenance staff are all great with no complaints.

I really like living at "The Palms of Clearwater". It's a nice and quiet community. The people that live here are all pretty friendly. All kinds of stores are very close by. The staff and maintenance crew is always friendly.

This apartment complex is very well maintained, including all of the amenities, such as the pool and barbecue area, the parking area and all of the landscaping looks great all of the time. The office managers are also extremely responsive as well as the maintenance staff.

The community is very nice. I want to point out how friendly the staff is. Main reason why me and my family stay with the palms of Clearwater. Starting with Robbin at the office who's the sweetest and helped us so much since day one. The maintenance staff is awesome, the guys are very nice and cool and fix everything on time.
