I like the apartment. It is spacious and the community is very cute and nice. I initially really liked the different pools here and the gym is very nice and I appreciate it being open 24/7. The hardest part about living here would be the leasing staff. They made it very hard to apply and get everything done so be aware of that.

Though 40 years old community the quiet within the apartment is like being in your own private villa. Every apartment complex has its challenges but efforts are made to attempt to rectify. Before signing at least the a look at Creekfront at Deerwood.

My manager experience has been horrible; I stay inside my home and try my best not to have to reach out to the office. Maintenance is the only one(s) helpful and willing to assist. Had a pipe burst never heard from management even though they said they would reach out.

Its a very quiet neighborhood and incredibly pet friendly. Havent had any safety concerns, only downside is the amount of bugs that find theyre way in. I also wish the dishwasher worked properly. Overall a very nice first apartment.

Lovely and very scenic location larger than most places I looked at in square footage and rent prices are very reasonable. Moving here decreased my rent by $500 per month. The only thing missing sunshine.

Office staff is the best. But do a lot of research and look over property don't take someone else's word for It. I drove down once to look it over and though I was getting a better area and apartment and was placed elsewhere and not happy. But I signed a year lease online so I'm here for a year.

Place is great! Everyone is friendly.Grounds kept up andnyoy can even have your own garden. When repairs are needed they are handled very fast usually within a day or two. If you have extra trash there is a compactor and extra bone to put your recycles

Do not sign here, roaches, mold, maintenance not taking you seriously. It's awful, the valet trash doesn't pick up anything. Appliances not working will not be taken seriously by maintenance they don't care. They painted over pubic hairs in my shower instead of cleaning them. They also do not clean the apartments before move in and lie about it
